Shardai, who helped us rent a new unit, was friendly, helpful, and very energetic and efficient. I am an Asian senior citizen and she treated me very well. She is a credit to your company.
Customer service has been excellent. They did a great job on sales and in intervention to get in touch with local facility. However as a new customer I'm not yet sure about the local facility. There's a pipe or something right in the middle of my storage unit. I was not told in advance. I worry there could be damage if pipe has water or debris. The local staff are nice but I couldn't reach them directly regarding my move in arrival time.
This location from the very beginning has been amazing to work with. Everyone there has been both kind and helpful, and the location is very secure which helps me feel confident leaving my property there. Couldn't ask for more!
Convenient, clean and good access. My only concern is going from approx $129 to $212 monthly in two years. Especially since I have two units.

I had a great experience with the staff, especially propery manager Desmond in the SouthPhillyoffice. He was very nice and professional. Rates were getting too high, but if I ever needed storage, I would definitely come back.
The worst the price kept raising every few months fir no reason .. every manager had a different excuse why it was going up .. the lights never turned on when I was walking to my units .. no one ever in the management office .terrible I got my stuff out of there over a year ago and never loooked back

I did not have a good experience - a lot of my items in storage were damaged/destroyed due to mice/rat infestation and the storage facility did nothing to fix it. This increased an already stressful situation of having to put all I own into storage only for it to be destroyed when I was finally able to access it again.
Ok. Staff was friendly and helpful. Inside the facility is pretty clean. Outside, not so much. Debris piles up for months, and it's not trash blown in. They could use more carts.
Excellent. Dry lockers, neat facility, easy access, efficient staff. A little dark getting to the inner aisles, but motion lights came on once we reached our aisle.
It was terrible, lights were always broke I paid extra for climate control that was false it never worked and the building was always getting broken into so I left and went to another storage.
That was over a year ago but hopefully you sill don't still rats and hopefully it doesn't still smell and have holes in the walls of the units

This center was chosen because of its location and affordability. I initially thought the price was a good for the size of the unit however the fee has increased at least 3 times in the last 2 years. I'm not sure if the value the same.

Well half the of the time the grate doors are broken. Numerous times there was power out. There’s always left over items left on docks from tenants. I will leaving US storage by September 1st because the facility is getting too expensive. My brother and I have been there for around 4 years now. We got 2 separate units around 2 years ago. The accessibility is convenient that’s about it.

Everything worked well. Storage space was dry, always has access to it, staff was direct and efficient.
Items in my unit ended up covered in mold and having to be thrown out. When I mentioned it to the manager of my facility she asked me what I wanted her to do about it and said it was my fault for not having blankets covering my items. I though in an inside climate controlled facility I wouldn’t need to worry about that and in the year plus I rented from you all no one mentioned it might be an issue and since I didn’t check the unit regularly I had no idea what was going on. I had to throw away some sentimental family pieces because they could not be saved from the mold and mildew.

My biggest issue with US storage is that the price of my storage unit continues to increase. If I look at prices of other storage units online for the same storage building they seem much cheaper. This is a very similar structure to what cable companies use, which is universally hated by all. My monthly rental price has increased 20 plus dollars since the start of my rental. The 12 dollar required monthly charge for insurance is also ridiculous.

We have had a very good experience. No problem with the cleanliness and safety. However, our rent per month has gone up over $20 over the year we have had a storage unit.
It was quick and easy. It was easy to access the unit (even during a pandemic) and easy to pay my bill each month. The staff were accommodating and helpful. Ending my service was easy too, which is a great thing because I have heard bad reviews of other storage centers when ending service. I was very happy with my experience. It seems like US Storage is a simple business that is run simply. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Very happy with your service. Obvious to me that your staff paid close attention to the units, and proactively communicated with tenants on potential issues.
When I moved out of my unit, I had to temporarily leave my unit empty and without a lock, and was not able to notify your staff of my departure due to timing (late night when complete). I received a call the next day informing me that my unit was unsecured and empty. While I knew that I had moved out, I was very happy to know that your staff was monitoring the units, and reached out to me to let me know what they had observed, and confirm that everything was OK.
I always felt the premises were secure, clean, and well stocked with equipment (dollys and trucks). Climate on the second floor was consistent and acceptable.

My experience was excellent, almost perfect, as the Maryland based District Manager who was very knowledgeable. He listened carefully, asked the right questions and he made thoughtful suggestions.
His two person - an African American female and an African American male - Philadelphia based team both of whom were instantly responsive to the DM's communications. That team provided professional services related to my move-in and with my move-out. I feel lucky to have to obtained storage services from the US Storage of Philadelphia.

When connected with staff they were extremely stellar, courteous-helpful-attentive to needs. Only problem is they are not always available during the work day, I understand that, can't be two places at once, but it makes for a difficult situation occasionally when you need on site help and you are not on site. I had a couple of issues but they were quickly attended to and resolved. Customer service is so important and I feel it keeps me in a place or makes me go. Staying here!

Friendly staff, good value. It would be better if the hard-working employees had back up so the facility would always be manned (or womaned) when the managers are at lunch or called away from the office. There’s no way to get in touch eith them if there’s an emergency if no one’s in the office.
