Facility Description

US Storage Centers located on South Loop East serves the Gulfgate and Golfcreast community of Houston, Texas. Our self storage facility has been specifically designed to meet the rigors of our Houston weather through it's climate-controlled units. Our self storage facility sells a wide variety of boxes (from small boxes for books and other heavy items to wardrobe boxes in which you can actually hang your clothing for your move), tape, bubble wrap, and other moving supplies to make your packing and moving as smooth and organized as possible. Conveniently located just off the 610 highway, our storage facility is easy to find, easy to access, and has everything you’re looking for in a self-storage center. You’ll find our facility near the intersection of South Loop East and Reveille Street, right across the Gulfgate Shopping Center. With over 30 years of experience in the business, you can count on us to provide you with top-notch service.

Good experience I feel like my stuff is actually safe finally it's clean and right off the freeway they have working carts u can borrow free. Friendly staff. She even listened to my rant about what I was going through at the time and I was storeing my stuff because I felt like a woman in the house inwas renting a room was trying to set me up . Went there on 3/26/2022 and Ryan is a helpful guy. There was even a issue with one of the tenants being upset cause she said that they "put a lock on her unit". He handle that like a boss. Thank you Ryan for all that you do.

Hands down the best customer service. I called after office hours Saturday night and was still able to get a real person and sign my lease electronically and do payment over the phone. The agent who helped said someone would reach out with codes and such. Today is Sunday and I didn’t get a call so I called the number and the agent I spoke to said she’d escalate to district manager and I’d get a call. I received a call in less than an hour from him who then said someone from the storage location would reach out to me. Not even 20 minutes later Ryan was calling to let me know he’d be there to get me set up. ON A SUNDAY. I arrived and Ryan quickly helped get me situated with my access code and lock for my unit. He also made sure everything worked before I left so I wouldn’t have any problems later today with movers getting in to unload. TLDR: best customer service, competitive pricing, Ryan is the best, best choice for storage.

Very clean facilities, with unique anti-theft locks in use. I feel that because of the use of these deep set locks, my belongings are safe from theft! Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Wonderful! From answering the phones to email communication to offering a free rental truck to giving instructions on move in day. The entire process was quick and easy. Great pricing for what they offer! Our free rental truck was 4 hours and we lucked out on having it the entire day because there were no reservations after us. this was our first time ever getting on using a storage facility. this place was very helpful and patient with us. I highly recommend talking with Jennifer, she showed us multiple units and advised us which was the best options for us. I have had storage units with BullsEye storage located in the Gulfgate area for many years now. Miss Val is a sweetheart. She is always very helpful whenever I have questions about my units. She always gives me a call if there is anything I need to be aware of regarding the units I have.

You walk into the place to get a unit or just ask about it, first of all they offer water which in houston heat that is amazing. Both women were super nice and helpful. The experience was very pleasant and I felt wanted there and they want my business I wasnt just another unit to them I was a person. The process was fast and easy. Some places near by were around the same amount but this place doesnt require you to get insurace and they give locks away for free not to forget the promos they have going on for aaa members you can get first month free but dont worry if ur not a member they currently have a promotions that you get second month free. Omg also you can use their truck to move in for FREE that is so amazing but you do have to have ur own insurace which sucks if you dont even own a car but it is still great they offer it and offer a cart which makes moving easy. They let me view the unit before I purchased and the place was clean! Deff Check them out
