I was helped by Kim. They were extremely welcoming upon my arrival. I purchased my unit over the phone and was a bit taken aback by it being located on the second floor because I specifically asked for a first floor unit. Kim was not who I originally booked with, but they were still so kind as to find another unit for me instead. Changed out my locks and gave me a new gate code, and smiled throughout the entire process. Overall, it was an easy, pleasant experience.

My experience with the Hinman location was great. Upon calling customer service to inquire about availability, it was easy to setup everything fast over the phone. After my setup over the phone, I received an email with all information and Jared the site manager called to confirm everything.
Jared was extremely helpful. Once I arrived to the site, Jared explained the contract, entry and exiting, provided hours of operation, etc. He even came back to assist me when I couldn’t figure out how to close the door on the unit. He provided great customer service and was very professional.

From The first phone call inquiry, to setting up a time to come by the storage was all a seamless process. The girl on the phone was very detailed and explaining the admin fee, the lock fee as well as the special they had going on. About 10 minutes after I hung up with her the on-site person contact me to verify he would be there when I came which I really like. Because most people know storage facilities are notorious for having the be back later sign put up.

Very clean storage center. No vehicle oil as is common in larger spaces at other storage centers. Staff is always courteous and listened well to accommodate our storage needs.

I had just moved in and about an hour later my storage unit was hit by a tornado and ripped the roof off of my unit and several others. I had never leased a storage before it was my first time. The lady at the desk was very nice and polite. She explained everything I needed to know and what options I could take in regards to leasing the storage. She walked with me outside and took me to my storage gave me a little tour as we were walking. Very good customer service. I would definitely recommend this storage location to friends and family members.

I was absolutely blown away!!!! My husband and I were literally in the middle of a move and were using Public Storage. Public Storage did not have the size I initially requested and reserved online. We pulled uo with a truck full of our belongings and our previously reserved unit unavailable ! We decided (forced) to take our chances with a smaller one as we didn't know what else to do. We took this chance bc we were told we could always rent an additional smaller unit if needed.
We needed it. However, they wouldn't give us the same offer (1st month $1) and wanted a full month's price in full and ALSO wanted to chg us ANOTHER $25 "processing fee" AND additional insurance premiums!!!
NOPE.
We frantically did a online search for nearby places and found US Storage.
At the price i seriously wasn't expecting much. .. However, I was more than pleasantly surprised by what I received. I was exceedingly impressed with ny experience. An extremely high level of customer service given by property manager KEONNA LONG. She truly went above and beyond for us. She was patient with us after our dealings with PS we were not happy or nor prone to smiling,... Her outstanding dedication, efficiency and engaging demeanor made us do just that. She saved our day.
Ms. Long, Id like to personally thank you for all you made happen... thank you sincerely for your attention and high work ethic, and sense of humor. It turned everything around.
There are some things that need attention on the property but Im told they are aware of them and will be addressed as part of the ongoing renovations.
Overall property was very clean and well maintained.
The prices unbeatable. The service beyond my highest expectations.

Made the reservation online, and was called while I was dialing the number to ask questions. Keonna was great. We got there and she let us pull the trailer in so we would not have to maneuver it. I would absolutely recommend this place. I have rented storage from many locations over the years, some good, some bad, but so far this has been one of the best.

My experience with Texas Self Storage is nothing but great job !!! There is never a problem accessing the locked entry/exit gate. Craig and his staff are always more than friendly and very accommodating any time I call with a question. The entire storage site is always clean ! I am very pleased with everything about Texas Self Storage and would recommend it to anyone looking for storage space.

I have had my storage here for close to a year now. I had my storage in Macon, Ga broken into. This place has been very safe. The people are great. I am a truck driver who just pops into town on occasion. What I like is the proximity to the airport, the bus line and most of all the decently priced motels. There are very reasonable rates at the motels in this area, and they are generally clean and hospitable, as well.More so, than many other areas of Houston. If you are looking for a decent and safe storage solution, you ought to give them a try.

I'm a tenant of two years now and I never had a problem. Recently their were some renovations done to the property and I had to move to another unit. For the inconvenience I was offered a free months rent or a moving service if not able to do it myself. Again I feel am treated fairly and the price is reasonable hence still a customer and not planning to move out anytime soon
Craig is knowledgeable, hard working and always ready to help at Texas Self. The property is safe, always clean, and well lighted. Good SE Houston place for your storage needs.
My experience with the Texas Self Storage has been great I appreciate the courtesy calls to avoid being late, the customer service is very polite and friendly. I live far from where the storage is I used to go and drop payments off but with the different payment options makes it really convenient.
I would like to say that Texas Self Storage has been most helpful to my family and myself. We currently live in Tennessee and had to put all of our belongings that we had there in storage verses bringing it back to Tennessee. The Management team has been most helpful to me several months on hand by doing courtesy calls to help me avoid late fees on my payment, because I often forget to make my payment by a specific date, I totally respect and greatly appreciate that to the most!!!!!!
