The manager at this location was so helpful and made the rental process super easy! The building has an awesome pull in bay for unloading, code boxes for all entrances and it was very secure so we felt safe. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to store their belongings.

I just left the office after having spoke to David Wilson. Real cool guy. I must admit initially I was somewhat apprehensive when I arrived because I wasn't sure if he was going to be able to help me in the way that I needed. But I went in the office, sat down, and told him my situation. When I tell you that David was immediate with trying to find a solution that would work for me so I can remain at this facility he was exactly that. Moreover he was very easy to talk to and understanding. I left the office very pleased with my visit and the plan David devised for me. I am very happy and grateful for all of David's help. Awesome tour

I love this storage facility so much, the staff are incredibly helpful anytime you need it and the rates are very reasonable. I’d recommend coming into the office for on site questions— calling is difficult to get through BUT the customer service is very helpful if you’re in a bind. I lost my passcode after hours and was panicking—customer service helped over the phone to reset it!

Great service!

I came to US Storage from a different storage company (PS). This is far better by miles. The facility is great. A lot cleaner, everything works smoothly and great customer service. Signing up was easy, only minor issue was having to give, over the phone, debit card number, exp date and that little 3 digit code on the back - yeah that felt a little vulnerable to me. I like that there's usually someone on sight if you need them. At my previous storage company it was like playing hide and seek with management, you needed to make an appointment to talk to one and that wasn't easy either. Been here over a week now and so far so good. Besides the above mentioned here's what else I like about this place: Firstly David was excellent. He walked me to go see my unit, talked me through some of the general operations around the facility. Very professional and very personable he immediately made you feel welcome. The rates are great but I know they can change from month to month but that can be managed. Long access hours - excellent! I like that the units (mine at least) have sealed ceilings reducing risk of theft. My unit has a light in it - nice! Hallways are well lit and wide enough - tick! . There's always several carts, they're large and work smoothly. Minor but important issue. I came to this facility months before to pick up a purchase from someone. This facility has an indoor loading dock which is what initially caught my attention. I was sold. I like it here and will probably be here for a while.

Have had my stuff in this storage for over a year now due to housing and it's been great. Only problem I had was I couldn't remember my code to get in and the office was closed due to it being a Sunday and I had trouble getting my code. Called the # and they told me since I didn't know my 1st unit # they couldn't tell me my code. Called a second time and the 2nd lady helped me better then the 1st lady and I got the code and was able to get in.

I had a great experience storing my business’ trucks here. We had one of our trucks stolen this week and were desperate to find a place to store the others and the gal behind the desk did everything in her power to find us two spots and came through. The lot is very secure and I’m very confident in storing our trucks here. Would highly recommend on the customer service alone!

I am a residential organizer and have a number of clients with storage units in the Twin Cities. This is by far the nicest I have worked in. I feel safe working alone there, it is clean and well lit, I love the indoor loading docks (I have never had to wait for a space inside), the bathroom is clean and has paper towels and toilet paper, doors going in and out of the facility are secure, garage doors have very high clearance, and even the loading area is heated. Very comfortable. Friendly, hard-working, manager. I wish I could move all my clients' storage units to this facility!

Very clean and secure. I was safely able to load, and unload my belongings without being afraid of being alone while there. The motion and light sensors helped me feel secure (a well as the 5 star surveillance that’s there). Janice and the entire staff makes you feel safe and at home and I’d sensitive to your moving needs (Janice if the best 🙂). I would give 10 stars but they only allow 5.

PJ & Janice were a pleasure to work with, I appreciated all of their help and accommodations with purchasing our unit auction. I would love to work with them & the rest of the team at U.S. Storage Centers for future auctions in the next coming months as my resale business grows. Thank you again!

You couldn't ask for more from a storage facility. Janice, the property manager, is by far the best customer service representative I've met in ages. She will make sure you are satisfied with the facility. It is clean and air conditioned. They provide carts for moving your property. It is entirely self-service with convenient hours. It is extremly secure. I've now used it twice for a couple of different moves and highly recommend it.

This storage space is super clean, and I love how the lights turn on as you walk down the hallways. Janice has also been a great help!

I researched many different storage facilities and found the best prices at US Storage Centers. I ended up renting a storage unit at the St Paul location on Vandalia street. Janice was so helpful! She made sure I was given the best price and appropriate size container. She didn't try to push a higher sales price. She genuinely wanted me to be completely satisfied with my rental agreement. I also want to add that the building was immaculate and is set up for easy loading and unloading with a freight elevator. Great experience, all around!

US Storage Centers in St Paul have been fantastic to work with for our business storage needs. Over the past year, our space needs have grown and they have always had a solution to help us. The location is clean, safe, well-kept and provides easy access with one truck-height loading dock and several van-height loading docks. Carts are available to borrow, there is a freight elevator for use and they sell locks and other supplies in the office. Wide hallways make moving supplies as large as pallets a breeze. They are always accommodating with all of our various, particular needs and willing to help in any way they can. Would highly recommend!

