We hold our facility to high standards of cleanliness and maintenance and it is conveniently located for easy access by all White Bear Lake residents. You can find our location close to the Monkey House amusement center, Sam’s Club, and the Pizza Ranch. We are located right across the I-694 from the Maplewood Mall and Costco Wholesale. You can also find us next to the Lakewood Park and the White Bear Area YMCA. Our customers come from all over White Bear Lake with many living in neighborhoods of Vadnais Heights, Pine Springs, Hoffman’s Corner, Gem Lake, Birchwood Village, and North St. Paul.

RV and Boat Storage

We offer outside, uncovered RV and boat storage for extra vehicles that you cannot park at home. We have 104 of these parking spots available, but they rent out quickly make sure you call us today if you know that you need RV or boat storage space. Parking space width may vary from spot to spot. We offer 24/7 video recording of our facility to mitigate the likelihood of any aberrant activity. Our facility is also protected with a gate that is inaccessible without an access code, helping to deter unauthorized users from entering.

I’ve been a storage unit user for almost a year at this location. Jen and Luanne have been outstanding and amazingly helpful anytime I have needed anything. From staying a few moments late so I wouldn’t get locked in the parking lot, to ensuring my units were properly cleaned and readily available move in date. Answering any questions I have had in a timely and professional manner. They have made me feel very welcomed and always have a smile when I come in person to the site. I am not just not another customer. They are lucky to have them as employees here!

Won a storage auction today. Every one that I saw for this storage center was in really good condition. The one I bought was an easy 2.5 hours of stuff to transport. Lots of caddies available. They also have storage space for boats, RVs, & vehicles! The manager was phenomenal & had great customer service! Will definitely be coming back for more of their auctions & if ever need be of needing a unit myself- will be coming here. Prices are reasonable for ALL locker sizes!

This is a great facility with professional staff. They are very helpful and go above and beyond.

I don't have experience with other storage facilities, but I have had an excellent experience with US Storage Centers in White Bear Lake! Both Yurri and Luanne provide truly excellent customer service. They always return my calls immediately, they greeted me promptly the first time I checked in and showed me to my unit. The unit itself was great as is the facility - clean and orderly. There was no wasted time and this has been a great experience. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone in the twin cities area -- it's honestly worth the drive outside of the cities, even if you live in downtown Minneapolis, like I do!

AWESOME customer service! We love the garage stalls with indoor access to our units. Especially during bad weather. The facility is always so clean, and the location is perfect for us. All-around much better than our previous place!

Luanne was a delight to work with. My situation was a little more complex as I had to switch units over a period of time to make my storage items fit. This was a temporary solution that worked out quite well. The price was fair, the property well organized but not without problems. One night, after retrieving some items, the gate would not raise. We tried the code over and over and called all the phone numbers listed for "help" finally we pushed it up by hand as high as we could and squeezed the car under it....not fun!

The climate control is awesome for keeping your things that are suceptible to excess heat or cold temperatures. Units and the building are kept clean, and plenty of light inside. Easy access.

The manager Randy and his team at US Storage have made my moving process incredibly easier. The staff are all kind and willing to help and explain any questions you may have. Randy went out of his way to show me the units available and walked me through the amenities offered. After completing my rental forms Randy made sure I understood how to enter and exit through the locked gates and was very kind and respectful.

I used this US Storage center in White Bear Lake while my daughter moved out from one apartment till she found another apartment. The office personnel were kind and accommodating, the facility is clean, the climate controlled unit was affordable, the entrance and elevators are large and located conveniently to access 2nd floor, large push carts at entrance for use, they prorated monthly charge for only the days used for the month I moved out of the unit. I'll definitely use this facility again in the future. I highly recommend this place!

The secured feeling I felt there was so grateful, and the drive in bay kept me out of the rain, cold and just felt right. Carts are very useful and ready for wherever I needed them. They were also very flexible and accommodating when I wanted to tour the facility to look at storage units. CLEANLINESS The facilities are new and kept very clean. I was impressed with this. PRICING I found their pricing to be very fair and actually very good compared to other units in the area that are not climate controlled and are smaller. Management worked with me to get me the best price for what I needed. CONVENIENCE The site offers 3 huge bays to unload at or you can utilize a smaller entrance to make a quick stop. They offer flat bed wheeled carts at all the entrances. I am very happy with my experience at US Storage and would definitely recommend them. They were recommended to me! The site hours very good

Well kept facility, pleasant/knowledgeable manager, and reasonably priced. We initially selected one storage spot for our RV and a few days later we came to put the RV in the slot unfortunately my backing skills were adequate to get my RV into that particular spot. The manager worked with us to select four different slots and we ultimately chose the one that worked really well for us. The manager was exceedingly helpful - there was no comment about "we agreed to take this and now we want that". The manager is I really nice person - I could not recommend any place more strongly.

