I had a great experience renting a storage unit here. The staff was very friendly, and the facility is extremely clean. My unit is climate-controlled and located on the first floor, which made access very convenient—one of the main reasons I chose this place, along with the great pricing. Highly recommend!

I had booked my reservation for the unit I wanted & paid for it online. I want to add the booking & online payment was very easy & I was also able to fill out the lease agreement online once it was emailed to me with the link. I want to say with how hectic my daily life is, they made this process so easy & quick. I want to say thank you guys so much for making this so easy & quick. Once I came into the office to meet the manager on-site & go over to my storage unit, Isaiah, the on-site manager, is so informative, kind, and wanted to make sure that my code worked for the gate and that I was happy with my unit. I was very pleased with that. He was very nice and kept asking if I had any questions. He never once made me feel like other managers & employees I've dealt with in the past at other stores, where they didn't want to work and wanted you out the door right away to get back to playing a game. Property is clean and staff is friendly!

Easy rental experience, Olivia and Isaiah were super friendly and got us in and out without any hassles. Better prices than any other facility in the area.

Excellent service. Quick and easy setup and usage of facilities. Manny is an outstanding employee; he goes above and beyond service requirements. The gates always work, no sketchy issues, and the price point is more than a bargain. I was paying close to triple for about the same two units in Temple, which seems backwards to me. Austin is definitely a more desirable location. As a veteran military police officer, I have to give this place 5 out of 5.

First time renting here, and was a little upset with the way the online express checkin is handled ...you still have to come in to the office and show id to get the gate code. But mostly they tell you to get a lock but don't say that you need a specific type of lock that isn't a padlock...but after speaking with Manny at the office he was more than helpful and went above and beyond to make up for the online miscommunication. I am, so far, a happy and satisfied customer! Definitely recommend !

Emmanuel was upstanding And Pleasant and professional to do business with. He definitely Knows his stuff, keeps a very clean office and somebody I would recommend to friends or family. The overall environment felt safe and secure and clean.

I’m not sure of the gentleman’s name but he gifted me a lock that I needed rather than me having to go buy it myself. It was a very thoughtful gesture. They’re amazing and very affordable. She even waited for me on Saturday at closing time and completed the transfer with a smile as always, and just made the whole experience as easy and pleasant as it could possibly be! First, I'd want to say that this is a REAL review. I made a reservation online, and received an email and a confirmation call. Angela was very professional, informative, and friendly. She was cleaning the office when I walked in for my appointment, which I appreciated, and the property was clean as well.

Between units is wide enough to move a big moving truck around in - many storage places seem to think you are using a small car to move your stuff in. This storage facility has been nothing but perfection for our business. We have multiple units that have all been extremely clean! The staff here is also super helpful and the location is central to our needs all over the city.

This storage facility has been wonderful! Both Danny and Angela have been kind, responsive and super accommodating with all of my requests. The storage center is located in a central location and the units are big & clean. I always felt my stuff was safe and that I could get ahold of the team on site to check-in. I originally ordered the wrong size storage and forgot I needed a climate controlled unit. He was able to assist me with changing it pretty quickly. I chose this location because it was a storage unit near me in Austin and the customer service experience helped solidify that I made the right choice. I’m new to Austin so this experience helped settle me in. Thank you for making my move into my unit an ease.

I went in today to speak to someone at the office about my storage being broken into and having everything stolen originally I was dealing with the lady but today I was speaking with a gentleman by the name of Ivan (by the way he was very friendly and very helpful and understanding) he helped me with all the questions I had, I had spoken to the lady last week when I noticed my lock off and noticed what had happened and she made me feel like I was the criminal and not the victim (like I was lying) I was very offended Ivan on the other hand was completely opposite. Thank you Ivan. If renting a storage from there ask to speak to him. 😁 By the way the 4 stars is for him. Thank you for you courtesy.

Went to this place for storage and the manager Angela gave us a 5 star experience with the customer service she gave us. She went above and beyond to make sure we get the right sized locker and she really cared about us and our personal items!

