Our Fort Worth location conveniently sits just west of the I-35W right where Golden Triangle Boulevard meets North Beach Street/Alta Vista Road. The facility is right down the street from the Keller Sports Park and between the Ranchette Estates and Village of Woodland Springs. Many of our customers live in the Trace Ridge, Keller and Summerfield neighborhoods.

A. Credit cards are not required to rent a unit at US Storage Centers. We accept payments in cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard.

Q. How long do I need to rent a storage unit?

A. We offer storage rental on a month-to-month basis making both short term and long term storage easy. You are never locked into a long-term lease agreement.

Q. How do I make my monthly payment?

A. You can choose to pay in person, online, over the phone, or through mail. Automated payments can also be easily setup.

Q. Do you offer discounts or promotions?

A. Yes! We offer special pricing and discounts for new storage customers such as one month 50% off. You can find our promotions by searching our unit selection above. Each promotion can be found next to the unit pricing and amenities.

Q. Do I need to bring my own lock?

A. Customers are required to have a compatible lock if they choose to purchase their own. Storage unit compatible locks are also available for purchase at our facility.

I was moving and had to down size from two garages and 2 storage lockers. I initially came here for the two for one special, but ended up renting because the prices are unbelievable! I am a storage professional!(some call us Horders),just not ready to part with everything yet! The Gentleman here was so very nice ! The whole facility has been recently refreshed and all of the units repainted. Security gates, cameras and lights are on the property. , which keeps everything safe. I have been renting a unit here for years and haven’t ever had any issue with staff, pricing, or storage. The staff is very kind and professional they are always welcoming and will work with you on renting. Temperature controlled units are exceptional for maintaining climate sensitive items and for the price I’d say it’s well worth it.

We were not in this unit for a very long time, but it is a great place to store what you need to, and the onsite people are the best.

Honestly great customer service. The area can get pretty dusty but they were kind enough to let us know at the front desk, so we could pack all our stuff nicely and not worry about any of it. Outdoor environments can't be controlled but by letting us know it made us feel like they cared. Everything went really smooth and we had no problems at all.

The manager Greg was very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. I booked my unit online but due to a system glitch was unsure if everything had gone through. He was able to verify that it had, get me the lock that I purchased and made sure I kept the spare, and was just overall personable during the entire transaction. As far as signing the contract he was upfront and let me know exactly what I was signing beforehand. Once everything was completed he had me verify that my code worked, then showed me where my unit was personally. The location itself is very clean and secure. The climate controlled buildings seem to be a great value, and it does come across that they do care about customers at this location. He even had a cat to help me with moving items from my car to my unit, which I haven’t seen much of before. Overall - great facility, fair prices, and very attentive management.

Gregg Nicholson has simply been outstanding. He was so engaging when I came by to check prices that I had to stay longer. While the prices were competitive, they were not the cheapest. However, Gregg was obviously someone with whom I wanted to work even if it meant paying a little more. To my pleasant surprise, Gregg was also able to give me good discounts.

The storage manager Greg was great. when the moving truck came, we realize that the storage unit that we booked was too small. The office was closed by that time. But Greg was still there to save us! He arranged a bigger unit and told me to go ahead and start moving while he can finish up the transfer paperwork!! He knew I was paying the movers hourly. Greg made sure everything was okay before he left. He did everything with a smile on his face and never felt irritated for having to stay late for me. But this place is expensive! Greg gave me some specials for the first couple of months. I hope I find a permanent place by then :)

I had unit 102 for 6+ years. I hadn’t been in the unit since I established service. I recently came thru Ft Worth and stopped by. Was going to start process of emptying the unit over the next 1-2 months. Opened unit, everything the same as it was. Closed door and went on my way. Stopped by and spoke with Greg - was looking for recommendations on Charity outfits (wanted to get rid of all the furniture & misc items I didn’t want). Greg gave me the name/number of a Company to call. Looked at companies reviews and employed them to help. Bottom line, I made 2 trips to Ft Worth to get items I still needed. The company I hired were great. They communicated directly with Greg and the move out was flawless - and the furniture went to a family in need! All I can say is - 6 years in storage, stuff still in same shape it was when account opened, wonderful site help from Greg. Five stars, 4 Popcorn Bags. US Storage is a great place to store your items. At Golden Triangle - Greg will take great care of you.

