Our storage units in Houston, TX come in a variety sizes with different features and amenities. At BullsEye Storage, our indoor storage units ranging in size from 5’x5’ up to 20’x30’. Our facility has integrated 24-hour recorded video surveillance, climate control, and cut-proof locks. Our tenants receive a PIN code that grants access to the property, the elevator and the storage unit.

The ceilings in our storage units are 12’ to 14’ high, allowing you plenty of room to stack boxes and fit other long items. Our loading areas are weather-proof and located inside a steel-fenced perimeter for added comfort when bringing in or taking out items. The covered awnings at our entrances are high enough to park a typical moving truck under. There are also two large elevators to make loading and unloading easier.

Our facility has monthly insect and pest inspection/control performed by experts.

1. If you have a sofa that is flat on the end, you may want to stand it up on the end to free up more space.
2. When stacking items, make sure you place heavy items on bottom to reduce the risk of the stack being crushed or tipping over.
3. If you have removable legs on a table, try removing them to create more space. But, if the legs don’t come off, utilize that space under the table by placing boxes or other items underneath.
4. Place items you may need to retrieve frequently toward the front of your unit – this is especially helpful for people utilizing storage during a remodel.

This is one of our most popular sizes for people with apartments and condos who are very active outdoors. We’re a couple of blocks from Buffalo Bayou and not far the Discovery Green park, so we get a lot of people storing items like kayaks, bicycles, wagons, and scooters.

Very popular for fitting the contents of a one-bedroom apartment. It’s also a good option for people who are downsizing and need some overflow space. People who are renovating also like this size.

These are a good option for two-bedroom apartments to a three-bedroom home,
depending on how much you have.

Jennifer is awesome! I’ve been a customer at this location for several years now. I needed to clear out my small storage unit and get a larger unit. Jennifer was able to get me a unit only five units down from my old one, which made moving everything over so much easier. I love the fact that she lives on site, which makes me feel like my belongings are safe and cared for. I like that Bullseye made me feel like a special customer and not just a number. The facility is always clean and everything is in working order. I highly recommend Bullseye for anyone’s storage needs!

This is the second time I have chosen to use Bullseye storage. It is storage units. It’s kept very clean very secure very assessable. It’s air condition. It’s a little more expensive but it’s worth it for the convenience of getting to your things quickly rather than driving all the way across town really like the staff as well. Very nice.

Previous managers of this Bullseye on W Dallas were great. And the new management - Jennifer and her associate Don - are even better! The facility is well-kept and easily accessible. Definitely the best option in the area!!

I walked in on my lunch break and was so impressed with the office most storage places I’ve been to are cluttered or feel overwhelming busy. I first met Lou several years ago when looking for a storage unit. I had visited several other storage places nearby. Lou was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Having met her, I decided to rent a storage unit at Bullseye Storage on West Dallas. Then I met Judy who is equally as helpful, conscientious and kind. The storage units (I have had more than one) are clean, climate controlled and the security going in and out of the facility is excellent. Judy & Lou are amazing! I was trying to get a unit before the Thanksgiving Holiday and I went to two different places. The first location I went to (Extra Space Storage), even though the sign said they were on property, no one responded or came to the office to help me. The second location (Proguard Storage) turned me away and said they couldn’t show me a unit because it would take too long and he needed to close up. He said they stop showing units at 5:30 and I arrived at 5:33 pm. Very rude! The next day I called Bullseye and Lou was so nice over the phone and I came to get a unit the second I got off work. They both worked to ensure I received the full discount that was advertised online and made me feel so welcome. I’m a happy customer!! Thanks Judy and Lou!

Great Price! Great Location, Great Customer Service, and Referral Discounts! I called about 5-10 minutes before closing (6pm), and spoke with Ms. Blou! She was so sweet and helpful! I felt bad for calling so late, and didn’t expect anyone to even answer, but Ms. Blou reassured me that, as long as they were open, she would answer! I thought this was very great, because most places close down 15 minutes prior to closing time. Moreover, when I went into the office the next day, I spoke with the Property Manager, Mrs. Judy, and she was just as sweet, and personable as Ms.Blou!

We have used Bullseye Storage for years. It is very convenient, and the people who work there are always extremely nice and professional. Nothing’s more difficult & frustrating than going through a big residential & business move, except maybe doing so in the midst of a pandemic. Here I found myself, like so many, & it’s beyond overwhelming to have to take on such a daunting task. I did my due diligence in researching storage facility options & chose Bullseye with total confidence this was the best choice after speaking with neighbors who’ve learned the hard way which to avoid first. I called & spoke with Judy who, thank goodness, was extremely patient & helpful & really went out of her way to help me with the entire process including securing their moving truck. She’s so friendly & even detailed my next steps in the process, which simplified everything. What a relief! I can finally begin the moving process & know my belongings will be safe. I chose the biggest unit & have the option to downsize as I move things into my new place later, which is great. In addition to the secured facility entry access, each individual unit has its own security alarm! They didn’t nickel & dime me with expensive lock or insurance costs, they were very reasonably priced. And my 10’x30’ unit came with all the extras that others charge extra for, such as climate control & more. I believe all the ‘extras’ are standard in Bullseye’s units. AND my unit was still in the price range of those without such! I was able to get through the entire process from home too. Well, actually I wouldn’t have been able without Judy patiently staying on the phone & guiding me through everything. I half jokingly said I needed her the rest of the day bc she’s so helpful. Never expected something like this to be a hectic move game changer, but it is. Perhaps, you’re also going through something similar to me & this may save you from what I know my neighbors experienced. Passing forward their fantastic recommendations & now, my personal experience with Judy & with Bullseye.

