We do have smaller units for smaller personal effects or warehouse-style units that are as large as 10’x30’, which are large enough to fit the contents of an entire home and more. Our units offer moving carts on site, and our resident manager is available to help customers with whatever they need.

For those who want to store an RV, boat, or extra automobile, we are your storage solution! We have covered parking or fully enclosed units, both with easy accessibility for parking and backing out. Those who are storing the vehicles or boats under are covered parking may still want to consider boat/RV tarps to keep them safe from potential sun exposure damage. Security Our Las Vegas facility is protected by electronic gated access. When you rent a storage unit from us, you will be given a unique pincode that allows you to enter the facility during access hours. We also have 24/7 video recording of our facility. Managers are nice and helpful
I had a great experience with the young lady who sign me up. She was very nice and new the answers to all my questions and she was very friendly.
Honestly best experience I've ever had from the start to now ever renting a storage unit. from initial renting of unit the staff member helped me out and was attentive more than at a hospital. To not having enough time to buy a lock since I got a late start and one being placed on my unit to keep my things safe till I came back to place mine, the young girl was just the same with offering me water since it was hot and I was extremely dehydrated,charging my phone so I could call a mechanic when a fuse blew in my car. The prices are best I found especially for the size of units. Only thing that were a let down was having bathrooms there that no one can use , sometimes people spend hours there loading and unloading their belongings and if they gotta go they have to go idk even know where cuz I tried a few near by places and none allowed plus leaving your stuff out their if it's an emergency , just makes sense allow the customers use of bathroom facilities instead of them just being their for nothing.
It's been a good experience so far! There were a couple hiccups during our move in process but Nayeli (I'm so sorry if I spelt your name wrong) was so helpful. She showed us the unit and when we went to move in there was trash in the unit, so she was able to move us to another one that was empty that same day. She's been wonderful to work with!

Randomly raising rent prices
Not very happy with the fact that I wasn't given ANY advanced notice for a major rate hike, (And yet I was told they were Supposed to give me 30 days' notice and I wasn't given that or any!) I had no choice since all my stuff was in there already!
Plus, the fact that they stopped giving receipts.
Also, I feel that the price is really wayyyyyyyyy too HIGH! Too late now to do anything about it!
Muy buena la atención y seguridad.
No bad in the beginning. We were given a good deal for the first 3 months and then the regular rent the next months. However we didn't expect nor told the rent would double after 6 months. So we let the space go. Now our rent have doubled on our storage. Hopefully these rent increases will stop.
Wanted to say that the staff at the Glenn location (Ben & Nay) were super nice and knowledgeable.

Dirty bathroom. Hard to get in and out of facility. No cameras to watch stuff. Over priced. Front desk lady uninformed of storage prices and availability

The facility and service were fine. I did enter at a discounted or promotional rate but the sudden rate increase was beyond exorbitant and I moved out immediately.
I’ve been robbed twice since I’ve been there. Your insurance pays me back a 10th of what I’m robbed every time. It takes way over three months to get the payment every time. Your employees are rude and don’t seem to know what they’re talking about half the time. I’ve been charged without permission. There is very poor communication from everyone. My list is long.

Needed storage for a few months while construction was going on at our house. The facility was safe, secure, clean and well cooled in the summer months. Making payments was easy. Staff is friendly. We would use them again.

Horrible, my catalytic converter was stolen out of your facility and nothing was done to reconcile the situation whatsoever. I requested a refund and the employees seemed to laugh at me. This cost me over $1200 and your business could not even refund me for my ~$200 in storage fees. I wouldn't be surprised if the employees are involved with the thefts.

Terrible. I put a deposit down for an rv spot and weeks before the move in date I decided to cancel because I found somewhere else locally that charged more than half of the price for the same amount of time. And then it took me over a month to receive a refund for a service I never rendered 0/10
That I know of the property is safe and secure thank you us storage
I feel you did what you could for my unit but one thing is that you can give a little more time to retrieve a person's stuff when circumstances are dire like going to jail when some one gets locked up you should go extra miles to allow this person to make arrangements to retrieve their belongings
I found the service there to be very personal and extraordinary
The storage unit prices rose so rapidly. It would be nice to have had a special for $90 for 12 months.
My catalytic converter was stolen, and the office couldnt bother to call the police back. The spot was not easy to use.

Staff is great but need better security. I have 10 parking spots and I’ve had catalytic converters stolen multiple times now
So far, everything is going okay. I didn't appreciate a rate increase before my 6 months of occupancy and I hope that the rates don't increase on a semi-annual basis. If it does, I'll be adjusting my review(s) accordingly. Continuous rate increases are the reason I left Cube-not-so-smart...
I am happy with the security provided and pricing of the unit. It is easy to access.
Overall, the experience was smooth except it took a lot of effort and multiple phone calls to ensure that US Storage processed the storage unit as vacant.
I have the worst opinion that a person can have about that place. There I had a mobile home and a boat for 2 years. The head of the place, without looking at my record that I had for payment, sent me to take it with me because of a new client. It occurred to him that it bothered him, they also vandalized it. They stole the canvas from the boat and why am I going to keep telling him everything that happens? I think that this place needs a lot of changes and needs a boss who values his customers well

Marquis is really nice. BUT the way you guys are handling the insurance claim SUCKS! I was lucky and had just a couple of boxes with clothes soaked. Cost to wash was about $60..i figured you would have had that resolved bu now.

I only rented from US Storage for one month. I had no problems with this facility. The man at the front desk was very nice and supportive.
Well ur asking me how did I feel? Which is confusing, considering I still have a unit rented. So if ur asking how do I feel about ur company, I have to say at least a 9.

The staff members were always great. The manager especially. He was always pleasant and friendly. If he noticed I was moving a large or heavy item by myself he offered assistance. I truly appreciated that.
Another thing I feel worth mentioning is about an incident which occurred, concerning a break-in and theft of my ex-husband's storage unit at the same facility. The staff members handled the situation well. They caught the perpetrator and prevented the loss of the property which was taken. All missing items were accounted for. Great job! Thank you Marquis (facility manager)!!

All good. Email communication was a little slow, and had to request an invoice but all up no problems.

It worked well for storage, but we had a hard time using our key code. We wish it was 24/7 access and a “date to date” fee instead of a rigid “monthly fee.” We will be needing a place in Las Vegas for a month in Jan/Feb again in 2019, but need it from mid-month to mid-month & don’t think it’s fair to have to pay 2 months in fees. We’ll also need it out after 11:00 pm because of when our flight arrives. Can these rules be changed?
