Great pricing and very clean. We’re moving from U-Haul because it was so unsafe and they would never come open loading doors. Here, even though it’s not 24 hours, the loading zone is so much better (even a car can come up) and open!! Thank you also for the greatest customer service!!!

Storage Unit is in climate controled building and was clean when I arrived. Parking access was available to unload a 20' UHaul Truck filled with furnature. The storage unit was some distance from the entrance but they have flat carts to help move things that will fit on them. Building access is via a door code with a key lock on each individual unit.

Iyana was super helpful and made the move in process to our new storage unit super quick!! The gentleman who helped unlock the unit was also great and helped with all the questions I had!

I was recommended to this storage company by my father who also uses them. The online process was simple and efficient. Iyana did a wonderful job assisting me and another customer before me. She even stayed a little after hours to make sure I was able to get into the gate and to my space. The units were well maintained and clean with the nice barrel drum locks on the doors. The website should make it more clear what locks they specifically use with visuals cause I thought it was a different type of lock at first. overall I had an excellent move in experience.

The facility was clean and my storage unit was presented to me pristine. They offer docks for loading and unloading and dollies for moving you items.

I encountered this company as an option to help my son with his apartment move. I had the pleasure and privilege to be assisted by the property manager, Ms Jekera. My son and I spent a few hours visiting multiple companies. By chance, we arrived at US storage center 2 min before close in pouring rainstorm. Ms. Jekera treated us with an exceptional state professionalism, dedication and happiness regardless of the time. She thoroughly explained our options, gave her recommendations and showed us the different available units we were interested in. She walked us through the site to show us the various loading locations and how to best enter and navigate their vast location. She was also very dedicated in resolving some of the billing challenges that the system was presenting during our sign up process. That truly was the difference of applying critical thinking and manual math versus just saying this is what the computer is displaying even though it didn't make sense. She didn't treat us as a quota number. She treated us with respect, personal attention, care, and as true clients. She quickly assessed the issue, thoroughly worked through it, and explained the resolution. She showed us how to work the amazing touchless app instead of just telling us about it. I felt confident in the decision to investing our trust in this company to store my son's stuff here. I believe with the extreme care and customer service provided to us, his stuff will be safe and protected as well. The location was very safe with the accesses allowed and clean. Ohhh it's so clean! I totally recommend this location and love how she is so forward thinking, cares for her location, her clients and always looking to see how SMART and effective improvements can be made. The security is fantastic there as well. Thank you so much Ms. Jekera, we're a customer literally because of you! Because you invested your time in us, we felt confident to commit to investing our commitment to become clients of your company. We almost gave up on the whole effort.

First off, I would like to thank my boyfriend for recommending this place and boy I was not disappointed. Let’s start with the property manager Jakera, who was absolutely fantastic. She was personable, patient, and full of personality. This was my first time renting a storage and I will not go anywhere else from this point forward. I made a reservation online and immediately got a call from the corporate office which was awesome. Although I was still in the office at the time. They honor the promos whether online or in person. I was shown each unit until I made a decision and Jakera was so awesome and made the experience excellent. Ended up spending $35 dollars In moving supplies initially and then went back for more! Not only did they offer Clean and secure units they offered almost EVERYTHING I needed for moving supplies. They offer dollies and inside facilities on the first and second floor. I could not be happier with my experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you for making my move less stressful!

Signed up for a unit late at night and was a little confused by the online stuff. The store was closed when I reserved the unit so I could call to ask questions. Then first thing the next morning I got a call from the store manager to review everything I had signed up for and answer all my questions. Came into the store and she was very helpful and nice.

I’ve never rented a storage unit before and Jeff totally walked me through the whole process! He was super cool, professional and very informative, before I can even ask a question he would already be answering it. I thought it would be a lot more expensive but it wasn’t at all! As he took us to our unit I noticed everything was SUPER clean which was perfect!! I love it here! It is very clean, climate controlled is a plus, and the motion sensor lights are great! I also love the fact that they have rodent control to make sure that your items are pest free. I looked online for storage space and I found that they had the best prices for the closest location I needed. When I called, I spoke with Jason who was very nice and extremely helpful! When I came in that day he was super helpful in explaining everything to me. He even walked me to my unit and taught me how to use my new lock I received from them! He even taught my 8 year old son how to open and close the lock! He took the time out for my child! I don't think anyone has ever done that before. I'm forever grateful for Jason & I HIGHLY recommend this extremely clean and temperature controlled storage space! You will NOT be disappointed!

So far so good. Reason I didn't give it 5 stars, the loading dock in the rear have a ramp and the truck can't back fully up to the top of the dock. Spend hours pushing furniture and boxes up the ramp to the loading dock entrance. Be ready for a workout.

We began storing our belongings here in October after moving cross-country. The management changed hands a few months ago, but we couldn't be more satisfied with the friendly and professional attention from the team in the office. The facility is always clean and well maintained, and we rarely run into anyone else when we would stop by to pull things out from time to time. We are moving out at the end of this month and the process of releasing the unit couldn't be any more painless. I had the pleasure of meeting the FAMOUS & FABULOUS Jason Hassell yesterday at ESS. You would have to meet him to fully understand and appreciate my reference. Erin was awesome! Last weekend she assisted my mother and I with securing a storage unit. The facility is spacious, clean, secure, safe and the office keeps last minute items you may need to purchase in order to finish your move.

Rented at this location for a year and a half. Clean Facilities. Back loading dock, multiple carts, elevators, & restrooms. Very easy move in & out. Staff friendly and easy to do business with. Would recommend.