Great storage facility. It is in a good location with great security, air conditioning, cleanliness, accessability for moving large items, and staff. Only using it for a few months but I would definitely come back.

Excellent customer service, guided me through the rental process over the phone and signed the lease. Moving in was extremely easy with their free moving truck and dollies. Units are nice and clean and well air conditioned. Security is top notch too.

This is a great local business to support if you ever have storage needs! Staff is friendly and helpful, temperature is well controlled and comfortable--even in Houston in July. Prices are very competitive and you have to enter your access code in two places and use a key to get into your unit, so it feels very secure. Highly recommend!

Judy, the manager, was an absolute pleasure. She guided me through all the paperwork, took me to my unit and exchanged wild stories about some of her best customers. 😂😂😂 She even put out fresh candy for me. The place is clean and the lobby is comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

Judy is the one of best facility managers I have worked with. I have had units in this facility (and others in various countries) since 2009 for both personal and business purposes. Aside from the convenient location, Judy (and also, Lou, when she there – she was also great and I’m sorry to see her gone!) has always been incredibly helpful during her tenure, whenever I have required assistance while living abroad. Aside from simply being a kind and friendly person, she is very well organized and always willing to help. I highly recommend Judy to help with any storage needs.

I see that the company has changed hands. It no longer has that mom and pop feel it did years ago. This is not my first time being their customer (years and years at the airline location) 2 have two units here. Ms Judy is the sweetest most wonderful employee ever at a storage location. I can't express enough how much this company has changed. It's just very commercial. ( Ms. Judy is still the sweetest though and always goes the extra mile) The facility is always clean. Day or night I’ve never seen bugs or debris from move outs. Update: I did reach out like the owner says in the comment below. They did take care of an issue.

I have rented spaces at other storages in this area but did not get the service that I got at Bullseye Storage on West Dallas. The manager there was a very sweet lady named Judy. She was very helpful and did it with class. Very professional . Had such a beautiful smile. Other tenants came in while I was there and she was as excited to see them as she was with me. I knew right then I was at the right place. At some of the storages I have been in the manager was not even in the office. I would have to wait. But not at Judy’s Storage. So I highly recommend Bullseye Storage .

I was skeptical at first as I have had bad experiences with storage facilities like Public Storage and Uhaul, however I have had a few months here so far and it is the best experience I have had to date. The facility is clean, it's easy to get into with my pass code, and management is always so nice. I thought parking might be an issue seeing that its like an L-shape however its never full. They offer a free move in truck with your rental of a unit which saved me enough to have another month basically free (They give first month free when I went). They have boxes and most supplies I needed that I forgot to buy in the office which was nice! The units all had their own lighting (Wall knob in hallway) and the temp in the halls was nice and cool. Overall I plan on re-using this location when I downsize! 10/10

Good Morning. My son Mike and I visited this facility today. We were so impressed by the friendly staff and how clean the facility was. The lady working was Judy, so extremely accommodating. The secureness of this building and equipment to service you in moving is outstanging. My son is hopefully transferring to the Houston area and settle into a new job. Clean, cool, nice people, a little pricier than older places, but worth it. Be sure to look for online 'deal' rate before renting - they are usually $20 - $30 cheaper. *But you can't get the rate if you don't have proof of online rate; that's the only real negative and reason it's not 5 star.*

Judy and the BullsEye Storage team on West Dallas are really wonderful to work with. The location is easily accessible in-town, with ample parking and great hours. The facility is well-maintained, very clean, and secure. As a woman, I feel safe coming and going on my own, visiting my personal unit as-needed, without worry. All activity is video-monitored. The units themselves are air-conditioned and spotless. While the location and facility can't be beat, Judy really goes above-and-beyond to provide service with a smile. She is always cheerful and ready to help with any questions or concerns. When I approached Judy and BullsEye with the opportunity to partner with the Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation through sponsorship of our annual Community Book Drive (and storage for the children's books we collected), she was beyond willing to help. Always professional but operating with a big heart, BullsEye represents the best of the Houston Business Community.

I moved from out of state to Houston, TX and Judy was incredibly helpful. The entire process was easy and not stressfull being able to handle everything via phone and email prior to my arrival to Houston was great. I needed a bigger unit once I arrived and again that process was simple. I am really happy with Bullseye storage and how accommodating they are. The facility is very clean and the staff are friendly and always willing to help.

I have stored my things at the 3200 W Dallas St. location for years now and have always been pleased with the customer service. The facility is impeccably clean, and I love the covered unloading docks (very helpful in the unpredictable Houston weather).

Awesome customer service! I only rented for a week while in the middle of moving, and for $45 I got a 10x10 unit for a week, $25 dollars worth of boxes (free!) and use of the facility's moving truck for a day (free!). Money well spent.
