A. We offer storage rental on a month-to-month basis. You are never locked into a long-term lease agreement.

A. You can choose to pay in person, online, over the phone, or through mail. We also have automatic payments available.
Q. Do you offer discounts or promotions?
A. Yes! We offer special pricing and promotions for new storage customers such as one month 50% off. You can find our promotions by searching our unit selection above. Each promotion can be found next to the unit pricing and amenities.
Q. Do I need to bring my own lock?
A. Customers are required to have a compatible lock if they choose to purchase their own. Locks are also available for purchase at our facility.

With new management, this place has made a complete 180! This facility is now under proper management and provides customers with good prices for a clean, convenient, climate controlled storage unit.
Ever since, I think her name was Sheila, is no longer at this facility, every interaction with the new staff has been pleasant and professional. Under the past management we were very close to moving to another storage facility after almost 3 years leasing, upgrading and making payments on time because of the way the past management treated us for simply wanting to move units near the end of their shift. I won't go into specifics because this is NOT how this facility is currently managed and I dont want this to come across wrong.
Now, not only does the South Philly US storage centers have the best prices around, decent access and good security, but they have a friendly team under what I would consider, good management. I highly recommend renting a space here if you need a little extra storage for the off-season tools or clothing. Check out their website! On top of it, it's located inside an old repurposed industrial building if you're into that sort of thing.
This is a great place to come and get your storage the customer service is amazing and the prices are reasonable. If you’re looking for a storage come here you won’t regret it and they have some promos as well.

The first 2 months are 50% off, starting from month 3 you pay full price.
There is a $24 registration fee. You will need a lock; they can supply one for $18.
There is a mandatory monthly insurance fee; depending on coverage you will pay between 20 or 30 dollars.

Came in to look at a few options. Great service walked me through options. No commitment pressure and actually got a free reservation of a unit for a week.
Clean, professional, helpful. I was able to sign all the docs online at home, and when I arrived the first day Shana (the manager) saw there was construction dust on the ground from the prior tenant and immediately said she would have it swept.
I decided to move my storage items closer to my home. This place is saying me $80 a month compared to where my items were currently stored which is further from my home.

Posting this at the very beginning of renting a unit. This far, staff have been very helpful, and the process is very straightforward so far. 10x10 unit is ~$130 per month (not including mandatory insurance), which seems like a very reasonable price for the area.

Service and unit was fine. My only feed back is that property may need an additional worker as there is only one person working. When person is on lunch break or away from desk for any reason the business stops and is closed. If you need help from front desk and you’re in a hurry you will have to wait until the one person returns to help you

Very happy with your service. Obvious to me that your staff paid close attention to the units, and proactively communicated with tenants on potential issues.
When I moved out of my unit, I had to temporarily leave my unit empty and without a lock, and was not able to notify your staff of my departure due to timing (late night when complete). I received a call the next day informing me that my unit was unsecured and empty. While I knew that I had moved out, I was very happy to know that your staff was monitoring the units, and reached out to me to let me know what they had observed, and confirm that everything was OK.
I always felt the premises were secure, clean, and well stocked with equipment (dollys and trucks). Climate on the second floor was consistent and acceptable.
Dez and Shana are so polite and calm. Such a nice environment. Would highly recommend.

Very Clean. Easy to access and secure. You can get a little lost and I wish they had signs that pointed to elevators every few lanes, once you're there a few times, you find your way easy. Shana was helpful, even when I had a couple hiccups for various reason.

Shana helped me with the check in of my storage space. I first entered the storage space only to find a big pillar taking up some space. I brought that out to the attention of Shana and instantly I was able to change into a new space. Contactless entry/exit to the storage space is good during these difficult times. I felt very supported with the staff. They were thorough and friendly. There was some issue at the beginning, after office hours and, both phone support and in person was provided and the issue was resolved within minutes. The space I found to be clean, of easy access and had no problems with it for the 4 months I used the facility. Prices were the best in the area that I could find so I am happy about that too. The website is basic but it allows you to some important options about the account. I would use again and recommend also.

I was a customer at Pier 40 storage and received notice (quite unexpectedly!) that they were closing. This facility was close by so it made sense to inquire about a storage unit here. The staff was extremely accommodating and patient with all of my questions. The units are easily accessible with loading ramps that can accommodate two vehicles at the same time. The facility is secure with gated access requiring a unique user ID code and the interior has 24-hour surveillance. Would definitely recommend this center for your storage needs.,

I am a recent transplant to US Storage Centers due to the rather unfortunate and unforeseen closing of my original facility at Pier 40.
I was dazed and confused when I entered US Storage; desperately looking for a suitable space to re-home all of my beloved "stuff" (that which I can't live WITH, yet can't quite live without) after being given notice to vacate my current unit before it sinks into the Delaware??...
Mike was EXTREMELY patient with me as I had many questions, was in shock, and had a nasty and probably contagious cold to boot.
He showed me a few units, discussed my needs, and all-in-all made a REALLY stressful situation a little less traumatic.
Everyone in the office was polite, knowledgeable, and patient (even in the midst of the chaos brought on by the onslaught of new customers - all jumping from Pier 40's sinking ship)
I think I will be very happy here.

Clarence was extremely helpful when I came in. Even though my questions were annoying to even myself Clarence wasn’t bothered at all and took the time to carefully explain everything to me. This was my first time renting a storage unit and he made it easy breezy.
