Customer service from Jenny and staff is amazing. The facility is clean and safe. I access through the gate at Durango with no issues. The location is perfect for Summerlin area. Unfortunately I had to vacate this unit because my rent has more than doubled. I had wonderful promotion rate when I started. Then I went on to a normal rate. And out of nowhere, it was raised to more than twice the amount. Times are tough.

I previous was renting a space a different storage company. However, after getting a move in special I secured a new storage unit through USA Storage Centers. Have had storage with others. Seems they cut corners and way too profit oriented. Had a break in and lost most of what was of value. I've been here for over a month and had some time to get an overview of the security there. I would have a hard time finding a better place ( location and price) with matching security features. NOT going into details, but the lack of luxury you gain back in their investment in security features. Thanks to Jenny and Jeff for their commitments. No nonsense type of people. I love it.

Everyone ask for Jenny, she is going to give you very nice treatment for your garage. Apart from that, they are safe and very spacious.

My rental experience was very friendly and easy, not to mention I'm paying much less for my new unit then I did previously with a competitor.

There security is very good. I like the air condition unit. First two months I had a deal but now I am paying $142.00 for a 10x10. I think that's high expecially living off SS only.

Went in after looking around and this place seemed good, after arriving it was super nice and inviting , obtaining a storage was easy and fast and the units are temp controlled as well. We haven’t had any issues and we go to our storage allot and still never have any issues or questions, for sure look into renting here.

So far so good. I was here for a short while last spring. Now I’m back till next spring. Let’s see what the next six months bring. So far? Lots of “canned texts” and I haven’t even parked my RV there yet. My new space seems like it will be MUCH easier to back into un-assisted. Jeff is a cool guy and when I reserved he went out of his way to find me a good spot. Thanks Jeff. Now let’s see how good the place is at keeping out riffraff. Last time I had trouble with my Gate Code. This time Jenny went out of her way to check it this morning and texted me that all was good. I really appreciate personalized service like this over “canned texts” or emails.

The facility I'm at is fairly old but they take pretty good care of it. Prices have been reasonable. The only thing keeping me from giving them 4 stars is that every single time I access my storage unit, I find this yellow or red sticker on my lock that says THANK YOU FOR STORING WITH US! That's MY lock. I bought that from somewhere else. While I might sound petty about it, get this: whenever I try to remove the sticker, it never comes off in one piece. Never. AND it leaves adhesive residue on MY lock. If they want to thank me, send an email! Why do they have to put a cheap-butt sticker on my lock? YOU GUYS ARE DEFACING MY PROPERTY! WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH YOU? Should I spray paint STOP PUTTING CHEAP STUPID STICKERS ON MY LOCK all over the inside of the facility? Just STOP! Save some money and don't even use the dumb stickers on first place! You don't have to thank me! You're a company, not a friend! Back off! Take my money and go away!

I love the friendly staff at US Storage Centers. They are always polite and helpful. I have rented from them for several years and they have the best prices around. I also love their storage unit selections. For many years I rented a 5 foot deep by 15 feet wide. Perfect for my extra teaching supplies. Then last year, I upgraded to a 10 by 10 with outdoor access. I highly recommend US Storage Centers!

Jenny Buller, the property manager, Anna, her assistant and the maintenance man ( I don't recall his name) were super helpful and efficient! I stopped by to inquire about a rental. I drove away with a rented unit and supplies for packing shortly after. Their service is great, the place is clean. Highly recommend. And the charity and donation drop off are very cool.

The sign up online was so convenient and easy that even though I was moving last minute, I could find an availability and book it at a great pro-rated pride. Jenny was professional giving me a call to confirm and when I got to the office to finish the sign up, it took literally 6 minutes. This is by far the best storage facility anywhere up and down the Charleston Blvd and Red Rock area. Jenny and Jeff are far superior at running a safe, clean and friendly compound. It is sealed off by 20 foot concrete walls and a heavy duty iron gate. Your junk will be really safe here. I know that for a fact because I was a great customer for about 5 months before I had to return to New York. The storage lockers are climate controlled in the section of the facility where I was a resident. The drive up units are so easy to get to. Even though there is plenty of beautiful bright sunshine, they provide a brilliant 120 volt lightbulb on the ceiling. It operates on a very handy timer switch. You get your own customized security password for keypad entry. Amazing! I will definitely recommend this place to everybody that I know. ALSO, VERY IMPORTANT ... If you are coming to town from east of the Mississippi River, then please bring Jeff samples of all the good beers that we have in New York. He especially likes that good wheat beer but I can't remember the name of it, so call in advance to find out. Thank you. Stay healthy.

2day I went in to rent a spot for my stuff becusss I was moving and rite next door to my apartments there was a us storage and I went in the ladie was so kind and at first they said it was almost a 100 a month then she gave me the best deal and made me happy she gave me 50% off for 2 months and anywhere else I called I couldn’t get that deal and after I was thinkin about getting a parking for one of my work trucks and she did the same on a space for a parking for my work van so I really appreciate these people for going out there way to give me a good deal and treating me with kindness and really good service that u won’t find at a lot of these places so if you want to get a great deal go to this places and u won’t be disappointed trust me thanks you and god bless everyone and be safe thanks sincerely Arthur .

Jenny is amazing she helped with getting us great pricing, insurance for our unit with all the great services they provide. We felt very secure in the office and the units are nice and clean. Bobby was awesome attentive and knowledgeable of units. She was more than willing to show numerous units and even upsold us on outside vehicle storage. She was courteous with a smile!