By far the cleanest storage facility ive seen to date and the customer service is great. Very knowledgeable and accomodating. This location is conveniently located right off 694 & 61 and has other locations in the metro. There is a huge drive-in bay where you can load/unload your belongs without worry of what Mother Nature has planned because its completely enclosed. Secured access with 24/7 monitoring for a peace of mind that your stuff is safe. Units rent out on a month-to-month basis and they ask for a ten day notice for the last month of your storage needs. The units are surprisingly affordable, I would suggest going on the website to catch their online specials. If you dont reserve online make sure to mention the discounts you noticed so they can be applied when you come to the office. Highly Recommend!

I have only had positive experiences since renting a unit. The staff is great. The facility is clean and well lit. I love that so many carts are available and the elevators are huge for larger items. The ability to pull my truck in the huge bay is great for getting out of weather and I feel safe bringing stuff to my storage after dark.

You never have to be outside when you come to either pick up or drop off stuff because they have parking bays that can handle a 13'6" truck if needed. Yuri is the best. Always working hard and even lifted some things for me and put them in storage unit. He was also able to switch my 10x10 unit to a 10x15 unit at the last second. The facility and units are super clean and the 50% off a unit for 2 months is a great deal.

Compare to all the other storage units, this has the best prices and services. Yury was very friendly and helpful. Never had any issue. As long as your make your monthly payments on time, you will have no problem. I'd recommend this storage unit to anybody in storage need.

There's a lot of storage areas in the radius of U.S. Storage. I was in a time crunch at the end of my move as I'm sure most of us are. U.S. storage was the first place I called and the manager there (Yuri) went through everything and was very clear about rates and prices. Being that there's so many storage companies in the vicinity I let him know that I would check around and possibly be back in contact. Not only was this place the cheapest in town but also the cheapest among some of the non climate controlled units I checked on. So based strictly on price I told Yuri I was going to come up there. Well, not only do I feel like I got the cheapest price in town but I do feel like I've got one of the best storage units as well... Not only is Yuri on the property all the time but the property is clean and well-kept. I feel very safe when I'm there, and I'm sure my belongings are very secure. To sum it up, I feel like I got the cheapest and the best storage unit in the vicinity. I'll save you the time though and tell you for real this is the cheapest place. Yuri said that to me before I hung up with him, and I chuckled when I called him back and told him he was right. If this is the area you need a storage unit in, heres the spot.

Andre made the process of getting a storage unit a pleasure, not a chore: incredibly charming, knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful! I wandered in by accident (I’d made a reservation with the storage place down the street), and I’m so glad I did! Andre not only beat the price I was quoted by the other business, but prioritized me even though he was obviously busy with scheduled clients and duties. The facility itself seems very clean, well kept, and well monitored. It is easy to load and unload your car, and they have loading carts, large elevators, and “a drive in” unloading area so you don’t have to worry about being caught in the heat or snow.

It was so easy! We moved from Washington and I reserved a unit a week in advance online, they called and helped me correct my error in unit choice. Andre the manager is really nice and funny they have great review and I didn't have to worry about anything, They also have great service.

Very Professional and informative staff. Facility Manager covered every detail and gave a fantastic tour to help me understand where the available units were, how to enter the building and where carts were available for use. The registration process was very simple and they were able to complete all of the paperwork in about 15 minutes.

These guys are great! I've compared pricing with other storage options in the area and found that CubeSmart offers temperature controlled space for about the same price as the other local options. Not only is it temperature controlled, but it's also extremely clean! Seriously...extremely clean! If your concerned about security, don't be...after taking the short tour of the facility, you'll quickly realize that theft will likely not be an issue!

Good and pleasant service. A drive-in loading/unloading area out of the weather and convenient to the elevator.

Staff stayed late for me to sign the paperwork and tried their best to get a unit close to the elevator. Facility is new, clean, and the indoor loading dock is great for bad weather unloading.

After having nothing but problems with public storage we were ecstatic to find cubesmart! The facility was 100 times cleaner, the staff was much Much MUCH FRIENDLIER. I can't think of one bad thing to say. Elevators, clean units, climate controlled, doors that work, a loading and unloading bay that is climate controlled to boot and keeps you and your belongings out of the elements. This was a first time using any storage facility for me and public storage left me disappointed and annoyed but cubesmart...well....couldnt be happier! Thank you so much! 5 stars is only a start!

The cost was more than what I thought it might be, but that is my only concern. The 3 people that I dealt with were great. The building & our cube were spotless, as in much cleaner than all of the other companies we visited. And the time to set everything up was shorter than I thought it might be. So we are very happy with the whole experience.

This is the best storage facility I have ever used. Access is secure but convenient for customers, they have a temperature controlled loading area, and the units are new and super nice. Best of all, the staff is amazingly helpful and kind. Can't recommend this place highly enough.
