At US Storage Centers, we offer the perfect self storage solutions for San Antonio residents at our facility off of South Laredo Street. Conveniently located in San Antonio, our facility can be found at the corner of S. Laredo and S. Brazos St., nestled in a lot alongside Apache Creek. Our self storage space is situated close to Big’s and a Valero gas station, and is located just a few minutes away from Amistad Park, Martinez Park, and San Fernando Cemetery. To accommodate your storage needs, our storage units come with a variety of features and amenities. The entire storage facility has an electronic access door that can only be accessed by current storage tenants during access hours.
Most of our customers live in surrounding neighborhoods, including Vista Verde South, Lone Star, and Avenida Guadalupe.

Our storage units in San Antonio come in many different sizes and are designed to hold even the most precious of items. We offer storage solutions for both personal or commercial use. Sizes range from 5’ x 5’ units that are perfect for storing smaller personal items in stackable boxes, and larger units up to 10’ x 30’ for multiple pieces of furniture or the contents of a large house. Our larger units can even fit vehicles such as cars or minivans. Of course, all of our units are at least eight feet tall in order to maximize storage space.

I felt very good about my experience. I felt the agent was very well acquainted with the knowledge of the facility.
Lady seemed kinda rushed and not very friendly maybe because she was the only one there and there was a few customers waiting. told me all the charges they charge for like if you leave trash behind blah blah blah and was told my code would work in 10 min and didn’t work till next day which was very inconvenient because I needed to use the storage that evening and there’s not a number you can call for this issue after the office closes. It was a last minute thing that happened so I needed a storage asap and I got a storage here because I’ve had one here before. Other lady before seemed nicer and the code worked the day I got it. Other than that. It’s fine. Price is good too.
Everything went smoothly and having the ability to pay online is a plus. Only problem I had was entering my access code. I did not realize that symbols were not part of the registration.

Horrible.... They say they have live in management at the storage unit I'm here on a Sunday mind you business hours are from 11am to 3pm.. I'm sitting in my U-Haul waiting on property management to unlock my unit and management is nowhere to be found.. this is so frustrating, I also called customer care and customer care was unable to contact property manager this is ridiculous and absurd.

It was a good experience the facility was clean and the manager was very nice and helpful. The only thing I would change is the rate should be prorated if you move in towards the middle of the month. Oh and maybe a cart in each opening .

At least at this location I was miss inform about it being month to month gentleman told me I was getting a free month over the phone did not happen I payed 68 dollars for fees and for week now I got to come up with 120 dollars in a week for a while month it crazy that people say one thing and never do it this be last time I rent from the one location can't say all bad but one bad apple hurt it all mssgne was not nice at all this laction he would let me read lease just told me to sighn it and he gave me no hard copy what I'd I did have an email

It was grest, had some minor hiccups but it was taken care of right away. I recommend this place to a family member and they ended up getting a unit. Also they're great people.
My experience was good. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing negative thing I would have to say about the facility was the amount of trash left behind from people. People have thrown furniture and trash over the fences and you can tell by the amount of trash it has not been cleaned in quite some time. I would assume that much trash has to attract rodent & pest. Other then that the facility is nice and the employees give excellent customer service. I really appreciate how willing they were to meet my needs.

The place was nice looking and clean for being a storage facility. We choose this location because it was closest to where we’d be moving next. The place seems safe and secure for the most part, security cameras all throughout the property and gates were easy to use as well.
