Marie was wonderful and showed me where my unit was and how to use the lock. I think my only gripe was she showed me how to get there from the office so I was a little unsure from the outside which entrance to go in. The floor she pointed out was damaged. I completely understand that it wasn't the fault of staff but made it hard to roll the carts onto the elevator. It was also pointed out there is someone possibly living in their unit on my floor during the day... which could be concerning since I sometimes come alone with a baby... Lastly - the exit gate was wide open after hours. Seems unsecure... yeah we should go in the gate with our code to the left of the building but you could easily just drive in the exit with no code if the gate is going to be up.

I came in on the 29th I registered online. At the time of check-in there was a gentleman there and there was a lady I assume she was the manager she walked in and immediately took over what him and I had already started as if he didn't know what he was doing she rented me my space but never took the time to mention that my next payment would be due within a couple of days and by the 8th it was going to be late with the $20 fee I went there on the 6th and tried to get in with my code I was just upset because I felt like she should have told me in a couple of days you have a payment coming up due or just explain to me what was really going on then when I confronted her about it she threatened to put me out of the building she was very nasty it was very confrontational I think you should go back and look at the tape isn't everything being recorded shouldn't our conversation have been recorded the day before that because she said to me and spewed me down that I was calling her a liar which I was not I did not say the word liar but she was lying she didn't mention to me about my payment coming up I thought she was very unprofessional

I like safe storage very convention but when I'm inside the storage unit I have the lights go off an I can't see I have almost fell inside of unit

I come there because of Marie at the on site location where we have our units. She is so friendly, kind, cheerful, and takes her time with us. She is very dependable and can answer our questions. The facilities are always very clean and neat.

Kudos to Marie Manos for her big help in securing a unit for us. She deligently also worked on correcting a billing error of the start date to 5/1/24 instead of 4/15/23. Plus the half off special for 2 months- Apr & May. This is the 2nd time we rented a unit @ SafeNest, Myrtle Beach. Very clean. Good customer service from Marie & Ray. Highly recommended.

I haven't moved my stuff in yet but I've passed by a few times over the last couple days (I live down the street) and the exit gate was open, never closed, that concerns me.
