US Storage Centers – Rapid Rental
Our Las Vegas, NV self storage facility requires contact-free storage rentals to be completed online or over the phone. Renting your storage unit online or over the phone is highly recommended before visiting our storage facility. Our online rental process is quick, convenient, and can be easily done in the comfort of your own home. If you prefer speaking to one of our professional agents, give us a call and we will be happy to assist you.
Once you’ve completed your rental, you will be provided with a unique gate code that will grant you access through the facility’s electronic gate. You will also receive your unit number and the combination to the temporary lock securing your unit. To avoid additional charges, please return the blue combination lock to the drop box located on the left of the rear office door.
A new lock, which is required to be purchased during the rental process, will be inside the storage unit. If you prefer to return the lock, please keep the lock in its original packaging and place it in the drop box. Once the lock has been returned, you will receive a credit on your next month’s rent payment equal to the cost of the lock.

Located in Clark County, NV, our storage facility is right off of the I-15 freeway. We’re across the street from AMD Guitar Works and right next Concrete Accessories Inc. If you live in zip codes 89102, 89146, 89103, 89109, or 89107, our storage facility is nearby and easy to access! Our customers live in the surrounding neighborhoods McNeill, Spanish Oaks, and Scotch Eighty. Some additional communities nearby include Summerlin, Green Valley, Seven Hills, and Spring Valley.
Kure It Cancer Research
Our in-house charity, Kure It, offers tenants the perfect opportunity to make a difference when it comes to cancer research. This facility participates in our Round Up For Cancer Research program, where current tenants can choose to add $0.50 to their monthly rent, and then US Storage Centers will match that 100%.

So I was looking for a storage this morning which I noticed the office was closed so I did online reservation and had to wait til they opened the office at 9am, I literally had a call at 9am as Erick from US Storage Centers called and confirmed my reservation he was so helpful over the phone and even more pleasant in person. He gave me the run down and has been beyond helpful. WOW 🤩 I definitely would recommend this storage place.

I'm moving from California to Vegas. I needed to find a storage that would be safe/cheap and reliable. In the past I've had horrible customer service and a lot of running around. a lot of the phone calls I would get from other storages would be from rude agents, not knowing how to speak to people. I understand that it’s a courtesy call but the customer service needs to know how to speak and be nice. This is why I left and came to US storage center. Erick took care of me and answered all the questions I had and then some. He took me to see all the different unit available and I was able to pick the right size for my use. Setting up payment was fast and easy to understand.
He did offer me water but I joked around and said "I only drink sparkling water" to my surprise he did have it and offered it. This is the type of customer service that an establishment needs. Where a customer can joke around and the representative can give the best customer service possible."

Renting a storage place has always been a hassle but not this time. The manager Erick was super helpful and made the whole process really easy. I would highly recommend US Storage Center because of my great experience with them... especially the help from Ivan Meno. With everything that's going on in the world, some businesses forget about customer service, thoughtfulness and to put themselves in someone else's shoes. I have to say that the storage business in Las Vegas has been an awful experience... some would say a nightmare UNTIL I met Ivan Meno at US Storage center. He not only called me back, kept me informed and updated with what was going on in vacancy space in their facility and kept following up until we found the right place for my stuff.

I was desperately looking for a place to store My goods and by chance I found US Storage.. that's when Ivan the manager ... He extremely knowledgeable when it came to my storage needs .. After I explained to him My needs he took care of them and give the perfect size unit plus an unbeatable deal that save Me time and $ $ $ $ $.. I'm so thankful I found Ivan the Great and US Storage.
I hope and pray the corporate office can see this. If I were able to leave even more stars I would. So this is my 1st time using a storage unit. I didnt know what to expect and how to go about doing it. (FYI they do not do credit checks) so I called yesterday and no one answered and kept asking me for a remote access code after ringing a few times. I finally go in today where I was greeted by a young man named Ivan-John. He had the BIGGEST most WELCOMING SMILE i ever saw. Right then and there i knew this was going to be the location I store at. Ivan answered all my questions and really eased my concerns on getting a storage unit. He let me know even more things to consider that I didn't think to ask. He even showed me a unit and told me how much the monthly would be for the sizes he showed me. With everything happening in the world today and the pandemic, it really is nice to see that people like Ivan-John do exist. By far one of the best customer service I've had in a long..... time. I hope Ivan-john sees this. If you are reading. Thanks again for all your help and being patient with me. This company you work for is very lucky to have you.
I didnt rent the unit today, but I will definitely be coming here to rent in 2 months. Ivan-John did tell me that there are very few units left and to just get it now to make sure im secured. Even offered to do an lease out or something. I told him I wasn't in a rush to sell my home and told him I would call at least 3 weeks before I sell.
Ivan-John did mention that they just took over this location. So well be seeing a few changes here and there. They also sell moving supplies in the office.
Thanks again Ivan-John for answering all my questions and giving me some knowledge on renting a storage unit in the future.
