My experience was terrible. I couldn't use my gate code, so I had to use a test code. There was someone else in my stall and I was unable to use what I paid for. And on top of that I couldn't get my admin fee returned even though I never used my stall. US Storage took my money and I received no service..

Signed up for this unit at the end of July and still haven’t received a working gate code. Returned the combination padlock that was on the unit to the dropbox, as stated on the move in instructions, and I’m still getting charged for a new lock that was never placed inside my unit. Would not recommend at all

The closest space I have is about what I need to store what I had and this it thanks for that and the price was reasonably for Las Vegas
We had a great experience renting our unit! From the phone calls ahead of time to Erick greeting us with a huge smile, we had a wonderful experience!
Other then having to wait an hour plus fir the manager it was fine.

I’m moving from California to Vegas. I needed to find a storage that would be safe/cheap and reliable. In the past I’ve had horrible customer service and a lot of running around. But Erick took care of me and answered all the questions I had and then some. He took me to see all the different unit available and I was able to pick the right size for my use. Setting up payment was fast and easy to understand. He did offer me water but I joked around and said “I only drink sparkling water” to my surprise he did have it and offered it. This is the type of customer service that an establishment needs. Where a customer can joke around and the representative can give the best customer service possible.
Everything was clean and very secure. Way better prices than other storage facilities I checked with.
Manager is great. Clean facility. Access hours are a little short in my opinion but overall well ran storage facility.
The manger was very kind and tentative. I have had no issues what so ever.

I'm just finding myself confused since receiving the invoice for May. I recently rented the unit on April 11th & was told payment was due on the 11th of each month & invoice is showing the 1st of May and I wasn't pro-rated, so my question is if I paid for a full month than technically i have not been there for a month. And was told over the phone and in person. 11th of each month

I would highly recommend US Storage Center because of my great experience with them... especially the help from Ivan Meno. With everything that's going on in the world, some businesses forget about customer service, thoughtfulness and to put themselves in someone else's shoes. I have to say that the storage business in Las Vegas has been an awful experience... some would say a nightmare UNTIL I met Ivan Meno at US Storage center. He not only called me back, kept me informed and updated with what was going on in vacancy space in their facility and kept following up until we found the right place for my stuff.

My husband and I are very happy about our decision to use US Storage for our precious valuables. Mr. Ivan in the front office made the big difference by extending excellent service to us. The facility is kept clean and safe. The drive up coded entry gate is super nice for easy in and out. We now have the peace of mind that our belongings are safe until we need them next. The sweet discounts were a plus as well bc we had 2 other companies in mind but easily chose US Storage. Lastly, we loved the fact that the founders have charitable hearts to serve those in need.
