We're conveniently located at the intersection of Boulder Hwy and E Desert Inn Rd., in between Checkers and Siegel Suite Boulder III and just south of Boulder Station Hotel & Casino. Many of our customers reside in the neighboring communities of Paradise, Winchester, Whitney, and North Las Vegas.

We also offer storage solutions for those who want to store an RV, boat or extra automobile. Our outdoor spots are easily accessible for parking and backing out. Parking Space width may vary from spot to spot. Please call the property manager for more details on Parking Space sizes.

My experience was good in the beginning until towards the end.Every three months, they started raising my rent, it was ridiculous my rent started 97$ and by the time I left, it was almost $500. I couldn't afford that, so I had to move to a different storage unit. That was way cheaper than that.

Sabrina and Carlos are very helpful and friendly. More than that, they gave me a wonderful rate! They made me feel right at home and that they were concerned about my property. They more than doubled, my rent when my three month introductory period was up. They also tried to get by with not giving me my sale price for first month's bill, but in both instances I spoke with management and they fixed it for me. So I'm giving them a decent score rather than a low one because they didn't make it a smooth process for me. I wish they'd just have done what they said they would, first time around so I could have given them 5 stars for having some awesome people.

This place is amazing. I just moved out of public storage down the street because they went up on my rent and I'm getting the same unit by at us storage for for a better price. The move-in process was easy and that the place was very clean. I really enjoyed the theft I worked there. They're very nice even after having a tough day trying to move stuff in and out of unit. They even gave me lunch. this place is amazing. If you are on a budget they will accommodate you with any size storage. Prices are reasonable and the staff is always there with a smile..

I love this place, the employees, and location. I rent a small unit. I pay $29 vs $23 since the price increase(not complaining). The smaller ground units collect a lot of dust, leaves, debris(which sucks)! But lord and behold a new employee(Robert on 8/16) just happens to be cleaning out an adjacent unit so I asked if he could clear my unit by sweeping the debris out and now my unit looks brand new again!! He was not required yet did it with no complaints!! Now that’s customer service!!! I appreciate any business that values their customers!!! Thank you Robert@ US storage!!!! Good storage place with several locations around vegas. I don't like how they get upset if you spend too much time at your own storage space. I was cleaning out my space and got confronted because by policy you cant spend more than a few hours at your own storage location. Still a good facility but come on guys im not homeless or something, I paied didn't I?

For others, life circumstances simply necessitates having one. It's been kinda both for me. I'm pleased to be able to say that my choice to rent here was the right one. I have a great rapport with the office. The property is CLEAN & Safe.... ...with ACCESS that works perfectly with my personal schedule. A realized BONUS is the fact that the location makes for EASY travel in and out, as well as traveling to whatever my NEXT destination is. Oh, lastly.... The Rates...... I was PAYING TWICE as much @ Public Storage and actually got evicted for spending "too much time" = more than 30 min with MY STUFF in a 10x15 - while being 2 months AHEAD on rent. They had to give me a refund, before I left. In hindsight, being here is what I should have done at the beginning of my journey. And that's the HONEST truth.

From the initial phone call to the actual first meeting, Bobbie was helpful & accommodating. I'm sure she has to answer the same questions all day long but was patient enough to help me make a decision. One month in and we just upgraded to a bigger unit. Although we live further from our unit now, we'd still make the drive.

Went here for my daughter. When putting the correct code in a message came up that I needed to go inside the office. I approached the gentlemen at his counter. Explained I was there for my daughter had put in the correct code but still didn't open the gate. He really went beyond and above what one would expect. I wish I would have got his name. He fixed the issue and access allowed. Thank you for taking care of the issue.

