Update 1/27 Management was able to work with me to solve my issue. They reached out in a timely matter and explained everything. ‐--------‐------------------------------------------- Updated review 1/23/25 : was informed that price is going up. That can be understandable. But over 90 dollars is a big difference and amount. Plus, you have to have insurance here so that adds on unfortunately. At the previous price, faults were understandable and you can easily overlook some things. Honestly, at this price I recommend searching elsewhere and better conditions that actually makes the price worth it. ‐--------‐-------------------------------------------------------- Great price and Blake provided great customer service. I'm glad I did my research and picked this place!

2025. I haven't heard from Donna. She was such a good honest person. I'm sure she left this place. We got our bill and the rate we were given last year are out the door. Our prices were increased and it just seems they stopped updating the place as well. I will give them one more star if the next time I go the door lock works. They get you in and then increase prices. We need to build a shed and stop paying storage prices. 2024: We are back! We checked the rates and looked at the unit. Donna really does what she can to make you feel at home. They are under new management and we decided to give them another try. Hopefully the stars will continue to grow as we forge a new relationship. Check them out. Ask for Donna!

Today, my scheduled movers were late by many hours. Around the time the movers got ready to show up at the storage, it was almost closing time for the storage facility. Ms Donna helped coordinate the entry of my belongings into the unit. Her executive skills greatly impressed me and she has put her heart into her job. I highly recommend SMALL TOWN STORAGE.

I’m going to give 5 stars all due to Ms.Donna! I utilized storage here for a little over a year and my experience with previous staff before her was not the best. The woman prior to her always seemed irritated and like it was an issue to receive help from her. Her customer service was very poor. I get it, we all have our days but every single time i came into the office her attitude was poor and very un welcoming. I am not sure when Ms.Donna came about however she was such a pleasure and open arms from the moment i stepped into the office. She’s so sweet very helpful and amazing! She is the only reason I’m giving 5 stars. As far as storage i never really had issues except when i down sized and had to deal with previous employee. I wish Ms.Donna was there majority of my time. Ms.Donna is amazing!! More people like her are needed in customer service positions and just in the world in general. Aside from you not being able to access storage 24hrs a day the only bad thing i have to say is about a previous worker who i don’t know is still with the company or not.

I would like to take this time to thank Donna, the property manager for all hard work, her professionalism and her kindness every time I arrive to deliver her water to the facility. I'm not a customer there but I'm the route sales representative and delivery driver for Sparkletts Water and every time that I arrive to make the delivery twice a month, if Donna is not busy helping out a customer she always holds the door for me while I'm bringing in those heavy cases of water. She even goes above and beyond and help me to take the water off my hand truck and place them where they need to go and then once I'm finished without any question she hands me two bottles of water every single time and she always thanks me for my hard work and my professionalism as well. Also when I'm leaving to finish up my route for the day she always tells me to be safe and that she will see me on the next delivery and that really means a lot to me. Thanks Donna 😀👍🏾

Donna the property manager has top tier energy, and was very accommodating when I needed immediate climate controlled storage. I booked online and the unit I bought wasn’t climate controlled. She handled my contract for my unit very gracefully. I suggest to block out extra time when you first come in so that they can set you up with your security code, walk through the unit, and any revisions you may need for your contract/unit.

I was very pleased with the customer service provided and the attention to detail displayed as I was escorted and shown my new storage unit.

As a first time visitor of Small Town Storage, Josephyine gave outstanding customer service! Very thorough about security guidelines and procedures. She and Jennifer also gave me a significant deal on my 1st three months of rental and the rest of the month of July for FREE!!! These ladies were amazing! I am beyond confident that my prized, world possessions, will be safe and well stored. What a peace of mind!

Jennifer was amazing! I reserved a unit online, and she called me the next day (I made the reservation after business hours) when they opened the next day to discuss my plan for renting. The process of signing up in person after touring the facility was very easy. The grounds are very clean, the unit was spotless, the prices are fair, and I was impressed with the attention to detail. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a storage unit.

Jennifer was very kind and explained everything about the process very clearly. Units are in pretty good shape and price is competitive. Definitely recommend!

I held my stuff in storage here for eleven months and didn't have a single problem. Processing of moving in and out was simple. Besides those three things, what else can you ask for in a storage space?

The service was really good!! Great customer service and the lady (with blonde hair) was really helpful with us. We were able to get a 1 month free and I only paid $36. Amazing deal!

I only need this place for a month and the service was great

After visiting several storage places I went in to this location and was amazed at how friendly and helpful the staff was I was greeted by the General Manager Whom then passed me on to the Manager Mr. Jim who was so kind and very informative and on top of that he had so much patience with me lol because I really didn’t know exactly what I wanted because I really didn’t need one I just wanted one just so my garage could be fresh and clean again after 8 Years but mr Jim answered all of my questions and even showed me multiple units different sizes until I chose the one that was perfect for what I was wanting at this time I must say after visiting several other different storage places the same day and even the day before from downtown houston to this actual location this particular storage place I was very pleased of the cleanliness and the appearance of the location so they get 5 stars from me I wish I could give them 10 stars for everything my whole experience from beginning to end was very welcoming Thanks Again you guys for great customer service and the cleanliness keep up the good work

Overall experience was good until that night i went to actually put my stuff in storage my access code did not work called customer serivice their code didn't work so they had to call the manager for a code so we could get in the gate said someone would call me the next day to get code and all straightened out never got the call hopefully my stuff will only be here for a few weeks and i can move into my place

At first things weren't going good. The storage unit I was assign still had stuff in it and the door was broke, but the manger quickly handled it and assign me another unit. Thanks I didn't won't to have to find another place.

Great price

Place is still being renovated from Harvey but location is close. wish they had more then one entrance really hard to get around place especially if you have a uhaul!

Great prices, great service, only two things that could be better are that it has only one entrance so if you have a moving truck you have to utilize the "T" at the end to turn around (almost got stuck when I thought the side entrances were usable), and it's hot (to be expected with Texas and non-climate controlled units). But if the side exits were usable it would be 5 stars.

I moved in on November 9th, 2015 at the 9900 Rowlett Street location. Ms. Chelsea Hall was the representative who helped me, Ms. Hall was so professional, helpful and thoughtful, I must express my satisfaction!! Ms. Hall took the time to answer all my questions, never showing any impatience or frustration---I had a bunch of questions because it was an emergency situation for me and I'd never rented a space before. It was a great experience for me!! I would refer this Cubesmart to anyone needing to rent a place!! My space was neat and clean already, I didn't need to clean it first myself! I was really impressed with Ms. Hall.They truly do monitor the area and do the walk-thrus!!

Laquita Johnson was able to get me into a bigger unit as requested right before closing. She made numerous calls and made it happen. I was able to get online discounts and a better price. Great service! Wonderful teamwork at this location. I know where to go for my storage needs. Thanks!
