The gate code they gave me never worked and I never got any follow up. So I still don’t know if when I show up to enter i can get in. Which means if it’s not during office hrs, I wont be able to get in.

Rented a unit online. Went to the storage with my stuff. Had to redo the rental process as it was only completed for the one day (?).
Went to the unit with office staff. The unit was not cleaned. There was actually a dead/bloody mouse (took pics). Looked like it had been smashed. Mouse droppings everywhere and stains and garbage in the unit.
They did refund my monthly fee and insurance fee. But still charged me the $25 admin fee.
I called corporate to get a refund and Allen never called me back.
They may be cheaper than some but poorly run. I would never store my belongings with this company.
Plan to file a complaint with BBB, if they are even affiliated.
Everything was great and easy
The doors of the storage boots need a rubber guard on the bottom because when the yard cleaning maintenance man uses his blower they they blow the dust from outside right into my storage and i've had about 3-4 different storages with your company, same location. Also you guys have rodents so they have torn up and shredded many of my books, clothing. I actually started putting down rat traps and mouse glue traps in my storage room myself, in which i caught two mouses. Im still there because i haven't had the time to move yet. For the most part the office staff is always helpful. However, you guys need to foam the top of inside your units so rats and mice don't travel from within storage to storage unit.

Price changed after phone quote
Your price increases are outrageous! Just because there is not yet legislation to cap your increase amounts, you gouge and take advantage of people during desperate/difficult times. Shame on you and your industry!
Also my unit was broken into; unit was disheveled; many priceless items taken, and NO ONE had video footage nor was I ever compensated. Very suspicious.

The staff is great and definitely keep the place squared away.
People seem nice enough but if there is a problem. Like my door came off track and would not close. I called and it took maintenance 1 hour to get there, even though he drove past me twice, then he had no tools or equipment to repair the door. So he had to return to his shop twice. Also every month for at least 6 months I have had to call office to pay my bill instead of paying online like all my other bills. I've told manager each month and been told they'd look into it.
I'm looking for another shed.
The cost versus what I received was just not what I was looking for!
Nice clean Friendly
I like the storage facility. They have great staff. I hate the price increases, I wish it would be cleaned more frequently, and I wish they didn't allow the people to hang out in thier units all day. But those are honestly mild complaints, I understand times are hard and folks have no where to go. But please clean up and open for longer hours.

There is an ease of access i enjoy plus how quick it was to get set up. Sundays are sketchy as the office is closed and people who don't have units walk right on in after a vehicle has entered the gates. Not happy about the cost of the unit going up. I understand its a business but when people like myself need every penny we can get it gets really hard finding the funds to continue making the monthly charges, and forcing myself to start looking elsewhere. Its a shame too because I came here with this having the best price I could find at the time. Will continue to use as long as possible in the meantime. No complaints otherwise.
Safe setting, the inside help was very good when asked anything. Easy access.
It has been good but at times I was charged a late fee sometimes 3 late fees in 1 day. But otherwise they have great customer service.
The whole process from signing up, monthly payments to terminating the rental went very smoothly.

The grounds are clean and kept up. The only thing I don't really like is the fact that i have 2 storage units and I pay a full year of rent at a time on each one. But when the year is up they raise my rent. If I was the owner I would give people that pay their rent a year at a time a discount or a free month of rent or something to show their appreciation. I got nothing. Needless to say before my rent is due next time I will be finding another place to store my stuff.

I'm always treated with respect and kindness from all of your employees. I have had a storage unit at that facility for many years even before it was us storage. I'm comfortable with the security at that property and I know that if there's ever an issue which there never has been it would be taken care of immediately. I highly recommend your facility.
All has gone very well. I only have one complaint,. Is it was the middle of the afternoon on a weekday and I wanted to go into the office to make my payment as I walked up to the door the girl locked it from the inside and put up the sign will be back. That kind of pissed me off as she saw me at the door she should have taken me at that time. Other than that very pleased thank you

The staff is always friendly and professional. My storage fee went from $31.50 to $37.50, but that’s ok. The location on Boulder Hwy. is perfect for me, so I don’t mind paying extra because I understand the business of covering expenses to provide the best service.
