Our instruction guide below will help you successfully navigate to our facility so you can come visit us! Make sure not to confuse this location with our other La Vergne location off of New Paul Road.

From the West (via TN-266 E): Turn right onto the US-41 ramp to La Vergne, then keep right to merge onto the US - 41 N. The facility will be on the right. About 5 miles from the TN - 266 N.

From the South (via US - 41 N): Continue north on the US - 41 N until you pass the McDonald’s. The facility will be on the left. Right off the freeway.

ABOUT THE CITY

La Vergne, founded in 1861, directly borders the city of Nashville - home to America’s country music. The city has a population of over 30,000 people, spread out from children to seniors. With a variety of restaurants - such as Shoney’s Smyrna and Margarita House - and fun shopping centers - such as The Mall at Green Hills and CoolSprings Galleria. This is a great city if you love country music as it’s only about 20 miles away from Nashville. Be sure to check out Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery and the Escape Game for some great excitement!

I had such a hassle here, so the free move in truck was not available, when we went to use it that’s fine so we scheduled a day and time and when we went to pick it up Ms.Carol said we couldn’t because it was after 10am but my scheduled time was noon was told to come back the following day, we did and poor Stephanie was blindsided but what was going on, we explained how bad this whole experience has been and she thankfully helped us get the truck.

I was annoyed from the jump because I paid online for my unit and I set the date for me to come by and get my lock and gate code set up and to be directed to my unit, and upon arriving at the storage facility i noticed the door said would be back at 12:30, now this is at 11:30 that I read this, and so I went to Walmart and walked around for an hour and came back at 12:30, I gave a few minutes just in case someone was warping up lunch and I stayed until 12:45. Nobody came. So I wasted my time and drove 30 minutes to be greeted by a locked door. I came back the next day and my experience started off as indecent but quickly got turned around by a very nice lady. I’m bad with names but I remember it starts with a c, an older black lady with (forgive me if I’m wrong) semi long braids and a very professional demeanor! She showed me to my unit quickly and apologized for the issues I described above…. Now my unit when I opened it up was lined with bunches of dead bugs. But that’s not much of an issue as long as they aren’t alive!! Over all my experience with the facility was quite decent and I am pleased with the customer service I received from this nice lady!

Apparently, CALVIN has to come help out this location (older second Lavergne, tn) as well. To me, he is one of the best associates I have dealt with in the business. He makes sure everything is done right the first time, which I GREATLY APPRECIATE. I wish the systems he has to work with on the daily were updated because THEY RUN SLOWER THAN A SNAIL. US STORAGE, get your act together; update your computer systems, and give your people the tools they need on the daily to give your customers better service before they head elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of working with Lyn at US Storage in LaVergne on Murfreesboro Rd. She was pleasant and very helpful! I appreciate her customer service!

We had an indoor, climate controlled unit, for about 4 and a half years. I made the reservation online and from the day we moved in, customer service was amazing! They are very communicative about any changes, closings, or just answering questions. Everyone I encountered was always friendly and helpful. I would come by every few months to pick something up or drop something off. I have never seen any bugs or mice droppings and I have thoroughly gone through all of our belongings. The moving out process was very easy and if I needed a storage place in the area again, I would definitely use them.

Reserved a unit online which was very convenient, and received a confirmation email shortly afterwards. No problems with the reservation, and Lynn was very helpful and professional. I was able to take advantage of a two-month special which confirmed I made the right choice! Highly recommend you consider US Storage Center.

Today my mother lost most of her possessions in an apartment fire. The things we were able to salvage she decided to put into storage. Neither of us knew anything about storages being that we have never needed one. I called around and got in contact with Lyn. She was so helpful, kind, and understanding of our day. Just a fantastic operation. Just closed out our year long account as we are moving operations to the Lavergne area and we just can't say enough good things. The property is immaculate, the storage units are strong and meticulous, and the customer service is prompt and pleasant. The first day we walked in we were shown the perfect size unit for what we needed and given a more than reasonable price. Since then, any time I've reached out with questions they've been met quickly and professionally. And the process of closing things out was completely uncomplicated, unlike from what I've heard about other storage companies. I worked a couple of times with Ms. Lyn and Mr. David which have both been so helpful. I will 100% recommend this business to anybody who asks. Thanks for everything!"

