I have been having issues with accessing my storage with the passcodes given. I was delayed on the day of my initial move due to information entered incorrectly. This is my first time needing a storage, so I am hopeful things will get better. Overall the reps at the facility have been nice, just some major inconveniences with accessing my storace

My experience with US Storage was great. I booked another unit that Sunday but when I arrived it was locked and no one was there also no answer on their phones. I was in a full on panic with a truck full of stuff. I called US Storage and they were amazing. The employee I saw was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. There were bad storms in the area about a week later and they contacted me immediately. Fortunately my stuff was ok and I had insurance, but they were so accommodating. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Put some items in storage in am,came back at 6 am next day lock on my unit. But I paid the previous day?? A little annoying. Hopefully the lock is of now and I can access my unit.

It has a family owned feel. Theresa has always treated me like family even helping keep an eye on the movers when they were attempting to take advantage of me a couple of years back. I live talking with her. Anytime I call I am always treated with dignity, kindness, and helpfulness. Even when there was confusion with my cards and my account was behind on payments as a result. Until the issue was identified, I was never spoken down to or treated in an ill fashion. Issues with doors locking was addressed and handled with an updated security system as soon as possible. Transactions are easy and customer service is always prompt and communicative in a positive manner. I drive from little elm now. I will not be moving my things too a closer storage center as US Storage has earned my loyalty. I recommend them to everyone I can.

My fiancé & I used US Storage for a few months as we transitioned to a new city & home. We initially went with US Storage because they had a great deal for a free month of storage, but found that it was their customer service made it worth every penny. On the day of our big move, our arrival to check in with US Storage was delayed due to weather & travel plans. We were set to arrive as their offices closed for the day. I called (stressed & not wanting to be that person who shows up at close) and spoke with Theresa who helped us check in through email. I hung up feeling 100% taken care of. We were able to unload our truck that evening. Moving is hard enough—Theresa at US Storage made it so much easier.

I like how cost effective the storage here is, but the communication is a little lacking. When I initially made my reservation and signed my lease I booked a 10x30’ unit. I was instead given 3 10x10’ units. The square footage was equivalent, but it would’ve been nice to know that information in advance as I had to get 3 different locks. Also, when I went into the office to ask questions, I was pressured to leave a 5 star review about my “experience”. I did not appreciate that especially since I hadn’t even moved my things into my units yet. However, I do like my units’ location and amount of space for the price.

Teresa is awesome. She’s courteous patient and professional. I say this bc I’ve worked with her since December 2020 when I first rented at us storage. I’ve had foot surgery and had to relocate this weekend to a smaller storage after completely moving into a new space (apt.) wnd she graciously assisted in getting me in and out of the office to the car after paying the relocated storage fees for June. You totally need more employees like her she’s a jewel.

I showed-up early on a Saturday morning needing space immediately to help out a roommate who was being sent out of Texas on short notice by his employer and needed to store his non essential property until such time as he knew for sure where he would end working permanently. Long story short, your customer rep seemed to sense our need to move quickly and wasted not one minute in getting us lined up with the best space at the best deal in the shortest time I could ever have imagined. No kidding, we were in and out I well under ten minutes and had him squared away later that day and ready to move on to the next phase of his life,

Super clean, reasonably priced, etc. Making payments online is totally convenient. This is my third time renting and I wouldn’t choose another storage. Love it!!!
The service is friendly and very accommodating. The only bothersome thing about the facility is the policy of locking the carts after office hours. We previously rented a storage unit in Richardson which did not lock their carts at any time so it quite unexpected to learn of this facility's policy. While we understand that previous thefts may have led to this lock-up policy, we find it notably inconvenient. Perhaps if we had learned of this policy before renting the unit rather than after, we may not consider this policy so questionable, and unnecessary.
That said, the facility is clean and the staff make an effort to be Johnny On The Spot. That part we like.

The only problem I encountered was a bunch of roaches running around. That needs to be taken care of immediately. Exterminating is needed immediately.

I had an absolutely amazing experience when I came up to get my storage facility. I spoke with Teresa at the front desk and she was amazing! She was informative and just from the time I spoke with her I wanted to tell everyone that I knew that they should check out U.S. Storage. I had been looking for a good storage place for nearly three months when my boyfriend came across them and I am so glad that he did. I honestly could not be happier. Teresa was incredibly helpful, and she really makes it a lot easier to understand all the intricacies that one needs to know. If anyone I know ever needs to find a storage facility I will tell them to go to U.S. Storage and talk to Teresa!

Started out at a very reasonable price, but the price increased $20 a month in just a six month time period without any warning The price forced us to have to have to move out.

My experience has been great! However, when the prices went up I was a little upset but I know with running a business you need finances to accommodate certain needs. Overall, the staff were awesome and my things were safe. There is one thing I would recommend and that’s padding over the units especially when the roof is being worked on, there was a lot of debri that fell onto my things and it had to be wiped down and some of my things got stained and very dirty. It seems minor but it wasn’t but things can replaced. Thanks for having me as I’ve been blessed to have a place to secure my property. I I’ll definitely recommend your office to people who are in need of a unit. Thanks.

Ashton was great to work with at the Denton location to set up my account and storage. We've been there several times to put things in storage and each time find only dollies with missing wheels which makes it very hard to load and push.
Manager was very nice and helpful in answering all my questions. Showed me the spaces available and helped me decide which was best for my needs. Didn't push to get me to rent more than needed. Access when it's convenient for me is awesome. And there is a cart for helping to haul big and heavy items right by the door. So handy!!

Great experience from start to finish. I have rented a unit from their sister company in Hickory Creek for our move. Needed space that was small and priced reasonably for some office items. Met Robin at the HC location and he informed me of their Denton location that would possibly fulfill my needs. Sure enough it was! Robin was great and even reminded me that I could use my business insurance on the unit. Thanks Robin!

The young man that checked me in is very helpful. My reservation was messed up by Sparefoot, which I would never recommend using Sparefoot. But he worked with me and helped me get into a unit, even though the one I thought I'd reserved was unavailable. He was very helpful!
Loved that I could reserve a unit online. However, I wish that I would have known it was going to be a second-floor unit. It made things interesting when moving a 54x54in marble-top table upstairs.
This location was pretty convenient as a college student being just 2-3 miles away from both UNT and TWU. I had a decent and quick experience with getting my storage unit, and was able to start moving my stuff in right away. My only concern is how dark the building gets after 6 pm. It seems as though they turn the lights off inside, and when the sun sets around 7-8 pm, I'm basically stuck in the dark with no visible motion detecting lights to guide my way around the building. I honestly didn't feel safe, and when I called to ask about why the lights were off I never received an answer after leaving a voicemail.
This isn't enough of a reason NOT to like this storage center, though. This space is affordable and looks nice. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

A little upset that I am forced to pay for insurance.
The service was super. A good deal price wise. However, I would be happier if the door to the building would close and lock so that people cannot walk in off the street.