From the moment the manager miss Angela answered the phone I knew I didn't have to go shopping for any other storage center. She was pleasant straight forward and followed up everyday until I came up to look at units. We walked the facility and she made sure that I was comfortable with the unit sizes needed because I wasn't to sure. When I came back to reserve I dealt with Josh, he was equally pleasant and I received the same professionalism I received from Angela. We even walked the units again to make sure that I was getting the correct one's when I didn't ask. I couldn't recommend any other facility more highly than this one even if you are looking on the other side of town!!! Did I mention the prices.. UNBEATABLE!!!

I have rented from US Storage for about 3 months now and its been an entirely new experience I was treated with respect Josh was excellent everytime I needed help he went the extra mile from seeking to fill my need whether space wise or financial savings. The office people Angie and Josh were awesome. I had a long day of moving and then the movers and I found out we needed storage for a price of furniture because it was to large to fit through a door. So, I googled storage facilities near new me and US Storage Centers came up. I called the number shown and Angie answered and gave me a quick quote over the phone and then pointed out that the first two months of storage is really cheap, I was sold on that comment and I had mentioned that I'm short on time and asked if they could expedite the process. VERY clean, easy to navigate, and affordable. The manager, Mark, was an absolute joy to sitdown with — kind and upbeat. We would absolutely rent a unit from them again as needed in the future.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of units, security of entrance/locks, and especially the professionalism of staff. Mark was a lifesaver when I came in 30 minutes before their office closed. He set me up with no hassle for an up-sell, yet I ended up going for the larger unit anyway (the 5x5 seemed so small but was extremely tall, maybe 9-12 ft). The 10x5 was shorter, but what I needed. Mark made sure everything was squared away and was easy to work with. While I had to buy a lock from them (required, despite best last ditch efforts to placate you with the "oh I just gave away the last one left here"), and insurance (since I didn't have renters) we came to a reasonable deal and it was a very smooth process! Excellent service and so far I would recommend.

Staff is helpful and friendly. The units are a great size, pretty easy to access and the A.C. helps a lot because it keeps it very cool inside. Their prices are pretty comparable to what most places are charging, maybe a little cheaper. We set up auto pay and all can be accessed online. Great job making it easy for us to take care of business.

Mark, the store manager was very helpful. Fair prices and not far from downtown area. I have rented from them a few times over the last 5 years and never had a bad experience. Highly recommend.

It was the last half hour of his shift on a Saturday, and he had two other people he was working with before me, and I waited patiently, and understanding. He was incredibly nice and happy to help even though it was after closing by the time I got to sit down. He laid out everything very clearly, showed me to my units and had a smile the whole time. The whole experience was wonderful, and I'd recommend this place to anyone! Thanks Mark :)

This place is so clean and super affordable. Cody helped my roommate and me, showed us the unit, cleaned it, sorted us out with the paperwork and we were good to go! He was really friendly. It’s clean and the service was fast, we were able to move in the same day, everything was awesome. I like this place and I’d use it again for sure.

US Storage Centers recently purchased this facility and put in a new Manager, Mark, who is great! The facility is kind of hidden off of S. Congress, but it is super clean, and easy to park and load/unload. Prices are competitive - especially for how nice the facility is. Mark is very responsive.

Love this place!! The rates are reasonable, its extremely safe, and the staff is awesome. They are very willing to work with you based on your situation, which is more than I can say for the other places I have used before.

I feel really fortunate to have found this place. When I moved to austin 3 years ago I actually contacted them before I came. They saved my space for me, and continued to be awesome. Bought out by a larger company a year or two ago, and seem to measure up to the former owners pretty well. Not quite the personal touch of the former owners, but I absolutely recommend this place one of the best in the area

We have had a great experience with move it self storage. we have been here many years and really love the location and the convenience in getting in and out, but we were worried when it was sold. Luckily the new manager Tiffany was/is wonderful and really gives a personal touch to the service. She alerts me if I've forgotten to pay, helps me when my lock is broken, helps me get the best deal. She's just generally so nice that it makes the whole storage thing better. I feel safe there and so is my stuff. I really recommend move it self storage highly. She's easy to reach and the office has lots of great moving stuff for cheap, ropes, boxes, tape, etc. Great place.

I was referred to Move it Self Storage by another south Austin storage unit manager. The manager (Tiffany) gave me a good deal on a storage unit with AC. She even gave me the lock at no charge! I highly recommend this place, lots of deals, incentives, and great customer service. The area is very secure and is always in clean condition.
