The staff at my locatiion is excellent! Superior customer service and I felt like they really cared. Top knotch service. The space itself isn't the greatest but it served the purpose. Wish the insulation in the ceiling was covered. Otherwise fine. I chose Bulls Eye because of the lady that helped me. If she hadn't been there I probably would have gone elsewhere. She is a gem.

Introductory price was great but then you guys really jacked it up. Currently trying to get out and find a cheaper place. Not sure what else you'd like to know because it's a self storage/self service. The ladies did their job when I came in the first time. I have no issues there. It's the high cost of rent you're charging that I have a problem with. Would I recommend this place to someone else?........no probably not. Feel free to call me if you have questions.

I was told by the lady that lives there at the storage that she would call me after the 60 days but she did not call me and sold my storage an she did not let me talk to the person who bout my storage so I could buy it back.

I had a good experience with Bullseye. Miss Charlene was very professional, and any problems that occurred She took care of them right away.

Many times when I went to the office, nobody was there. And 2 times when I went to the office, the substitute person, some guy, didn't have a clue what he was doing and said I would have to come back when the manager was there. And when I was ready to use the truck to move in, it was not available. So, when requested to use it again couple days later, I was told it was too late because I had already moved in, but I wasn't finished moving in. Seems like the truck was just a ploy.

did not honor internet pricing for additional unit that I rented from you. I initially had one unit and while grabbing something from the initial unit, I stopped by front office in person and signed up for an additional unit. After discussing available units, was told for the unit selected y'all were unable to honor internet pricing for unit because I approached in person. Not good business at all to utilize such a reason to not honor internet pricing.

Expensive for such a small storage space.

A price increase after only a few months. I guess this is common practice but doesn't say much for customer appreciation. I can move to a nearby location and save the increase but what a hassle.

My experience with BullsEye, has been great. I like the fact that everyone needs a code to get in and out of the facility. My unit was lighted on the exterior of it. The downside is that the prices do change without notice.

The property manager was very accommodating and very helpful. The main draw back is that the main call center number doesn't seem to coordinate with the actual property. There were multiple times I called and when I came to the property the manager had no record of what I had requested and was told that I had to contact her directly. Whats the point of having a call center if it doesnt correspond to the actual property. Its frustrating to have to make multiple calls to get a question answered, request information or make a property request

They could not have been more friendly and welcoming. Additionally I am very impressed with their office practices billing paperwork organization and their email structure I wish that my other subcontractors and vendors could be half as organized as bullseye storage. A first class operation with great service.

Bullseye storage is very convenient to my home security cameras and lock the gate code make me feel secure with my contents.I did question the manager about the cameras if they do record she said yes on a similar note I did mention one day that she was sleeping and it turned out to be that she was in a conference call overall I am satisfied with my two units I have in my acqiure a third

Hello To those looking for a storage facility I have been a customer with Bullseye storage for many years. My son daughter in law and my mother all have storage units here for their personal property and also some of their more important business items. For those of us who went through the hurricane and flooding here in Houston this facility remained unaffected by the flooding. The security is very good at the facility with gated entrances with proper lighting during the evening hours. The staff is always there to answer your questions and also make recommendations on saving you money on your square footage Rental. I highly recommend this company and will continue to do business with him in the future. I was not paid to give this recommendation only to assist my neighbors in connecting with a great business partner. Good luck in 2020... Thanks
