A. We offer storage rental on a month-to-month basis. You are never locked into a long-term lease agreement.

A. You can choose to pay in person, online, over the phone, or through mail. We also have automatic payments available.

Q. Do you offer discounts or promotions?
A. Yes! We offer special pricing and promotions for new storage customers such as one month 50% off. You can find our promotions by searching our unit selection above. Each promotion can be found next to the unit pricing and amenities.

Q. Do I need to bring my own lock?
A. Customers are required to have a compatible lock if they choose to purchase their own. Locks are also available for purchase at our facility.

I have been storing items at the Exton US Storage Center for several years. I started with 2 10x10 units and after awhile found that I was needing less and less storage. The staff were always a big help to me while I was downsizing. The staff also helped me when I've fallen (I'm an above the knee amputee.), They've come to my unit to help me open the door, and they've helped me load heavy bins into my car. The entire operation is very professional, friendly, and helpful. I have recommended US Storage and will continue to do so. And although I currently don't have a need for additional storage, I would not hesitate to rent space from your organization again. Thank you for the great experience and customer service. Cara T.

I was so glad to find this place. We had used a different storage facility before, but they did not have a climate control unit available. US Storage has been perfect for us. Location is great. To access our unit is really simple and secure! Cameras in various locations. I feel safe going alone to add items to our unit. LOVE the heavy-duty cart that is available just inside the door to the storage building. Today the snow had been removed and plenty of salt / non slip granules had been sprinkled all around. Very clean inside.

The storage unit is extremely clean and the gate hours are very flexible and convenient. The lighting after dark is good and it was a surprise to learn our storage unit had a light inside the unit. I have been customer for more than 3 years. Facility is well maintained, clean , secured , easily accessible. If needed staffs are just a call away. Their response is applaudable. Never had a complain. Preciously owned by local company and later acquired by US STORAGE. Their transition was smooth and seem less. My price started with $63 and now increased to $87 within a span of 2 1/2 years. My only complaint(reduced star) is increase of price. Apart from that staffs are friendly , attentive and well maintained facility.

It was a convenient solution and we were happy with the service. We were especially impressed that we were were called the morning after we moved our things out and removed our lock. I hadn’t gotten a chance to tell them we were done and wasn’t aware they did that kind of security check. Nice to know they were that on top of things!

John Grass is the site manager, and is an extremely helpful person, friendly, and the facility is very well managed. I have had a 10x30 unit now for a year, and the facility is easy to get in and out of, clean, secure, and the prices are very affordable. I have had storage units in two other local storage companies, and they were more expensive, and less personable. With Lionville Self Storage, you'll always feel like you're dealing with friendly people. I highly recommend them.

Great experience renting a space here while I was transitioning from one home to another. Price compared to others in the area was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facility was safe and clean. I loved the drive up garage option to make it faster to load in and out, although since it was not climate controlled, the humidity (along with my poor packing skills) led to some cardboard box deterioration. Not the facilities problem, just an FYI

BEST STORAGE IN EXTON! We had the best experience with Lionville Self Storage! The manager, John, is seriously the nicest guy. And their first-month-free special is legit! We rented one of the largest sized units for only 1 month - ended up only paying around $40 for fees and buying a lock. We would've had to pay $200 anywhere else. The units are clean and spacious, the office is nice, the grounds are kept clean and are secured. Would definitely recommend to anybody!
