When I first came looking for my second storage unit place, it was welcoming and I was given a lot of information from Frank that made my decision easier to go ahead and set up a reservation that day. The special they had going on made it easy as well! When I came back to get the unit, Danica was very helpful in setting me up and getting me on my way! The facilities are nice, clean, quiet, and easily accessible.
Very pleasant people. I wish the sliding doors in the back had a cover for rainy season. We had to move the truck further away to unload. Oh the door closes on you every time. So someone has to stand by it to keep it open for folks unloading or loading.

I stopped by this for a short time because my company is moving to Houston and I will need storage. A man named Frank greeted me as he just got done cleaning a window. I never write reviews but since he suggested it I am here. I told him that I was impressed with how clean the facility was and that the few I did shop looked like they were vacationing. He explained all the different sizes and he tried to get me to hold a unit but I did not have the authority to do it. I guarantee I will be getting a few units next week if he has any available. Congrats to this company for having some like him at their place of business.

The lights by my unit don’t really work so that’s definitely a negative. Having to move things in the dark which is kinda creepy... but I will say that Dannika; I think that’s her name... she has the undercut and mint hair. Cleanest storage facility I’ve been in. Gary was very nice and informative. He showed me several different units and then I selected one. He gave me a good special upon signing up and I’m happy. The business has spacious hallways and each unit is climates controlled and is easily accessible during storage hours. I’m a fan. You get what you pay for here.

My rep was Gary. I don’t think there is a word invented in the dictionary that defines his customer services. He was extremely helpful. He was not only able to answer all my questions but give me so much reassurance that my belonging were in no safer place. I love the facility and convenient times. He educated me on the security and of course of emergency who and how to contact anyone. Of course I asked about rodents and fires etc, he answers and dedication to ensure I was at ease with the facility was impeccable. I am nothing short of amazed and happy I picked this location and had his help. I would not have rented there if it were not for him.

Really great storage area. Very secured and spacious for the right price! The front office is also very helpful and informative. I leave a lot of my artwork here and I never have to worry about anything getting damaged or stolen.
I spoke with Heather over the phone had great customer service and gave detailed information about what I was needing. The storage site was very cleaned and well kept. I feel my belongings will be well secured at the facility. I made the right choice coming here. The process was easy and stress free.

A great and affordable facility. I used them for 2 years and rarely had any problems and when I did (improperly locking my storage unit) they were right on top of it. Affordable and spacious storage.
We needed to store done our belongings while we were waiting on our new home bring built. This storage was an ideal location with great prices and wonderful service. Jessica was most helpful with the process and I know my belongings are safe and in good hands.

Since I'm moving here to Houston, I needed somewhere to store the stuff I brought me me until I get my place situated. I went to the location on FM 1092 and I met Jessica. She gave me life!!! Since the Hurricane, I figured storing would be a hassle and dreaded the thought of going up there, but Heather and Jessica were so accommodating! This facility is clean, the security is great, and they had move-in specials. This was such a load off of our shoulders after everything we had just been through. Such a great staff and such a great place. Prices comparable to other places in the area but the staff keeps me here.

These are good, honest guys. The prices are reasonable. The facility is impeccably clean and the temperature is regulated so your treasured belongings won't become rusty, rotten, mildewed or infested with bugs (which, let's be honest, is not only gross, but also terrible for your health! This is the Houston 'burbs, for crying out loud! The insufferable heat and humidity combo calls for extera measures, my friends! And American Mini Storage has your back!). What more could you ask for?!
Oh, but hold your pretty horses- there's more! They have security cameras throughout the entire building, so I feel very safe when I'm there (and that my stuff is super safe when I'm not).

I have to admit I was searching for a facility with great customer service and I found it. When I called to get some information about this storage facility, Trey answered all my questions and then followed up in a few weeks to see if I had made a decision. When I got there, the place was clean, and the paperwork was quick and easy. I hope my stay will be as pleasant as my move in.