Honestly blown away by the level of service shown by the Property Manager Lesha! I had multiple issues with my movers that created unforeseen delays and Leaha was able to set me up remotely and called me multiple times to check my status. When moving from state to state, every little bit of relief is welcomed. Leisha (manager) went above and beyond the call of duty which resulted in a welcome respite from my moving difficulties. The facility is nice and my temperature/humidity gauge remained pretty stable for the last month. The humidity did go up to 50+% but I’m not concerned. The doors accept two of my Abus locks that are larger than standard cheap locks.

Lesha is always extremely helpful and always has a smile when we are in the office. Any time I have had questions or concerns Lesha is always happy to help.

The property manager Lesha was awesome. I signed up online and received a prompt follow call to set a time to come in and finish the paperwork. As soon as I arrived she was so welcoming and full of smiles. She immediately took me and showed me the unit I picked out online to make sure it was what I wanted. Turns out it was actually not big enough. No big deal she showed me the next size up which was perfect. Then we went to the office and quickly changed everything to the bigger unit and completed the paperwork. Very friend staff, clean and organized property.

Great experience! I’ve rented spaces multiple times over the last 10 years. They are always accommodating and make boat parking easy. They don’t just throw you in a space, they make sure you can easily get in and out, which works best for you and the other tenants.

Heather did a FANTASTIC job of helping me with my needs. Moving is already stressful. Having help with things that I'm not familiar with, was a blessing. She was very detailed. Showed me around the facility. You can get everything you need for storage there. From locks, boxes, tape, you name it. I was disconnected from the call center when calling for prices. Heather was quick to call me back and try to get me in there for a unit. When I made it over there, fantastic service. Thanks for making it so easy!! When I came to load things up in the unit with my kids, she even drove by and said hello. FANTASTIC! Thanks again.

US Storage Center on Golden Triangle was so accommodating to us during our move! Lisha, the manager, worked with us to find the perfect spot to park our huge moving truck for a couple days. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and it was a great relief to know all our stuff was safe while we were in between homes. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

I have been using US storage Center, Fort Worth, and would like to provide feedback! The staff is very customer focused. I have had changing needs and the were always able to meet them. I have moved spaces 3 times and they have found discounts to help with the cost. Overall their normal cost are quite reasonable. Once you provide them with your insurance cover page the insurance policy is not longer required. Great customer support.

I had a 3 day notice emergency move and stress level on a scale of 1-10 was 100. One part of this chaotic experience went perfect,. Lesha called and checked on me everyday until I got to the storage facility. When I arrived she was ready to hit the floor runnuling. She got me totaly taken care of, put me at ease and had me in and out in about 15 - 20 minutes. She really does care for people she helps. I wish I could have had here fore a Project Manager over the entire moving process! And ya got to love her, she likes country music. I would give her 10 stars if I had that option! I was using this storage facility with the help of my Mom and this was a great temporary space for my belongings. The staff were very helpful when I was tired and took a nap while reorganizing my items and offered me a bottled water during a crazy, hot day that has been currently plaguing Texas. The staff were accommodating to allow me to use their restroom when I had an urgent need to go. I would also recommend to pest-proof your unit prior to putting any belongings away so that you can be rest assured that your belongings are safe and clean.

US self storage centers in Keller, Texas is a great service with great prices and far better than all other Tarrant County public self-storage locations in Keller, Southlake, Haslet, Collyville and Grapevine. The location in Keller, TX (76244) at 4772 Golden Triangle / Keller Pkwy have units that are neat/clean, climate controlled, drive-up, rv/car/boat parking and near/close to me. I was in New York and was able to work out all details with the friendly knowledgeable staff by phone in one call. When I pulled in to property they came out to greet me and welcome me. Solved my problem when I was on a very tight deadline. Thank you!

