I moved from Minnesota to Houston after completing some four year commitments. As I wait for my apartment to become available, I needed a place to store my furniture. Thankfully I found BullsEye Storage. This storage location is not only extremely affordable, but they also provide units that are accommodating to any storage needs you may have. The security set up puts my mind at ease, and I rest well knowing that my belongings are safely tucked behind a coded gate, a locked door, another locked door, and surveyed constantly by a myriad of cameras placed all throughout the property. It is clear that BullsEye Storage has fostered a respectful, positive, and friendly environment toward customers as well as employees. For each of my visits, I was greeted by a Ms. Saldana, and each time I left feeling good and secure in my choice to be with BullsEye Storage. I have nothing but high praise for the employees of BullsEye.

I’ll start by saying that Charlene is one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met. I’ve been completely stressed about my move and my closing day got behind and now I have to rent a storage. After some research online and let me back over here because of the good reviews and pricing. I had an issue with my reservation because I wasn’t careful reading the fine print but she was able to resolve it in no time and lower my stress about moving. It was quick to sign the contract and it came with the free truck! Super grateful thank you Charlene and this location!

This location is great. Awesome customer service, reasonable prices. Manager and staff are respectful and very helpful. Although I do have some concerns with my storage. Some installation should be covered on the ceiling due to installation falling on my belongings. But overall storage is great!

Cannot say enough good things! Moved in today and Charlene lived up to everything and more I read online before. She is helpful and kind and genuinely wants the move-in experience to be easy and smooth. The property is well-kept, good security, no history of flooding. I got a climate control unit and it is clean and had really good temp (moving in end of July!). The truck they have available is so helpful and I really appreciated Charlene making timing for when I needed to use it work. A total gem of a place, can’t recommended enough!!

I shopped around quite a bit looking for a storage unit. Honestly, one of the big reasons why I choose BullsEye Storage on Airline Dr. is because of the site manager, Charlene. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I will note that the vast majority of the facility does need to be improved/updated (not Charlene's fault). If you're looking for a place, come here but definitely ask for one of the newer units. Owners please make note.

Clean, secure, affordable. Property manager Charlene is WONDERFUL! She is SUPER friendly & accommodating. She obviously takes pride in her job & reputation. A major reason we chose this facility is because you have access to your unit from 6:00 a.m.- 9:00 p.m. even though the office closes at 5:00 p.m. During our search we found a few other facilities that were cheaper, but you don't have access to your unit after office hours which is usually 5 p.m. or 6 p.m. & closed on Sunday. This makes no sense for those who work a normal 9-5. Bullseye also has pest control contractors who come out 2x month. This is also a plus because we had a storage at another place in the past that had problems with rats & roaches.

I recently had a need to secure additional space to store some business equipment and sought out Bulls Eye on Airline and made a trip over to tour the plant and see the options on their availabilities. When I got there I was greeted by Mrs. Charlene who was a bundle of enthusiasm , knowledge and warmth. She made me feel like there was no where else I wanted my property to be and used all of her charm and influence to insure I knew my property would be safe and I was a valuable member had I choose to rent there. Whereas the facility could certainly do with a bit of TLC in renovations, it undoubtedly makes up for in their spectacular site manager Charlene! I needed storage for only about a week and could not find a place that would accommodate me. Bullseye prorated the week's storage for me and had very competitive rate if I needed to extend. Staff is very friendly and happy to help, I highly recommend this facility.

It's alright but if you need something fixed there's always an excuse why they can't do it. I feel they should put more effort to solve the problem instead of saying "oh well" this was a very simple problem that the management team could have taken care of them selves.

Great! Easy to deal with and good experience so far!

Charlene and Jessica are easy to deal with and the facility is clean - so I thought. Had several waterfowl mounts that I'd placed in the climate controlled unit a few months back and when moving this morning, noticed they'd been destroyed by rats. That and a leather ottoman was also a partial victim. Per the agreement, not much can be done but would have thought with the extermination and climate control in place - things may have been different.

I visited this location on February 25, 2020. It was just great. I received a friendly greeting upon entrance, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I was assisted by assistant manager Jessica. She was so calm, friendly, and professional. Jessica took me on a golf cart tour of the facility. She was very thorough, even showing me lights, entrance/exit gates, and other security features. Before the tour, she asked me a few questions about my storage needs. Based UK upon my answers, the first unit that she showed me, was the perfect size for what I needed to store. She Also offered me two separate options for discounts, and a quote. This is one of the best storage experiences I have had in a long while. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is in search of a nice place to store.

Great location, and very friendly staff, John always is welcoming and is certainly considerate to any of your storage needs and questions. My family and I have several units over here and one reason why we keep renewing is the staff is accommodating to our needs. The grounds are always clean and the online payment method makes monthly draws easy so there's no late payments on your end. I would highly recommend friends and family to use BullsEye Storage on Airline if you live or work around the central area of town!

Great location, great staff, great facilities, and great prices. I was moving back to Houston and JT helped me find the beat deal for the amount of stuff I was storing and was flexible when I realized I needed a bigger unit on the day I was supposed to move in. Earlier this week I received an email that my monthly payment was a week late, even though I thought I had signed up for automatic payment. When I called and spoke with JT about it, we found the breakdown in communication and even though I was technically at fault, he got rid of my late free and got me signed up for automatic payment. That’s customer service! Highly recommended.

Had a great experience here. Stored some furniture in a climate-controlled unit for a few months. Service was great. Facility was clean. Staff was professional. This was in stark contrast to our two prior experiences using storage lockers. Both other times were with a large storage company. And both those experiences were awful. So this was a pleasant surprise. We'll be back if we have any future storage needs.

I would recommend this place to any one needing a really clean well managed property I was really happy with the the customer relations .. I really feel like my items are in good hands at this location