We were very pleased that we were able to rent a unit over the phone and complete the paperwork over the internet as we were in another state. The representative was couteous and helpful and very patient with my questions. When we arrived at the facility the representative assisting us in the office finished our rental process, assigned us a unit, got us our code and we were on our way. He was extremely pleasant, even bringing us ice cold bottles of water - it was a very hot day!! The whole process was very quick and efficient. We had one small glitch with the latch on the door for which the staff person was very apologetic. It was of minor concern and overall the unit was excellent. The facility was ultra clean and we noticed staff sweeping the floor to keep it that way. Easy to get to, easy to get in and out of, 24-hr access. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Service here is exceptional. Lynn Smith is a joy. Her friendly nature and her attention to detail was a breath of fresh air after all I'm just renting a storage unit. She created a code that was my storage unit number and my birth year. I thought it's simple and clever as it made it real easy to remember the code for the fence to get in. At the ex-wife storage unit they came up with some convoluted number that was so ridiculous You had to go back to your paperwork in order to find it because it was so difficult to remember nevertheless Lynn Smith was awesome.

I just purchased my first travel trailer and was looking for safe, clean and convenient storage. After a 2-day search of the greater Nashville area with mediocre results, I immediately knew I had found THE PLACE within minutes of arrival at the Lavergne location. It checked all the boxes and more. Lyn Smith, assistant property manager, addressed all of my questions and gave me great peace of mind regarding my decision. It is service like this that made me feel I had found a “home” for my new baby!

I have rented from the US Storage Center, 5565 Murfreeboro Road in La Vergne, Tn. 37086 a couple of different times. During my experience with the property managers Lyn and Lynn, the service was very professional. The rates were very compatible with other facilities. The storage area and facilities were very clean, with up dated security cameras, CCTV, pan tilt zoom cameras and security entrance. Never heard of anything ever being tampered with, an or damaged. I was also offered fresh coffee and tea in a relaxing environment upon arrival. Would recommend this Storage Center. Respectfully John Kelley

Currently in a messy situation and had to put my things in a storage unit. The staff at this location have been super helpful and very sympathetic towards my situation. Rental prices dont cost an arm and leg, which is nice when you're in a pinch. I would the staff alone 20 starts if I could 🙂

This facility is really good. The website offers some incentives for saving you some money. Lets face it, all self storage costs are going up so we want quality management, security, convenient location, and ease of access as much as just a place to put our stuff. I have used this facility on and off over the years and Ive always had a good experience. Use the web site to help you figure out your storage needs. I used to work in the moving industry some years ago and, being the pro that I am, I still got the wrong size unit. Well....So, the website will help you find the correct size unit. The staff here, Lynn, and Lyn, are great and ready to help you get settled. Make sure that you ask all of the questions up front on your needs and their requirements such as monthly discounts, rates, renters insurance etc. I fully recommend this facility, it has easy access, controlled entry and exit, and I have never had any issues that were not my fault! They will work with you so even in a pinch this is a very easy and nice facility.

I did my due diligence and finally settled here at USS. What a difference from the rest. Good layout, clean, well organized, nicest people, secure, so basically it's the ideal place where you feel comfortable leaving your property! Complete access roll ups, so you have total access to your space, well lit, halls and areas clean and well maintained. And the price was the best part, you cannot get better for your buck!

The staff there is very friendly and cared about finding me the best deal. When I moved out I had left something and they were more than willing to look for it and hold it for me until I could come get it. 6/5 stars!

They are so helpful and nice at the 5565 Murfreesboro rd location. I didn’t know what size unit I need and they help me pick the right one. They had a great deal going on too which was a great plus. Also the storage unit was so clean and well kept. If I ever need another unit I will for sure use them again.

Rented a storage unit in Nolensville. Staff was courteous and helpful. Facilities very well maintained. I vacated the unit early and the staff called to tell me they put a lock on the unit (as I had taken mine) and thanked me for sweeping the unit.

Management was professional and accommodating, Tammy went above and beyond to help with the perfect size and timing of our move. Property is immaculate, very clean and secure so we are really pleased with our choice to come here. Thanks again Tammy, we truly appreciate your genuine & sincere customer service.

Very clean facility. Units are in excellent shape. Secure. Tammy, the manager, runs a tight-ship. She takes great care of the place. Mary is helpful. I would highly recommend this storage center. Price is reasonable. You will have to carry insurance but they have a plan through a third-party that is inexpensive.

She answered ALL my question (and I had a bunch) with a smile. Took me out and showed me the types of units I was considering. I had move storage units in a matter of 48 hours. I called A+ Storage, in Lavergne, and they were fantastic. My experience with the property manager, Tammy Hollis, was prompt, professional and friendly. I would recommend A+ to anyone with storage needs!!!