Holy Cow the service from the staff here is amazing. Leisha goes above the call of duty to make the customer service simply the best. I have only had a few interactions with other storage unit places and they staff seem like they do not care and they just want your money.......NOT HERE. I was at my unit one day unloading a trailer and I saw Leisha walk out of the office and start up the first row of units. Next thing I know she has walked to the other side of the property to my unit to see how I was doing and how I was liking the unit and if I needed anything......simply amazing.

Wow! Can't say enough about the excellent service Lesha, the property manager provided! These guys are so customer oriented! Love that. Prices are awesome as well! The unit is clean and just what you would expect of a storage facility, but the service is what puts them over the top. They also have some great specials going on now (Nov 2017). Upon reading over varying comments and praise for this location, I was won over by the spectacular owner of the property. She not only knew the pricing of every unit off hand. She just had a pleasant and cheerful way about her. We just moved our stuff out here from California and we had to use a very big tractor trailer. We were allowed to bring It in and unload it with no problems and the management was extremely helpful with offering to let us use some of their moving equipment. Just wanted stop in and tell everyone how great Lesha has been. I had a house built and had to pack everything into a storage unit. Over the past 8 months she has been the easiest and best to work with during the entire process, and that's including the builder. If you need a storage unit come by and see her, she will take good care of you.

Lesha is super sweet. She answered my questions, took me to see the actual unit I was renting, and on the day of move-in, when she found out I was going to sweep it, she came and swept it herself. We only needed to rent for two months, climate-controlled. At the end of two months, we moved our stuff out, and our stuff was fine--the climate-control worked well. I had worried about condensation and humidity, but it wasn't a problem. I had set out several sticky traps around the walls of the unit. There were some pests, but nothing like my family had experienced at a different location. I recommend enrolling in auto-debit. I didn't, which caused some confusion trying to figure out how to pay. The rent may be a touch higher than other facilities. Overall, tidy facility, plenty of space in lot and hall to move around, efficient entrance/exit, and a property manager (Lesha) with a great personality.

I highly recommend this storage facilities for their A/C units and exceptional service. Lesha Leggett went above and beyond to help us secure an additional indoor unit when we needed one.

I needed a space to store my RV and I’m thrilled that I found US Storage on Golden Triangle Blvd. The property manager, Lesha, was awesome! She is very knowledgeable about her property and she provided excellent customer service. The property is obviously well-managed and very clean. I would definitely recommend this storage facility location.

Great service, perfect spot for our use and friendly people

We had a recent move that involved having two storage units (2 different places), on both ends of our move. When we recently purchased a travel trailer, we had to find a place to store it when we aren't using it. When we checked out this US Storage Center, it was BY FAR, the best experience we've had. The host was so knowledgeable about her spaces and where would be the best place for for novice drivers of RVs! She was wonderful help. Also, we could make month to month rentals without being penalized. We are very pleased.

I rented a unit from the location in Shreveport over the weekend. Rhonda, who assisted me, was so kind (and patient with my 1 year old). She explained everything well and I felt confident using this facility to store our items.

Storage facility maintains a knowledgeable and helpful crew. Storage units are easily accessed via vehicle or moving truck. They sell boxes, locks, packing material, rent Penske trucks and offer a secure storage environment. Reasonably priced.

Property Manager Santita Lopez is a joy to work with. We look forward to utilizing the space at The Storage Works for the next two months and years to come.

Great experience. The mangers were helpful in every way possible. They loved that we asked many questions and encouraged us to call with any other questions we may have. Although we don not have need for more than one unit, we wouldn't hesitate to rent here.

Very friendly and knowledgable owners. Space is very well lit and easy and secure access. It doubles as a penske truck rental depot, so it's easy to rent or drop off a truck at the time of move in.

Customer service was top notch. Dealt with three different individuals over a two week period and everyone was helpful, patient and respectful. Seems like a smaller facility that is able to provide more individual attention to your storage needs. So far, so good and contract process was smooth and quick.

The man working was very nice and helpful. He did the best he could but there needed to be another person working with him. He was dealing with an issue that took him over an hour that was out of his control. So they are great but need more people working on the weekends.

The facility is very nice and secure, the man and woman who run it were very helpfull and made the process of moving in very easy. I will definately be recomending this place to anyone I know looking for a storage rental.
