Had a great experience getting my storage unit! Was able to see the unit and knock out the paperwork in under 20 minutes, and Krystal was able to answer all of my questions. This facility is also conveniently located, clean and well lit, and easy to access.

The ladies that work here are super friendly and helpful. Showed me Unit I booked on line and realized it wasn't big enough. They upgraded me to larger unit within minutes. Place is well maintained.

Mrs Laurie is a wonderful lady, very helpful and pleasent to conduct business with. Would reccommend 10/10.

Set the scene: it’s 100 degrees and we’re moving our sentimentals into a unit because we’ve sold our house. We’re hot, tired, stressed and we’ve been fighting over which direction to stack boxes… Enter Robin. His kind and pleasant personality was one of the nicest things that happened to us this day. He’s extremely efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. So glad we chose this storage facility and feel good about leaving some of our most treasured mementos there. (Nothing of monetary value, pictures and baby books 😂)

Reserved a unit at this place, they called me quickly and got my information to get it setup in the system. When I arrived a few days later, Robin was courteous and showed me the unit the before I was renting just to make sure it would be an acceptable size and work for me. He explained the guidelines and offered me a bottle of water. I haven't dealt with many storage units previously but if my interaction with Robin shows me how this location serves its customers, I don't think there will be any issues or concerns.

Ms.Erin was very welcoming and pleasant to work with. Great atmosphere and excellent customer service. This was our first storage place we looked at and because of the superb service Ms.Erin provided there is no need for us to go to another location. I highly recommend this place.

Good storage building, nice manager. The one star rating is for their billing department. My unit was overcharged for insurance $36.00. I have the "DECLINATION OF PROTECTION PLAN AGREEMENT" signed on August 16 2022. I was overcharged for 3 billing cycles. Still no refund or credit to my account as of this posting. Will update this review if and when this is resolved. UPDATE: It's 7 months later and finally resolved, the young lady at the office filling in for the site manager had it resolved in one day. I will change the review from 1 star to 4 stars overall. She should get 5 stars. US Storage would do well to retain this young lady. Thanks

I had a great experience with these guys. Even though it’s a chain with multiple locations and I talked to a different person every time I called, they kept a super detailed log of every conversation so that every person understood my situation. There was a different owner of these units when I first moved in, and when US Storage took over ownership they added a fee to provide insurance for my unit. I was annoyed with this (kinda wish I could have opted out but maybe it’s required? Unclear) and called to ask about it. A lady explained it to me and that was fine. But then the specific owner of my storage location (Robin) saw this note about my call and called me himself to apologize for the confusion and make sure I knew what was going on. I thought this was extremely kind and human-centered, and made me feel like more than just a renter. They were also very accommodating with my move out process. Technically you’re supposed to give 10 days written notice that you’re moving out, but I was not given that information (there were past call notes to show that I had asked about move out procedures and wasn’t given this information). They honored this and allowed me to move out without the written notice and prorated me for the one day out of the month that I had my unit. All this to say—I had a very pleasant and friendly experience with them!! They definitely care about their people.

This storage place seemed quiet during my visit recently, in which is a better experience than in the past that was kinda uneasy with circumstances of people and activities so here has seemed to improve pretty nicely, as fast I could tell anyway

Great place for storage. The staff is very responsive. Having U-Haul supplies readily available is a bonus.

We stored our travel trailer here for a while. Clean facility, location was convenient for us, friendly staff, secured. Overall great experience. Will use them again if need to.

Charity makes this business a very nice place to do business with. They did a rate increase, and if it wasn't for how Charity caring about customers, and helps where she can I would of left this location.
