As such, we provide convenient access hours. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Because we understand that you may need to access your personal items at a time where we are not in the office, your unit is accessible seven days a week, 365 days a year from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

I have used this location for 5 years. Items I have had stored all these years have been well maintained and I have never seen pests or rodents, or signs of either. The staff had always been so kind and accommodating, going out of their way to help me in any way possible. We even had a hiccup with my pay a few months back and I wasn't able to pay rent until almost 3 weeks late. They called to check in, I explained what was happening, and they were very patient with me until I got back on track. I will always recommend them to others.

I am very Pleased with the service that I received from Matthew, he is a very excellent agent who listened to what I needed. I spoke with him about renting a storage unit and I informed him that I was moving from California and that I would be there on Saturday before they close, but unfortunately I didn’t get into town late Saturday Evening. When I arrived at the office on Sunday afternoon he was there and remembered the conversation that we had about the unit. I decided to downsize to a smaller unit because I wanted an outside unit. So if you need help with anything please feel free to call the office and you’ll be happy with the service

US Storage and Theresa in particular are great to work with for my storage needs. I have been with them for at least 2 years and the location in Denton is great for me (located on the corner of Woodrow Lane and Shady Oaks). The prices are reasonable and they have various size storage units available. They have both environmental and non-environmental. Moving to Texas from the Las Vegas was a struggle, but getting a storage unit was the easiest part. Calling while still in Vegas to get my storage unit was very easy. I had never never done this before, and she was able to make things easier for me. Very nice and accessible storage area; one note to add: the access is NOT up to 9:00 pm. Arriving a few minutes earlier with mattress in tow in front a storm, we found the units were closed before 9:00. The explanation: patrons cannot be locked in at 9:00, so the building is locked at 8:50? Not sure, but it's best to arrive at 8:30 - it least that's what I'll do from now on.

Highly recommend US storage on Shady Oak. I've been a long term customer and I've been happy with this facility since Day 1. They have huge open space for easy loading and they also offer competitive price in town. Manager Teresa is always being very friendly and helpful. When I first graduated from UNT I moved my whole life into the storage and started my journey around the country. I would do it again and if you are trying to get a decent storage to place your belongings you should try them as well.

I haven’t had any issues (so far)... it’s inexpensive, secure, and a nice place to store my stuff while I figure out whether or not Im going to stay in Texas. The office staff has always been friendly and kind and they’ve only increased my rate a little bit over the past couple years. Good people. No issues.

I love this place the people are great and it clean.

It was a rough start, but in the end I've been happy, overall, with my experience here. There were some mistakes made in the office when I was supposed to move in that prevented me from being able to move in and wound up stuck with a truck load of stuff and nowhere to put it. They apologized profusely the next day and gave me a credit for the trouble. I worked with Teresa OConnor today when I moved to a bigger unit and she was very helpful.

My experience was simple and hassle free when I needed a storage space for a few months. Teressa was very helpful in finding a space right next to my girlfriend's spaces so it would be just that much more convenient. The spaces are clean and a reasonable temperature in the Texas summer despite the hot temperatures, the facility was always comfortable to be in while packing in my possessions. The doors to the units worked without fail and did not threaten to jump track or over spool upon opening like a lot of places. In short I will Definetly be using the US Storage @ Shady Oaks in the future and will be suggesting it to friends without reservation.

Teresa is such a nice and friendly person. She gives great customer service. She was very courteous and helpful when I reserved a storage compartment. When I had to order another storage compartment, she found one directly across from the one I already had there. I was so excited. She is the definition of GREAT customer Service.

Stopped in yesterday to rent a unit from US Storage Center. This place has about the highest ratings, and yet the lowest prices. Service was quick and has always been friendly to me. I did see an employee lose a temper for a minute but, given what they were having to deal with, I would have wanted to run those "customers" out of the building by their necks. If you want clean, friendly, affordable, accessible... basically if you want the best storage around, this is your place.

I agreed to lease a very nice unit that day, at the best price I've seen in town (and I investigated half a dozen others online before going into US Storage), and Teresa even put me on a waitlist for an even more ideal location should that become available. Great experience! Clean, new-looking facility, great security. I'm very happy and I have to say, pleasantly surprised. I always assumed "storage places are kind of seedy." Not here!

This storage unit's a bit dark and creepy but its secure and theres cameras all over. The office ladys are nice even when I watch a guy go off about not wanting to pay his late fees and blame the office workers.

Meranda was super helpful in getting me the appropriate size unite for my needs. Very friendly and I look forward to more positive interactions with her.

This is the second time my daughter (a college student)has used US Storage Center and both times we have received great customer service. The units are spacious and a great price. Meranda explained everything wonderful the lease and gave a great tour of the facility .I recommend this storage unit for college kids who's moving out of an apartment, dorms to use this place to store the things

I can't thank US Storage Centers enough. My dad let his storage unit payment go past due which resulted in my siblings and I losing all of our family photo albums and home videos. We didn't know until a few months after and called and they spent the time to locate these items (which they miraculously still had). They also gave them back to us at no cost. We got our childhood memories back and had the greatest customer service. Would highly recommend! So refreshing to see a company go out of their way when they did not have to.

Got current unit I now rent through an auction.Had a little trouble with transaction theough auction website NOT facility. Met Gary and helped me through the process and went above and beyond to make me happy and I wasn’t even a customer. Had started looking around for units to rent since I was running out of room at my home for my inventory I sell but because of his kindness and “above and beyond” helpfulness I decided right in the middle of the transaction to become a customer. Dont know whete they stand as far as competative pricing goes but dont care and if its more than another company than its well worth it for the assistance I received. Great customer is not something you can buy!

We loved the location, and price of US Storage Centers. Both the guys who work there have been helpful. The only thing I'd ask for you to improve is that, since the roofs of the storages have a like a "metal cage" (not a completely solid roof), there is unnecessary debris that floats down into the storage units

I have been in this facility for over 5 years and have seen and been through many owners, I was told that AC would be added to the units because the ceiling is falling down on your belonging. Other than that the service is finally great!

Ashton was great to work with when I rented the storage unit. Clean facility. Easy access. Seems to be safe and secure. Very affordable! We've been there several times to put items in storage and it's hard to find a dolly and when we do they are always missing wheels (still able to use but makes it harder to push!).

Perfect storage experience. GRADE A. Clean, secure, convenient, friendly. I needed a place to store some stuff while I was moving to another state. I was able to rent a space and store my stuff and know it was safe while I was away. If I need space in Denton I will be back here for sure.

10/10 recommend this place! The staff was very helpful and respectful. I had an issue yet they were very polite and responsive about the situation! Took care of the problem in less than a day!

There isn't any temperature control in this storage unit, so it isn't a place I recommend storing anything heat sensitive. (I'm actually very worried about a few of my things.) The price isn't too bad for the amount of space you get, though (~$75 for a 10x5).

It is climate controlled, though honestly it is still really hot in there. Im pretty sure it is normal, but the insulation from the ceiling falls down and gets all over our items
