Good, Clarissa was great at helping me with securing and signing for the unit. She also helped me get my padlock out of the packaging which was like we were trying to break into a bank.

I notice some of the other companies are going to kiosk and I think this type of industry should steer away from. I also noticed that the unit and location seemed to be in really good shape. Not happy that policy was not explained well. We were transferring to another unit and were told we had 5 day grace period to move out of the previous unit. However, since the automatic payment went through on the first we are now not going to be refunded for any of the month even though we were going to move out. So, if I hadn’t paid for the month then I would have had 5 free days but the automatic payment went through so I’m paying for a month. Ridiculous! Policy is confusing and not right. We have been customers there for several years and don’t appreciate the run-around.

On-site Office staff has been less than helpful. Code was supposed to work on day of move in. It didn’t. When we asked for help with office staff, we were told they wouldn’t open for another thirty minutes and told to wait. Meanwhile office staff set up flags while we waited in parking lot. When we went in at office open, she just pushed a button to open gate. Said it was technology issues. Have emailed a couple of times to get insurance charges removed. Have heard no reply. We have own insurance. Have indicated that and revised documents but charges remain.

It was a great experience. Not only was Shana very nice, she was also professional and honest. She made the whole experience effortless and smooth. Things like this usually stress me out, and I felt so at ease.

Pretty easy to set up online. Got a call from an agent within minuted to confirm my reservation and payment. All I had to do was show up at the front office and get my gate code. Price was reasonable for the unit I required.

Very helpful staff

I would have to say my experience with you all was mediocre. The person who assisted us in getting the storage was nice at first. When my husband initially went to use the facility he didn’t know how to use the key pad to enter. When he requested assistance he was met with rudeness, impatience with his lack of knowledge and an overall bad attitude not very professional in our book. Also, the light in our unit isn’t working and I brought that to the person’s attention who put in our account and it still has not been addressed. The facilities in general are great, the property is clean and secure.

Thank you so much Hunter for all your help. Ended up having to get a storage unit in a very short amount of time was able to drive in and with probably 30 minutes later I was driving out with the unit that I desperately needed to get some stuff moved into he was able to show me a couple of different sizes so I could get my best choice didn't seem to have a problem gave me some different options really appreciated all the help.

So far it has been good. Though i asked for the start date of Friday 8th May and was given an immediate start date for which i have to pay 4 days of extra charges though not using the storage. I didnt want to go through another set of paperwork as i was in a rush due to the move. But would love to get a refund of 4 days if possible.
