US Storage Centers of Las Vegas, NV is the most conveniently located, cleanest, and most professionally managed self-storage facility in the area. Just minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip, our storage facility is located on Annie Oakley Drive between East Sunset Road and East Post Road. The self storage units range in sizes from 5’ x 5’ - 10’ x 30’, and climate controlled storage units are available to rent. Our clean, two-story building is wrapped in windows, and our parking lot and driveways are wide enough to accommodate large moving trucks. Storage Units

Our storage units range from 5’ x 5’—for boxes and stackable items—up to our 10’ x 30’ – large enough for a household full of furniture or your business inventory. All of our units are generally at least 8’ tall in order to optimize storage space. Our hallways are wide and well lit for your convenience.

All units have easy to use roll-up doors with a mix of inside and drive-up units. Storage units inside of the building are air-cooled and can be accessed through our wide entryways and large elevators. There are flatbed carts (free to use) and wide driveways for our customer’s convenience.

RV and Boat Storage

RVs and boats can be stored in either our 12’ x 33’ covered parking spaces or our 10’ x 20’ and 10’ x 30’ uncovered spaces. Parking space width may vary from spot to spot. Please call the property manager for more details on Parking Space sizes.

Security

Our facility is gated and can only be accessed by a tenant entering their unique access code into our keypads. For your protection, 24-hour digital video recorders monitor the entire fenced property. We advise tenants to use disc locks to ensure the utmost security.

Professionally Managed

Our facility is professionally managed by friendly and knowledgeable people who really know the storage business. It’s our belief that excellent customer service is achieved when we combine knowledge and individual attention. We have several years of experience in the self storage industry and we listen to each of our customer’s needs. The storage units at our facility come in a variety of sizes, and getting to know the needs of our customers helps us to identify and tailor the best storage options for each customer.

Forms of Payment

Paying your bill is easy. Payment options include: cash, checks, credit/debit cards or money orders. You can process your payments by coming into the office, using our automated telephone payment system, or by visiting our website.

The Community

We are one block north from the Terrible Herbst gas station located on the corner of Sunset Road and Annie Oakley Drive. Many of our customers reside in the neighboring communities of Paradise, Whitney, Green Valley North, and Las Vegas.

Las Vegas has it all! The famous Las Vegas Strip is only 10 minutes away from our location. Some people may think that Las Vegas is just a place with the lights, gambling, extravagant resorts, and street performers. But, there are plenty of other activities people of all ages can enjoy. You can go hiking at Red Rock Canyon, or go horseback riding at Bonnie Springs and enjoy the beautiful Nevada scenery. Lake Mead is a perfect spot for families to enjoy boating, camping, or a cook out. Las Vegas has attractions for anyone.

The best storage unit in Las Vegas!!! Keith is AWESOME!!!! Highly recommend ❤️

This was 6 months ago. Moved storage unit from area where I used to live to area near where I currently live, so I could save money and start sorting through things...very nice facility, and was telling a friend at work about it just yesterday. Checked email, saw the one about invoice due the 1st, and found out the rent is going up $150? 6 months ago, took advantage of promotion ...2 months 1/2 price...was 112.25 4 months at 224.50 Find out today that it will be 374.50 due the 1st? Even though the contract states they are suppose to give 10 notice about price change? I was going to rent a second unit with them, but why? The "deal" they advertised, raising the price this much 6 months later didn't save me anything after adding up the cost of rental truck and help moving into the current unit. Sad they treat people this way. Have come to the conclusion that I can't win for losing. To be honest, it makes me sick to my stomach. Would live to know where the notice informing me of the price hike is, and how it was sent?

My experience was excellent! Kelly was amazing and saved a unit for me until I got bank into Vegas .She was very accommodating to my needs and worked with me to get the right unit in my budget range. I would highly recommend renting here.

This is my first time receiving service from this location. I had already been to 2 storage companies prior to coming here. I met the the Property Manager name Keith. Immediately when I walked in I was greeting with a smile and good morning. I was offered water and immediately asked about my needs. After going over some details with PM Keith he found me what I was looking for. In the beginning the price seemed to be more than I could afford, because of my personal situation, but Mr Keith then offered me an alternate and more affordable solution. I am truly grateful to have received service from this Manager and the company. Keith's customer service is amazing and I look forward to continue my business here.

Being at the Annie Oakley US Storage has been an absolute life safer and wonderful experience. The sign up process is super simple and the support from the front office is incredible. The facility is clean and well maintained. One of the other things that is great is that the others renters are professional and businesses. The property is managed by Keith M who is an incredible asset. It seems like he really cares about renters and wants them to have a great experience.

