Mai is a great manager I've never had any problems with her every time I try to get a storage unit she accommodates the needs that I have at the time that I need something and very professional the whole team is very professional I would recommend this storage unit over any storage unit in my area hands down

Helpful. In the past couple of months, I required additional assistance from the onsite manager. Destiny responded professionally and efficiently to my lost key as I reviewed on the Google maps site. Since then, she has delivered courteous and capable answers to a gate issue, and answered questions regarding options as to space and price. She utilized her support in an efficient manner to solve account issue, giving me the impression that this business at all levels works together. The final outstanding feature is the excellent physical condition and upkeep of the Powers Road location. The safety features, spaces, and lighting are tops.

Other than having the power go out in the office when I was registering and getting my gate code, everything went really smooth, the local manager there was great and walked me through everything. The storage space itself is super clean. I’d have no qualms about recommending.
Destiny was amazing and Michael is my bro I'm going through hard times right now and all I needed was to make my stuff safe and you know what they made me feel like family I love your storage unit I will make commercials advertise anything out to do even if I have to put it on my truck I love you guys thank you so much for being human beings

Your prices are really expensive for what you get, I only signed up because of the location to my home. A lot of other storage facilities offer a month for free.

I was trying to leave the facility and having trouble with the gate code I spoke with some one who helped me but I ended up exiting late and I'm now being charged 50.00 for a gate fee

I felt very good about renting a storage space from you. Your staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
I immediately had issues gaining access to my unit, my code wasn't working from my very first attempt so the person working had to let me in and out manually. The next visit (on a day no one was working at the office), I arrived with a uHaul full of things to drop off and could not gain access. This was very frustrating so I called support, they sayd they'd call a manager and someone would reach out to come help let me in. That never happened. Luckily, I gained access behind some other tenant to enter and depart. It was a very unpleasant experience. The facility is nice, but service is not so good from when I've actually tried to use it.
Responsive staff but NOT in office during hours of operation and when we came to rent a unit.

Initial visit was fine, girl working very nice. Although I have called and left messages to opt out of the insurence and no one has called me back.