This facility is clean, safe, and secure. Staff are most helpful, friendly, and thorough. And, if you find yourself short on moving or packing supplies many items are available in the office during regular business hours, including Saturdays. Selecting storage units that meet your needs won't be difficult with the wide variety of sizes available and the reasonable pricing for monthly leasing arrangements. Seven days a week, 365 days per year assure convenient access. Altogether the facilities and cheerful staff make this U.S. Storage a good deal.

Been using this spot for a long time. If you’re going to be there in the winter bring a jacket! Never freezing but cold! But otherwise a reasonable price and never too busy, aka always a place to park!

I would definitely recommend this storage center. From the moment I walked in, to the time I left I was pleasantly surprised. Even after office hours, I felt safe and secure being in the building. PJ worked with me and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I can tell he takes pride in his work and work environment. I was given a tour of the facility (my storage area, how to use the equipment, where the equipment is located, access for getting in and out of the building). PJ answered all of my questions and put my worry to rest. This was my first time using US Storage Centers, and I'm so glad I chose them.

A facility I've used before when I needed storage space for a friend who no longer was able to stay in her home, but who couldn't bear to part with all of her things. I was pleased when I once again needed storage space for another friend to find that arrangements were easily made and I was offered a range of size options.

Great customer service, competitive prices, and a well organized clean facility.

They're not kidding when they say high security. There are several levels to systems in place to keep your unit secure, and I would have a hard time imagining someone getting into your unit without your knowledge. When they say climate controlled, the building is very cool throughout with dry air. The price for what you get is great. I am surprised that it's as cheap as it is. I've used these guys in the past and when I needed a small unit they were my go-to. Would highly recommend.

By far the best storage company. The entire place is very clean and well-maintained. You can't beat the drive-in heated loading dock!! The staff is very friendly and the manager "Mira" is the great). The Rate$ are reasonable and they don't "Nickel & Dime" you with hidden charges and bogus fees; unlike "SLUM-LIKE STORAGE", aka Publ*c Stor*ge that nails you with $10 & $20+ charges, like required locks that you have to purchase from them and supposedly required insurance which is virtually worthless if you ever try to use it.

High security, temperature controlled. Had mice move out with me in my boxes when I left after 2 years. 😠

It can't get any better than this!

I highly recommend Lake Region Storage. I have had my storage for 2 years now. The staff is very friendly and accommodating!! The facility is very secure and clean! They have motion censored lights so you don't have to worry about finding a switch. Everything is indoors so you have to worry about unloading your stuff in the rain or cold winter.

This is the best storage facility I’ve ever used! So clean, well maintained, easy to access the units and fantastic customer service. Mira Hendrix was incredibly helpful, always going that extra step to make sure the customer is happy and feels appreciated! Mira was able to help our family solve our storage issues, her problem solving skills and organizational skills are unmatched by other facilities. She always has a smile on her face and takes time to ask how we are doing, and remembers our family when we come in!

I have never Stored before and I went to Lake Region Storage. The Manager, Mira helped me with finding the right size unit I needed for my things I am storing. I was stressed about my move and Mira helped me by answering all my questions. The place is so clean, climate controlled, great security, and has a driving in loading bay. The enclosed trailer they have made my move a breeze! This is the nicest facility with the nicest staff. I will only store here!

This place was awesome. I know what you night be thinking... "How can a person describe a storage place as awesome? " Well, it is. The people are nice, the place is spotless, the loading dock is a blessing in cold weather, the dollies are always rolling smooth. If I need a storage unit again, I'd go here in a second!

I cannot believe how immaculate this place is! Everything works, no broken parts, the people are friendly, and it's so very secure. I'm never worried to go there alone. I have some of my mom's stuff stored there so I took her there the other day. She referred to it as "Fort Knox". If they had showers, I'd consider renting a room there! Big thanks to the owners for running such a wonderful business.

Great facility and location (right off of 94) -- reasonable prices combined with very clean, well-kept facility, extremely easy to load and unload even to a second floor location with free provision of carts, elevator, secure loading zone. Access hours were great and building was very secure! Highly recommend!

Excellent storage facility! It is impeccably clean and secure and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great and it seems to be one of the cheaper storage locations out there. On top of this, they go the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience. I rented a U-haul from them for a move. A couple of days after I returned it, I received a notice from U-haul that they were charging me an extra $40 for gas ($10 for 2 gallons of gas and a $30 fee to fill it), even though I had topped off the gas before I returned it. I called the folks at Lakes Region Storage and they said they would look into it. Within less than an hour, they had issued me a full refund on behalf of U-Haul, no questions asked. I highly recommend this storage space. Very impressed with their service.

This storage facility is state of the art -- great security, easy to bring your items in and out, and so clean!

I was able to tour the facility on a visit with a group of about 20+. The building was super clean and well kept. The best part was the indoor loading dock- temp controlled and snow and debris free- so weather-proofed loading and unloading. This will be my first choice when I have to store goods personally or commercially!

From start to finish it was a great experience at Lake Region Storage. The staff there are very welcoming and helpful. The docking area where you unload all your belongings is heated and enclosed so you don't have to worry about weather ruining your items and the units are pristine, secure and reasonable. They also let you use there trailers for free!

We were impressed with the state-of-the-art facility at Lake Region Storage! Very fair rates and great customer service too. We feel at ease storing our RV there over the winter.
