Q. How Long Do I need to Rent a Storage Unit?
We offer storage rental on a month-to-month basis. You are never locked into a long-term lease agreement.

Q. Am I allowed to place shelving in my storage unit?

A. Customers are required to have a compatible lock if they choose to purchase their own. Locks are also available for purchase at our facility.

The office lady was fabulous, storage was clean and met everything we needed. My only issue is that my card was charge twice and I'm still waiting for cash app customer service to resolve this. I called and spoke with office lady but she said it happens, that the charge would fall off. It hasn't, and it's frustrating since it left me in a bit of a bind than I already was dealing with. If it wasn't for that, I'd highly recommend, just the lack of fixing this, I don't like.

The property manager at your location wasn’t helpful. I tried to upgrade to a bigger unit and she simply said no. Add that to the fact that I had waited for her since the office was supposed to be open and simply put, I don’t believe I was treated fairly.

Well the renting and the customer service was great. I was able to get a storage unit up front which was good because I'm a single woman. But the lady said she was going to sweep it out and spray because someone had just moved out of it. I didn't actually move stuff in until like the 3rd or 4th day it had not been swept out and there was giant spiders & spider webs all on the inside of the door and the sides of the walls and I was really disappointed because I have to get a broom myself and sweep it out I didn't have one at the time so I could only stick a few boxes in there and I am not putting my stuff in there with those big giant spiders and eggs everywhere. Also the door is extremely hard to push up I think it needs to be oiled and the rope that you grab to pull it down with broke on one side and being that I kind of have issues with my shoulders I need to get that fixed. It's under new management and a few days ago I saw that the dumpster was locked which I see no reason to be locked how r other ppl suppose to get of their trash or keep their unit clean. I am very organized but I was with this storage over a yr. Last yr. And it ran pretty good and it was always nice and neat clean and they left the dumpster open 24/7
