What a great associate, Lisa is wonderful. Customer service she was kind, patient and understanding to having shown me two storage units while handling 3 kids and dealing with my mom judging the fact they aren’t climate controlled but let me tell you they are really nice and really close to independence souther Salem off commercial. Lisa even in the 95 degree heat trooped it out with us while we ran around on the nice golf cart and even gave the kids a water bottle. We had to drive 48 mins from Lebanon to look for a unit thinking it was climate control although it wasn’t and we didn’t rent day of we enjoyed her customer service so much that I am really considering this lot. Thank you Lisa for being so wonderful to chat with and having wonderful answers to any questions we had asked.

Not a bad facility, not a great facility. It's a place to store things. Located around a bend with a tiny parking area. Location does not allow battery storage, but requires insurance. So, that means no old cell phones or your expensive Milwaukee batteries. No access if it snows.

Renting a unit has never been easier. This property is well maintained, and the staff is kind and easy to work with. There were locks there in the office for me to purchase, and a big tv with the cameras displayed there. I definitely recommend renting with them.

Bretta and Elisha were super welcoming and helpful with answering all of my questions and showing me some unit sizes. My experience with US Storage Center was great! I was able to place a hold on the unit size I wanted until payday. The staff was so easy to work with. You don't see people going above and beyond to help you out, but my Center did. I will recommend Family and Friends to use IS Storage Centers in the future.

Sandy is great! We moved from Utah to Oregon this week and needed a place to store our travel trailer. Sandy was able to get me all set up over the phone and we dropped the trailer there when we rolled in to town. I was able to come and complete the paperwork two days later once we were unloaded. This is my first time renting a storage unit. The manager Sandy was very helpful with my storage needs. In moving here from Texas there has been much to learn about the difference in the environment. My main concern was protecting my furniture from moisture. Sandy was very resourceful with ideas to ease my worries. For example, She recommended placing wooden pallets on the floor to help protect my furniture from the elements. She also recommended crystals to absorb moisture in the storage. I was able to purchase my round lock, storage insurance, and furniture covers at the front office. Many options to choose from on size of units, and insurance amounts. Both items were affordable. I choose a 10×20 unit for $180 and the least amount of insurance $11(covers $2000) Set it up on auto-pay for the 5th of every month. They require a 7day written notice to vacate. Convenient hours 7am to 8 pm Monday-Thursday. Fridays 9-6. Saturday's 10-5, and closed on Sundays. Gated security access by the premise code pad. Great services with peace of mind.

Like another reviewer said, the storage--though safe, clean, and well-maintained--is not the selling point. Rather, it is the management that makes the difference: truly good and helpful people. The staff was friendly and accommodating with our last minute need of a unit. They had a good selection and personally made sure the right size was received. THEY, however, were not being taken care of by their higher management as it was very hot out and sweltering in their office. They had no reprieve from the weather without any air conditioning nor professional fans provided. Not once, however, did they bring it up or say anything negative. This speaks volumes of Bryan and his Assistant of the River Road Safe Stor in South Salem, Or. I gave and 8 because of the office conditions and not a reflection of the staff or unit availablility. Additionally Safe Stor itself does not send out a monthly bill. So - no reminder or return stub and envelope to send payment. You can elect to have an automatic withdraw once a month which can side-step the paper process.

I reserved a unit online, and when I went into to see the unit it was upstairs. I told them that wouldn't work and was offered a bigger unit with a good deal. I took it and we have stored our things there. I only gave it three stars as they didn't advice me that they required renters insurance unless you have rental insurance already, and there is a 25 dollar set up fee. Needless to say it cost me more to get into the unit then expected but no complaints or issues with our physically unit.

Although our belongings were always safe and dry, I am not entirely happy with how this company conducts business. We were not told that there is no maintenance person available on the weekend, so we had to pay extra rent because we had lost our key.