Love US Storage in Henderson, NV on Annie Oakley Drive near Sunset Road. You have access to your storage 7 days a week including holidays from 7am-9pm. The storage is pretty much accurate in size. Clean and they provide a hand wagon to load up your boxes to take to your storage unit. Which makes loading and unloading quickly accessible. Plus if you have a large moving truck you can easily get in and out of the facility. There is 24/7 surveillance throughout the location and the staff is amazing.

Never have I experienced anything but cleanliness and consistency with this company. Love the workers and management. They were concerned respectful and caring while Corona was going on. Diane was amazing! Our Church was forced to move out of our building early and we had absolutely nowhere to put out 12 foot trailer. Diane took great care of us, there was literally no wait, and she gave us a discount!

I purchased a unit here on Friday after work and meet with Jenny who was very kind and welcoming. She helped me pick out the right sized unit for all of my items and said if I needed anything just to give her a call or shoot her an email. Plus compared to other storage units their gate times are reasonably better than others I've seen.

Great to deal with

Diane was extremely helpful in getting me into a 10 x 15 with no hastles. The special she provided was much better than I had previously and the storage unit is completely metal on the inside. The last storage unit I had with another company had a plastic matted roof and I could hear the rats running at night. I was afraid one might fall on my head.

After visiting 2 other storage companies, I decided to go with this one and I am so happy I did! Jenny was amazing, she reserved my unit until I was ready, free of charge! That amount of flexibility when moving was priceless. I love the unit and the facility and pricing. It has VERY competitive pricing and it was the cheapest I found. The best storage facility I've been to in the state of Nevada. Jenny was excellent, she gave me a great quote without any hidden fees. I went to US Storage after going to public storage. Public Storage is by far THE WORST STORAGE FACILITY IVE BEEN TO THUS FAR ON SUNSET BETWEEN ANNIE OAKLEY & GREEN VALLEY OFF SUNSET. JENNY CHECKED ME IN AND PAID ALL FEE'S IN NO TIME, AND THIS COMES AFTER SHE TOOK ME TO TOUR THE GROUNDS AND MY STORAGE SPACE.

this is a great storage unit, you can pay your bill online or over the phone and the access to your unit is easy, it always clean and if you have a issue with your unit or anything the young ladies in the office are always there to help.

At age 76, I have rented from a lot of storage facilities over the years starting with Vietnam and 7 years in the Navy. Leaving the Navy, I spent the next 20 plus years as an electronics engineer working with aerospace companies, Computer companies, NASA and finally 20 years as a Renewable Energy Technical Consultant. During most of those 50 plus years I rented a storage room for personal or business storage. About 10% of them, I would never rent from again, and another 30%, I would only use as a last resort. I believe the ownership of your facility has changed three times in the nearly 4 years I have been a renter. Service provided by previous managers during that time was above average and I continued to stay in the facility. However, there was a noticeable difference with the last transition to U.S. Storage . . . the current Management Team's Superior Customer Service and Excellent Facility Upkeep is the best I've experienced over these many years and they truly deserve the 5 Star Rating I'm Posting.

I have been with Storage One for awhile now. I highly recommend this exact location and storage unit. I live on the opposite side of town, and would often drive across town for my storage unit here. If you are considering this location, ask specifically for Rich and Debbie. The Service Debbie and Rich give is always professional, friendly, and helpful. They helped me transfer to several different sizes of units on their property, kept me up to date on my bills, helped my Mom when she needed a Uhaul truck, and so much more. I highly recommend this storage unit, solely because of Rich and Debbie. If they ever left, so would I!

American Mini Storage # 7 is a great place and a very secured facility to keep all of my personal property. I have been using them for three years as I work and travel in South Asia. Also I must add, three years ago as I was moving into the storage facility I was involved in a motorcycle accident there with death threatening injuries and because of Debi and Rich's fast actions and training getting medical help, I am still here today after spending five weeks in the hospital and one year in physical therapy. Storage one provided us excellent service while we were opening our nearby hair care business. Debi and Rich went the extra mile to ensure we had what we needed. They quickly found us a larger ground floor, air conditioned unit for our line of hair products when we ran out of space in our smaller unit. Great people that provide a great service. We moved from a larger office business location and we needed Uhaul Trucks which they provided. Ended up getting additional storage because our warehouse is to small. Customer support from Rich and Debbie was exceptional and very professional, I went from a small Storage to a larger one 3 times, been with American mini for over 3 years. They go out of their way to help us even in the smallest service, I think of them more as a friend than just a Business establishment thru time. Sincere in helping their clients. I would recommend this location to anybody. Your valuable equipments are in good hands and your experience at ease even though we know moving and storing stuff is not the best thing we want to do during our business/personal time.
