This means that we can cater to customers throughout the metro area easily and effectively. Many of our customers live in the East Congress, Garrison Park, Carrell Oaks, Timber Village, and Cherry Meadows neighborhoods.

I must say that I've had many storages in the past. Usually my experience is lackluster. Not in this case. Disclaimer: I was asked to give a review so I could get out of the 10 day notice to move out.
Pros:The process was easy to sign up, it was relatively cheap with the half off two months discount. The guys up front are super nice n helpful. They prorated my rent to just one day because I was moving the 1st. That was super nice of them.
Cons: Cart to move items needs fixed or replaced. Super hard to move around without banging the walls. The gate was open for a period of time and the area has a large homeless population.
Needed a quick spot to store my stuff between apartments. Very accommodating and for a good rate. The staff was very helpful and understanding with my situation!

Everything went well, got the storage I needed and Im all set. Friendly staff was cool and helped us out. 5/5 stars will rent again.

I would highly recommend! I made a phone call a few days in advance and received great customer service from Daniel, as he was able to take care of my reservation immediately.
As far as the facility, it is very nice. I’ve seen others that have been in poor condition and I can say that US Storage Centers is in a league of it’s own.
Lastly, the pricing is great and they make sure you have EVERYTHING you need.
This facility has everything you are looking for and accommodate accordingly. Daniel in the front office was very helpful and explained how everything works around here.

All the raving reviews are true. I've been a customer for over a year and the property manager Nechelle not only lives on site, but is incredible. I didn't know what to quite expect for a storage center, but she's the reason I don't want to go anywhere else. Customer service makes or breaks an experience with any company, anywhere. She has been warm, friendly, fast, and efficient since day one.
I've also had great experience with my unit. I did quite a bit of research before I chose them. They not only have cameras, but also Nechelle who lives on site. One of team members also informed me they walk the premises, and even sometimes check the locks to see if any have been swapped out. Incredible. Easy auto-pay set-up if you want the option, which I did. And great location. Six big stars from me.

It is very rare that you find not just great customer service, but phenomenal. This is not something a company can hope to train their staff to one day understand. No its something that comes naturally to few people in the customer service industry. All of the staff here are wonderful, but Manny really has a knack for making you feel like your truly cared about by this company. For that reason I highly recommend coming here. Hes patient, kind, understanding, and really listens to you😀 I'll never store my things anywhere else.

I have stored my items here for over 2 years. I enjoy the convenient location, gated feature, and online bill pay. Overall I am satisfied and would recommend US Storage, but I can't quite give it 5 stars. The elevator is often out of order making my unit more difficult to access, and the price crept up over the years as well.

My property manager, Nechelle P. always makes sure things are how they are should be and she and her Staff are fantastic to see. Ivan was very helpful. I needed a climate controlled room and had already paid for a non-climate controlled room online by mistake. I only realized it when I got to the place. I already moved somethings into it on the first day my storage unit lease started. The next day I called their office and asked if there's a way for me to upgrade my unit. He was very helpful and it only took him 3 minutes to do a transfer.

Great service, especially the assistant manager Ivan Saltero! He’s at the center during most office hours. Very helpful having a familiar point of contact. Extremely helpful and looks out for the customer while maintaining excellent service. Highly recommend this location!

Wow. How can I express properly how well this facility is run. Nechelle has been the best property manager I’ve ever encountered, period.
This space is very well protected, covered and has the best prices in Austin. I’ve used public storage for extra space for several years and by far this facility is above par to say the least. Also this facility goes up and beyond not just to provide you with first class service, they have actual donation unit that gets donated to cancer charities.
You won’t be disappointed renting a unit here, I would highly recommend. Nechelle is a very empathetic and personable human being which you don’t see often enough!

This is hands down one of the top storage areas around! I have had multiple storage units through the years to facilitate having a temporary surplus of inventory items, so I have experienced some good and some bad. During my search, necessitated by a recent move to South-Central Austin, I looked into a variety of locations and decided on this US Storage location based on location, accessibility, security, hours, and then price. I reached out via phone to secure a unit and was immediately impressed with the Customer Service! Nechelle the on-site Manager, was as nice as could be, verified availability, and even went out to the unit to verify that it had a light, as I often do work inside the unit after dark. When it was time to move in, I was delayed due to traffic, and she was nice enough to stay after, so I could move in that evening and get my U-Haul back that evening. Immediately I was impressed with how modern and clean the entire facility was! The facility is very well kept, the office has a wide selection of items needed to move, the security is top notch with cameras everywhere, and the grounds are kept impeccably clean. The couple of times I have needed assistance with something, Nechelle or her assistant have been happy to help me out in a friendly, upbeat, and prompt manner. Mainly I see Nechelle during my time there, and she’s always friendly, always says “Hello” when passing by, and always calls me by name. I see by their online, phone, and in-person actions that they treat their customers well and appreciate their business. I originally chose this location because of how convenient it was, but I will be staying because of the exceptional service that they provide and the peace of mind it gives me knowing that a great team is looking after me and my valuables when I am not around. Not to mention that they had the best prices around! It’s very seldom that you get a great price and exceptional customer service, yet they definitely deliver on both fronts! Do yourself a favor and check them out, or better yet just give Nechelle a call and see for yourself, you will be happy you did!!!

Nechelle was very patient and helpful when I called to ask several questions over the phone. When I arrived at the location, it was neat and clean and the property manager Nechelle was friendly and professional. She went the extra mile in showing me multiple storage units, so that I could find one that met the needs of myself and my business. The entire process was very simple and straightforward.

Cody is exceptionally courteous and professional. He called me twice in the same day reminding me of my reservation and I like that when someone needs to remind me and I profusely apologized since I was running late. When I got to the office, he greeted me with a smile and showed me the place right away. I'm glad I chose this place.

Everything was great here! Check in/payment setup was fast and easy, and the units are very reasonably priced. There aren’t elevators, but the stairs are wide and easy to maneuver. I would highly recommend using this for your storage needs!

2/13/18. When I was looking for a storage unit 8 months ago this was the cheapest==not sure now==It is a good place and felt very safe to be in after hours, especially since it is a small facility.
Sam, the wonderful woman who works at the desk is organized, caring and a huge part of the attractiveness of the property.
There are no sockets in the unit so getting a rechargeable, (best or battery operated) high powered light from Home Depot or Lowes is necessary if you are to be there at night.
There are a few carts customers can use and the only bathroom is in the office and only open during office hours (5pm latest)
One building has an elevator and is climate controlled=the others aren't.
Also make sure to stow away all your codes and numbers as I was not able to get help over the phone late at night upon getting locked out.
You must vacate the premises at 10pm.

So i recently moved to Austin, US Storage not only has the best pricing as far as units go, but they also have awesome customer service Ms. Lolita, is always super nice, patient and accommodating, she goes above and beyond.
