Moving can be a long and exhausting process; we feel your pain. That’s why we strive to create the easiest and most convenient self storage experience for you in Arlington. We also offer storage solutions for those who want to store an RV, boat or extra automobile. Our outdoor spots are easily accessible for parking and backing out.

All of our units are on the ground floor with wide driveways that allow you to drive your moving van right up to the doors. We offer boxes (sized small - x-large) including wardrobe boxes, packing tape, tape dispensers, mattress covers, bubble wrap, picture moving kits, disc locks, and brass padlocks.

Upon entering the facility, we require a pin code for bypassing our electronic access gate. Throughout our facility, there's also 24 hour video recording.

You can find us on the U.S. 287 Frontage Road between Little Road and Sublett Road, located near Kennedale, Dalworthington Gardens, and Forest Hills.

When I moved my stuff here, I was assisted by Jared, he was extremely polite and helpful and was able to take care of all my storage needs that same day. A few months later, He has been consistent in answering any questions I had along the way, and keeping in contact when I had financial hardships. Everyone I have spoken with here have been very friendly and professional and clear answering questions I had. Very impressed with the staff.

I had a really good experience. I think the person at the front desk did a really thorough job of explaining and showing the facility. I was caught off-guard by the two 5x10 is advertised as one 10x10 but the way I store my belongings worked well with that setup. Any time I have seen Jared after signing up he has helped me effectively and promptly.

Jared is great, always helpful, friendly and has a great attitude! The facility itself is always clean and everything works. The only thing I would like to be different is, it would be nice to be able to toss a small bag of trash but we all know , give people an inch and they take a yard!

This storage place is the best one I've used so far in my life. Jared was very helpful throughout my entire duration of having my stuff in storage here. He helped get me a discount upon "move-in" and helped me throughout my moving process too as my apartment wasn't ready on the day of my move out. He assisted me with how to beat deal with this, and I was able to get my stuff out a few days later after paying a very small prorated fee for the additional days. Thank you so much Jared and if I ever need a storage unit again I will be coming back.

I used the unit while downsizing. Everything worked out great. I was well pleased with everything.

I signed up for a storage unit online and when I arrived to the site in person had a great experience with the assistant manager. She was friendly and very helpful with additional questions I had. She made sure my gate code work and when it didn't got it fixed right away. We went to check out the unit and saw that there was an electrical box taking up space. She apologized that the unit was assigned to me and she found me another unit quickly. Once again she made sure my gate code worked correctly and that the new unit assigned was clean and had no other issues.

The owner was so polite,friendly and flexible, he made it very easy to lock in what I was needing even tho I waited till the last minute, end of the week, 30 minutes before close. I said id come in the next day at some point and before I even started planning my day- Genesis called with the most upbeat attitude and asked about my schedule and let me know what times she'd be free so that we could figure out what time would be best for both of us, it was very courteous and efficient, I value that. I also appreciated the fact that no one tried to upsell me and that the insurance, payment, and security policies were explained to me very clearly before I made any commitments. Genisis was by far my favorite aspect of the whole experience- her personality was genuine and her energy was positive and infectious which made it easy to trust her and to feel comfortable knowing that if I ever had a question or a problem I would be taken care of 100%, if I were a business owner she's exactly the kind of person I'd choose to represent me and company with out a doubt 🖤

Good prices, great service. I signed up online for a storage unit and was able to go easily and quickly through the selection and registration process. I did have a small issue with a discrepancy between what I believed I rented online and what the actual unit was. The matter was handled promptly and professionally. They were courteous and fair, even generous in matching the price I had initially agreed to pay with a unit that was actually more expensive. I would use them again in the future and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I have come to this storage facility a total of 3 times. Jared has been the absolute best not only does he give excellent customer service, he also ensures that he helps me with my storage needs financially. I needed to downsize but he wanted to ensure that financially it would be beneficial to me as well as keeping me as a customer. I am going to need my storage for at least an additional 6 months and the previous amount I was paying just would not be feasible financially. This was my first time getting a storage unit. I made my reservation online. When I arrived, Sky was extremely helpful. She showed me my unit before I signed my contract. I filled out the paperwork and got my unit all under 8 mins. I even got a copy of my contract emailed to me. I recommend this facility especially if the location is close to where you're moving. It's clean, no trash laying around and there are video cameras for surveillance. They also have several options to pay for your storage, so you don't have to visit the facility.

Sky is the best. She is such a happy person to deal with. Makes you just want to drop in and talk to her every time you visit your locker. She knows what she is doing and is always very helpful. They have a very clean place. I got a nice move in special, but I would have liked a moving truck like someplaces offer. I chose American Mini Storage because they were really friendly & fairly priced but mostly convenient. I don't go to my locker very often, so it's nice to know they look after things. As a consumer, my needs asre pretty simple- I want a safe place, no hassles, and everything to be there when I go back.

The price is right about what it should be. I got a special when I rented my unit. Good access. Nice folks.

I was really stressed out when I got there & Torrey was super-helpful. She even let me use a dolly to move my furniture in. I've had other storage units, but this place is awesomely clean & they are so friendly. Torrey always waves at me when she sees me!

I have had two storage units for approximately four years now and have always found this facility to be top notch. Torrey has been extremely helpful whenever I have had a request for assistance with a problem. She always is friendly and greets with a smile. I have previously used two other storage facilities in Arlington but neither matched the cleanliness of the facility or the friendliness of the staff at American Mini Storage.
