I rented a unit on line after call to confirm the space was available. Turns out no one is aloud into this property because of weather damage. It has now been 10 days and my payment has still not been returned. Was told the manager would be in touch and still have not heard a thing. I am incredibly disappointed.

This was an awful experience. The people I dealt with over the phone were rude and un professional. I reserved a unit online and when I called to confirm my move in date they said they had none available for me.

Terrible overall experience, a lot of which could be due to issues with hurricane Helene but communication was terrible and no one was ever helpful on the phone. Spent all day trying to access the storage unit to find out that facility was not open until further notice. Ended up cancelling my storage unit and going somewhere else. I’ve called twice now trying to get my refund.

SafeNest rented a storage unit to me after the facility had been damaged by flooding. I tried to get on touch with the manager to get a refund, but my calls and emails went unanswered. I could speak with the call center, but they would not let me speak with the manager. SafeNest is not a reputable company. It should be shut down for fraudulent practices. I'm still waiting for the manager to call me back, or for the District Manager to call me back. The call center also said they would forward my complaint to the district manager. I'm still waiting for that call as well. There will be no call, however, because that's the kind of business the run - unethical.

Rented storage unit sometime around first week of October was given gate code and unit#. Was denied entry and when I called the office they said the location was closed due to Helene. This was not disclosed on the website yet my money was still taken. I had to cancel the movers and find another stirage place. I will not be using Safenest in the future nor will I recommend to anyone.

I paid for my rental on Friday. I called office Sunday night because the code you sent me was not accurate and got no answer, so I called at 8am (Monday) to clear up my code mind you I rented a whole ass U-Haul to bring this stuff from Hendersonville that I was paying $1 a mile for, and some lady “reset” my code. So I drove back out there, the reset code didn’t work, I call again and someone says I’m gonna get a call from the property manager, never got that call. Tailgated someone to get into the facility because keep in mind, this is my second trip out there and I’m supposed to have been out of my house by Sunday. I come to TTB026 and there’s a lock on it, crazy!! You rented me an already occupied building. At this point I’m about to lose my mind. I call again, and a very nice lady tells me I was sold an occupied building…at this point I’ve talked to about 5 incompetent people who should’ve been able to tell me that but didn’t. I told the last lady I want my money back, and I feel like because of your companies incompetence I should be reimbursed for the mileage I wasted coming out there twice. $76 for storage and $100 for miles.

Booking went fine. Information on getting access to the storage unit was very frustrating. Finally got into our unit after James called me backspace
I haven't been able to move a single thing in yet. I need 24 hour access. I want a refund. Every other storage I have ever had (5-6) you had to enter the property and thru the gate before the posted hours then I could unload and leave after access hours. Also it changed to a remotely managed facility since I paid but wasn't told that before I paid. I will remove my lock tomorrow or Monday and since I still haven't put anything in the unit. I want a refund. But either way I will not be renewing!

I’m still very confused and regret, selecting SafeNet storage above all of the othe options in my area.
1) I went to the office, during office hours 7 different times over 2 1/2 days and nobody was there, but the UPS package and been placed inside on day 2. Even though they want to the office, nobody, texted, emailed, or called me. I finally called the main office to get my money back, and somebody showed up.
2) The website, and my initial research indicated that there was a 50% reduction for the first three months. AFTER I signed up and paid for the first month I got the notice that the next month bill would be full price. It appears very deceiving and misleading.
3) All of the employees and staff that I have dealt with have been extremely courteous, polite, and efficient.
I will likely moving to a different unit as soon as practical.

Very friendly - nice clean place
I love the security given over the storage buildings. The workers are very informative, and nice. I have rented from this company before, and have always left satisfied. I felt very comfortable while getting the lease drawn up. They make sure to ask if you need anything.
My initial contact and subsequent interactions with Lissa were fantastic. She showed me various units and ultimately found one that met my needs. Lissa is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and customer friendly.
Grateful for pricing, availability & security measures in place. Would definitely recommend.
Very helpful employees made renting two spaces for different needs very simple. Facility is nice and clean, well kept. All in all a great experience for self storage.

I’ve called 3 times to have a duplicate charge on my November invoice corrected and no once from the local office will call me back. When I go there in person during office hours, no one is ever there. Now I’ve lost access to my unit due to late payment. Very frustrating.
This isn’t the first time I’ve stored some of my collections at this facility and that being said is why I brought a couple of my cars back over here. The personnel have always been courteous and respectful