Due to some unfortunate circumstances we had to rent a 2nd unit last minute. With the quick efficient manor, Angie and Ben jumped in. So far this place is amazing and very accommodating. Put in a reservation about 3 days ago, someone accidentally deleted my reservation . . Upon coming in it was very quickly resolved. Instead of a 5x5 I'm moving my things into a 4x4 as that's all that was available, however the downsize is okay for me as I don't have a lot anyway. Best price I've found in town and both Bobbie and Kelly are amazing sweethearts

12/15/2022 This is an update. Thanks so much to Bobbie Peck & the rest of the staff at Boulder Hwy location! My backpack was stolen which had the keys to my storage unit inside. The staff went above and beyond what I expected in helping to replace my lock to make sure my belongings were secure! I was very sick and they emailed all documents i needed to sign and very helpful to my fiance in replacing the lock. The rate increases lately did not make me happy but their fantastic service has made the price worth it! Thanks for the stellar service!@@Was helped at this location by Erick...he was very pleasant and helpful. Got the unit I needed at a great price! Thanks!!!

Amazing customer service! They are also significantly cheaper than some people other storage centers in town. We got a large storage space from them for a month for $70. It was easy to drive up to, on the ground floor and overall super nice! They were so nice they even let us extend our rent for an additional couple of days for another $10 which was extremely helpful! Highly recommended !

My unit is perfectly sized for what I need it for and even though I had to go back to the office twice (first to ask for them to remove their lock and then again to switch out the type of lock I bought) the employees were very nice, smart, and straightforward. I come and go freely as I have my gate code, but I wouldn’t be disappointed if I were bothered a bit more by the staff but they have their jobs and they do them well. I haven’t met a staff member that I don’t like. I give the facility 4 stars only because I want to give the fifth star to Yvonne, she is nice and hopefully a star will make her smile, she has obviously been doing a great job as I see in other reviews. Not to say that the rest of the staff are any less than Yvonne, everyone is always very professional and courteous. I use to have my storage down at the public storage but they upped the price so high I was paying almost $200 per month so I packed up and moved to US Storage Centers and it was the best decision ever. Oh I need to get down there and pay my dues.

What a amazing experience in a customer service I received. From the time I walked through the door Yvonne present welcoming me, like if she knew me. The location was clean and well kept up. Yvonne was an absolute life saver. My mother just passed away and I had to drive across country, clear out her storage unit, plan and pay for a funeral, handle her affairs and bury her all in less than a week. I cannot tell you how much of a horrible experience this has all been but Yvonne was helpful, understanding and knowledgeable when I needed it the most! She did this all while being kind and sensitive to my family's needs. Yvonne really gave me a reprieve on a day when I almost fell apart and I can't thank her and her professionalism enough. I will never forget her.

I give the facility a 5 star very clean no problem there. I only had a small box storage when I returned to my storage which was right by the office. I had noticed my lock and the door to the box had been messed w . I knew when I couldn't get the key to go into the lock. I didn't have anything of value I have had this prob before and their interuption of my privacy while I was gathering my things confirmed my suspicion I finally got a final notice and the owner's name . I felt telling staff would not be effective someone who works there is a thief

The neighborhood is sketchy but he showed us all the cameras around the property, the fencing that is up, and told us security does drive through to check when they close. That made me feel a lot better and that everyone gets a gate code they need to input in order to enter the storage facility. I definitely recommend this place.

For storage, it's okay, but they go up on the rent every month. My starting rent was $24, now it's $70, and I've had the unit less than a year. So if you don't mind having a cheap first months rent, it's a great place, but if you mind your rent going up monthly, it's not the place for you.

I am fairly new renter at Extra Space storage. I would encourage anyone that need a storage unit to come here. The staff is knowledgeable as well as friendly willing to assist with locks or boxes for purchase. The staff before signing,informs the renter on insurance for the storage unit. If you have your own renters insurance before signing just bring a copy to add to your unit. Extra Space storage does provide insurance. Payment are easy, it’s the day you sign with Extra Space. What a comfortable dealing with this company makes life easier.

Bobby is great. Her energy and kind temperament made up for the terrible conditions there, while the property undergoes a much needed upgrade. She was the only reason we didn't go elsewhere after seeing the available units. She was patient and efficient at the same time. Thanks again Bobby.

A+++ experience, I was looking for a garage storage for my classic vehicle,but I had a problem with the speed bumps located throughout the facility, because my cars suspension is really low touching the ground , I payed for my spot already,but I changed my mind,they help me out and happily refunded my money, the guy in charge nick is very professional. Good service highly recommended.
