Not likely re the safe nest storage at Neely road off Steele creek. I put my deposit down I think May 11th, all I needed was a lock and gate code. Have tried three times to come and complete business if site manager, to no avail. No one at that site. It is a lovely location, but manager is never there. First time went right after down payment, other customers were waiting. No note on door and number on door not working, nor is a secon one also listed. Found out he had been “called away for emergency to SC site. But no note to communicate that to us customers. We are now into June. Had expected to move stuff in to new unit last month, but never can catch him, then had flu. Frustrated. Other unit at Public storage is 170.00 and was so hoping to have gotten into new unit on Sam Newly by now. But manager, who seemed nice on the phone, seems to be unconcerned about his customers Debbie Kernan. 704-747-8772. I’ve done business for years w Safe Nest in Harrisburg; even on a bad day they were not this in reachable. Deb Kernan, 704-747-8772. Ps. Very easy move in and the facility is nice and clean

Everything went excellent. Thank you to the property manager at the Sam Neely road location who knew about my tight situation coming into Charlotte from NY for 24 hours and needing a location that I could access after office hours.

Great experience very very clean storage and the price is unbeatable. I feel like it was the best move. I made five stars for sure customer service absolutely amazing as well.

So far my experience has been great

Fair, hidden cost, your system was down had to come in twice to rent. Said they would send me a new gate code but did not. My floor was wet from water from the unit to the right after a rain.

I paid for a storage unit on September 28th, 2023 and it was withdrawn from my account. Days later the company cut my lock and placed their lock on my paid storage because their "new" system didn't register my payment even after showing the really nice representative my bank statement. He replied he doesn't know which storage unit in Charlotte N.C. I paid for even thought entrance code worked perfectly to enter the premises to store my items. Needless to say, I have money I invested into SafeStorage that hasn't been reimbursed to me. The representative is great, I still wish he would credit my account accordingly. Im really sad about that.
