1. If you have a sofa that is flat on the end, you may want to stand it up on the end to free up more space.
2. When stacking items, make sure you place heavy items on bottom to reduce the risk of the stack being crushed or tipping over.
3. If you have removable legs on a table, try removing them to create more space. But, if the legs don’t come off, utilize that space under the table by placing boxes or other items underneath.
4. Place items you may need to retrieve frequently toward the front of your unit – this is especially helpful for people utilizing storage during a remodel.

Great place, I've been here In New Paul for 5 months Calvin made the process wonderfully. Very clean facility. His professionalism was top-notch made me feel comfortable for picking this place. I will recommend this to anyone anybody any day.
Yolanda onsite was very kind, personable, and helpful. She did have to explain details that the call center left out.
The call center tried to blame the location misinformation when I had not even spoke with location. I would suggest that call center get their information straight and not blame the location when I had not even spoke to anyone other than the call center it does not look good for US storage when fees are hidden.
Yolanda was found to be extremely helpful. She made it no issue to take and let me look at 2 different size storage units. So kind and polite!

I came in in June 27th to get access to a storage locker I had rented online. When I walked in the door, the woman working the desk greeted me with a smile but was clearly under some stress. She apologized for my wait repeatedly, and I told her that it was no worried and I didn't mind waiting while she handled what she needed to.
After she took care of the customer before me, she quickly began helping me but had to do everything over the phone as it seems this was not her actual store so she didn't have access to the system. So while we waited for her wonderful colleague to get my information out of the system she apologized again, and again I told her that I was in no rush. When I drove up the next day to get a permanent gate code (she was only able to provide a temporary code) I was informed by the man working that he had been off work the previous day and no one had been scheduled to fill his slot. Well that made me even more grateful for Lyn and her wonderful service, coming into a stressful situation and being able to deal with the customers with a smile on her face is something everyone should take some lessons in. The storage center is clean and well kept and has good lighting inside. they offer the use of a small van to bring your stuff to the storage unit. The staff is always friendly. The price did go up about 6 months after we rented the unit.

Calvin was professional, friendly and so accommodating, he even stayed over after hours to help us finish the paperwork. Calvin is a great asset for US Storage Centers. Only complaint would be the odd, step down alley between the rows of units. They allow for drainage but leaves you sometimes parking at an odd angle.

I'll start off by saying I live in Murfreesboro and chose to use the US Storage Center in La Vergne instead, because I was offered 50% off of the first 2 months. The facility was very clean and locked down to ensure the health safety for everyone during COVID times. Calvin was excellent, very efficient, and made sure everything was being done correctly at every step of the way. He took us to the unit to preview and make sure the size and quality was sufficient. He made sure we knew the pricing, lease terms, etc. before finalizing anything. After all of that, he also walked us out to make sure the gate code would work and that we knew how to enter and exit the facility. This is hands down some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, and well worth the extra drive for my family and I to use this facility. I highly recommend coming here if you need a storage unit.

I recently rented a unit from this facility. I needed the moving van that is advertised on the website and while there was some confusion and a little mix up, but the manager made it right and got me squared away. So, in this crazy world we live in there is still the human factor and Carlos made this easy for us to get all of our stuff moved into the unit on time.
I strongly recommend this facility and feel that you will experience the same quality of staff, security, convenience, and ease of access as I have. If this facility isnt right for you, then please consider one of the others as I use two facilities here in the LaVergne area. Long story but Im kinda spread out here.
The units are new and to petty is well kept. We were there a year and had no issues. Calvin made it a good experience for us. Thank you for your help during our transition! Highly recommended!
