The woman who took care of me was very friendly and competent.
Staff is great and accommodating BUT there are roaches & water bugs in the storages. Some buildings are not as cold as others but the bugs are my biggest issue. That is the reason I will be leaving after a few months.
There were dead bugs all over many of the items we had in the storage unit after storing for only 3 months.
Our move out date was the 6th of the month. I called the 1-800 number and was told I would have a pro rated amount for the month. They let me know the on site people would often not offer that after the 5th but they put a note on my account and they should honor it. They did not honor a pro rated month and I paid for a full month, when only using the unit for 6 days of August. We checked out on Tuesday, 8/6. That is poor management, communication and frankly, unfair. You should refund our card for the rest of the days of the month.

For the most part they have been a very good storage company to rent from. The staff have been very kind and friendly. If circumstances arise and something happens they are understanding and will try and help as best as possible.

This is the best storage facility I have used. I really love the access features. I feel safe when I am going to my unit.
Very good. Units are clean, in good condition, and I like the climate control. Only problem is the door nearest my unit doesn't work. The keypad works fine, but the door doesn't unlock, so I have to go a little farther to get to my unit.
I didn't like it, every time you come to office always someone working that don't Work at this store, they work somewhere else, to many Young workers and they are Very slow customer service, I unit was one price when I rent it ,then price went up, parking lot is terrible also

The space is very nice and the price also is very nice and fair. Pleased thus far with service and staff.
Everyday we retrieve a truck early in the morning which we park in the lot over night. We usually enter between 7 am and 8 am. Sometimes the gate does not work and there is not an after hours contact.
Front desk/property manager was rude. Every time I had a question, she took offense and started to get an attitude with me as if I did something wrong. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all nor will I ever be comfortable using another rental until because of the bad experience from this one.
Never had a bad exsperiece.The staff is aways nice and respectful..I ca sit ad hold a confosation with the staff.The environment very very clean smelling good.From the first time they open.They were a very nice staff.TRY THEM FOR YOURSELF!!! 👍

I liked the promotional rate I was given. Unfortunately my rate was changed 2 months after I joined. The rate was doubled. There was no notification at all that my rate was going to go up and double at all. I recommend paying ahead of time to avoid a rate increase.
My initial experience with safespace storage was favorable. But that was only during the time time when I rented the facility. Since that time, I had nothing but bad experiences with them. First I was told that I received an offer which would offer me 3 months 50% off. After the 1st month it went to the original amount which was double. Wh
When questioning that, I was given a hard time and then they realized that I had an email from the manager stating that I had 3 months half off
Instead of giving me a refund, they decided to put it on the upcoming month which I had no problem with. But when my final month came, I did not get the 50% off as a matter of fact when I turned in the unit on the 2nd of January I got billed for the whole month and to this date I Have not gotten my refund. After several attempts of escalating it to the district manager and even the facility manager, I am very displeased with this company. And will never recommend them to anyone that I know.
Safe Storage is very clean. The staff was very accommodating and polite. Excellent service!! I’d recommend them to anyone in need of their services!
I’m not pleased with my storage space. It keeps going up and I was promised that it would go down. Now I’m paying $21 more. I will be looking for another storage unit because this is ridiculous and outrageous
Very nice temporary storage space. Exactly what we needed for some extra storage while we lived in a RV. Easy to access and was very clean. My only suggestion is to have the bathrooms for customers marked and easily accessed.
I was disappointed that I wasn't told about the notice I had to give when moving out. I paid $90 for an empty unit for the whole month od Sept

Very confident! Staff was exceptionally friendly and the premises felt very secure and cared for. I called needing a locker same-day and they had me set up by that afternoon.

It was exceptional. Unica was incredibly helpful every step of the way. She went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed, even though I had no idea what I was doing.
Great! The site manager is very nice and helpful. I love that the doors to get into the storage area (even past the gated entry) are code locked as well. Plus, the price is much better suited for my budget than the previous storage unit I was using.

It was ok. I'm not happy about the way I was charged. I booked online and the special was 2 months for 34.75 a month and I paid 67.44 for first month and now expecting only 1 month of 34.75 charge but I had to give a review to get that. Not happy about the way I'm being charged. Would prefer a refund or credit to next month bill.
