SafeNest Storage – Rapid Rental  

Our Summerville, SC self storage facility requires contact-free storage rentals to be completed online or over the phone. Renting your storage unit online or over the phone is highly recommended before visiting our storage facility. Our online rental process is quick, convenient, and can be easily done in the comfort of your own home. If you prefer speaking to one of our professional agents, give us a call and we will be happy to assist you.  

Once you’ve completed your rental, you will be provided with a unique gate code that will grant you access through the facility’s electronic gate. You will also receive your unit number and the combination to the temporary lock securing your unit. To avoid additional charges, please return the blue combination lock to the drop box located on the office door at our annex location just down the street on 1217 Central Ave.  

A new lock, which is required to be purchased during the rental process, will be inside the storage unit. If you prefer to return the lock, please keep the lock in its original packaging and place it in the drop box. Once the lock has been returned, you will receive a credit on your next month’s rent payment equal to the cost of the lock.

I could not access Storage unit because the lock combonation did not work, I had to make multiple calls with no help, I had to drove to 1055 beach hill rd to talk to Katie, and drive back to Unit and call her with serial number so she can give me universal combination, that made me lose half the day and cost me lot of money on labor and Gas

U know I had a terrible time with a girl who's originally signed me up she did everything was messed up because unit iI was moved to a unit that had three cinder blocks missing out the wall and then because I had to move to a unit that was full I'd resigned a whole new documents all over again on my cracked phone screen right there at 4:35 in the afternoon making me miss my dentist appointment the original lady overcharged me told me I had to have then in the month when all I want to start is September she may be run out to August when I saw that I didn't have to have that I told her I want my money back when I complain about it and call back next day and lady said Snidely Mr Carder I credited your money I'l to your account well I didn't plan on staying another month so you know basically I needed that money and she's instead of credit back to my bank account like she told me she was going to do on Friday she credited to account with you! i needed so all this stress & follies trying rent from u had me yelling refund n im out here but 1lady tuesday 3rd?took mycell n got me thru frustration of documents n was great patient n helping n your rates were better thsn most.

Communication and record keeping is awful. My bill should have been paid in advance as you live in Stratford to Bill my charge card. I've spoken with several representative already for the past week and I am still hearing and Collective relation. It would be nice to talk with someone who has the authority to do something. I am in a hospital bed fighting cancer and I don't need this added to my struggles. Contact Maxine Cox my sister if need be her number is 843 810 0757. Call my son hatch 843-730-3536 thank you. I instructed automatic charge oh my credit card to avoid this. I was told to charge had been made.

Right now it is hard to rate this because I couldn't even get into the storage place because they were doing some kind of work. They are digging a big holes around the area. I am pregnant and it's hard to get in and out.

As far as staff goes they were excellent However I’m in 80 and the people in 78 are blocking everything and can’t get to unit. I think they are working out of it etc and even tried to get me to change units with them. I feel bad telling them they have to move but we have to be able to get to unit. They are there and a white trailer park on side so you can’t get around them which means I’m backing up etc

Well the lady creating the lease was very nice. The computer was the slowest process due to equipment. I know it was not the first time because when I leased the first one the gentleman had to do about 3 times. I found it time consuming.
