We had both indoor climate controlled and outdoor access non-climate controlled units at this location. US Storage was recommended to me by someone who also uses a storage there. The online process was easy to understand and prices and sizes were clearly detailed. I was able to reserve a unit online. When I arrived at the location, the personnel were pleasant and answered any questions I had. The person assisting me walked me to the climate controlled unit and made sure everything was clean and ready to go. All I needed was the security code, which they provided, and I was set to move in!
The staff at this facility is excellent. Specifically a gentleman named Erin. He took the time to answer all my questions, showed me a few units so I could get an idea of size, etc..
Fairly priced and convenient location. If you absolutely must spend money on a storage unit this is the spot.
I was very happy with this entire transaction. Specifically the gentleman named Erin I dealt with made the experience quick and painless. He took the time to show me some units so I could get a feel for the sizes available, and was very friendly and personable.
The only issue I had was I was unable to get into the gate later that evening. My code did not work. I assume the system takes some time to update possibly, but with a truck full of stuff it was pretty annoying. Got to ding one star for that.

I left my car there for a couple years and when I came back it was as I left it (granted as any vehicle that hasn't been turned on for 3 years it needed maintenance) . The employees there are very kind, patient and professional. Andrew, himself, had to have some patience with me when I had to call him lost and confused (I couldn't remember my storage unit number) but thankfully he was calm and directed me towards the right path. Thank you all for your help and for providing my belongings the safety and shelter they needed.

I have never had a storage unit before, so I am so impressed by the quality of care they showed me. Someone lives on property so I feel like it's safe and feel super comfortable with the property. I want to say thank you to AJ the property manager at the US Storage Center off of I-10 & Ralph Fair Road. The last 3 1/2 years have been great renting office space and a storage unit. If we had any problems AJ took care of it. Our office space was perfect for our business. The entire staff at US Storage Center was always helpful and had a smile on their face. Highly recommend this space for your next office or storage unit.

Great place! Walked in walked out. Assistant manager Michael was very easy to work with. I received a phone call, while I was on the call michael had filled out all my paperwork for me. Which was greatly appreciated!! This is my second unit at this place, they are always a pleasure to work with and the units are always impeccable.
Mike rush to the newly rented unit to make sure it was clean, it was a little dusty... but he pulled out a Blower and blew the entire place out! Including the parking lot. Great service!!
