I've been renting from you for 7 summers. Mainly for price, but with out a doubt I never checked another storage unit after year 2. Mainly because of Jane the building managers professionalism and kindness. Finding the perfect fit for my needs.

poorly maintained. my unit has several gaps in the sides that allow in dust, bugs, and weather. the pavement is cracked and has potholes all over. the units are cheap, and now I see why.

I had been using this storage facility for some time, and the experience was generally smooth until they unexpectedly denied my continued rental. I was given just five days to move all of my belongings out of a 15x10 unit, which felt extremely rushed and inconvenient.
What made this situation even more frustrating was the fact that they suddenly shortened my access hours, making it even more challenging to move my items. The reason for this change was that I had once been locked behind the gate after hours, which seemed like an excessive punishment for a minor oversight.
Overall, I was disappointed with the way the storage facility handled the situation. It left me feeling rushed and inconvenienced, and the abrupt changes to access hours were frustrating. This experience has certainly soured my impression of the facility, and I would caution others to be aware of their policies and con

To be honest I liked it at first and I've been renting with you for a while now. I went from a bigger storage unit to a smaller one trying to save money . Half of my stuff is in my condo I can't even see my living room. I got a discount for the first 3 months on my new storage unit but then when the discounts were over and it went back to normal the next month you guys raise the rent on me so it was like I didn't get a discount at all . I went from half price for 3 months to double the price. Very disappointing. I know somebody else that's had storage there for years and his rent was never raised. What's that about.? It is convenient though I live in the condos right next door and I like the times of access. I'm a single dad and trying to save money that's why I keep downsizing I was trying to keep it under or around $100 or $120 would be okay but I'm at $150. So that's my concern. Have a wonderful day! Hard to get in and out of. Support polls and space layout is terrible. Very tight to move around in. And your rates are really too much!
The staff couldn’t have been nicer and price was reasonable. Only problem was we needed space for our RV too and we moved to a storage center with both 8x8 storage and generous RV spaces available.

Storage shed was broken into and had close to 10k worth of items stolen. No cameras or any details giving an indication of the thief/thieves. I was told that this has happened to other storage units also, all that was communicated to me from the manager was “ugh” and “I hope you had the protection plan” . Lodged police report and went through the insurance process. Moved the last of my items to another storage facility.
Upon taking out the storage shed I was advised that with the protection plan that it covered up to 10k max if anything happens. This was not the case however and despite the very person I was speaking with stated that the max is $2,500.00. It is what it is, however still a very disappointing and overall shitty experience.
I am now out thousands of dollars as well as important documents pertaining to immigration etc.
Working with many transient people through work who regularly ask details regarding storage, I have vehemently told them to avoid US Storage at all costs.
Nice help and friendly. However, cost is high and using inflation as a a reason to raise rates was ridiculous and I feel just gouging!

We had our small RV trailer parked there and it got broken into. A week prior to the event, I have notified the staff that it appears someone has been tampering with it since the ladder was down and we always leave it up. Unfortunately, the cameras that are supposed to be monitoring the property wasn't working. The owner of the trailer next to us also shared with me that his got broken into and caused him hundreds of dollars of repairs. This is terrible!

Storage Center is always well kept and clean. Hallways always clear and it's easy to get in and out. I'm happy with my customer experience in dealing with staff. The renting of the facility was easy and the storage unit itself is great. I just was not happy with the $15 per month rate increase 7 months after I rented the unit.

First off, I don't think it's on anyone's bucket list and I don't know of anyone who likes moving things so it's probably stressful to most right out the gate.For me, I've been to a few different storage companies and US storage is by far the less stressful and it's easy for me to say the best out of the ones I've experienced.
