It was a great experience David at the front desk was very accommodating and explained everything very clearly cost and expectations.
It was great. David was helpful and the unit and its amenities are wonderful.
I started to fill out an application online, and the manager called me and told me it would be easier to do for me. When I got the lease It was nothing that we had discussed and it was much more expensive than what we had agreed on . It was Saturday afternoon. When I called to inquire as to the difference in the lease, and what we talked about, he was gone for the weekend and I needed into the storage space that Sunday. I called the 800 number and the woman was very nice and said that she would leave a message for the manager that I did not want to pursue the contract (which I did not sign no return) and to provide me with a refund for the administrative fee.
Today, I have not heard back from the manager. I left a message today and I am not super hopeful to hear back from the manager. If I do not hear back or receive a refund by the end of this week, I will dispute the charge with my credit card. My experience with this organization has been nothing but a hassle!

I never signed an agreement for this account. I called the same day that the manager sent me the agreement
I was very pleased with David and his professional and courteous manner. The facility is very nice and convenient for our needs. Super customer service.

This facility is well-run -- the carts, doors, elevators, keypads etc are maintained, things are orderly and in good shape, and the halls and dock are kept clean. Having had things in storage where access breakdowns were common, I don't take it for granted. The staff is friendly and good to work with. All A+ in my experience!
Staff were very helpful at sign up, but new staff who came on later seem less knowedgable and less helpful. The facility is clean and accessible. Rates are affordable.

It was awesome. I would only rent from US Storage. The building was clean, my unit was spotless and the leasing paperwork was straightforward and easy to complete. The entire experience was top notch.
I feel like I was targeted by racism and treated very disrespectfully the representative made me feel some kind of way she wasn't attentive to what my needs were in a timely fashion I think it was a deliberate disrespect

I had a very positive experience and called the manager to express my appreciation. During an anxious time, she was efficient and thoughtful and a pleasure to work with. I complimented her on her good manners and thoughtfulness. It is a pleasure to deal with someone who is good at her job and obviously enjoys it.

I am okay with the first three months "discounted" rate for my 7 x 10 small space but then there was the one time fee and the insurance and then found out the fee would be $165/month after three months which is excessive.

Very friendly staff. Inside storage appears to be very secure. I heard from some renters who had outside storage that catalytic converters were stolen. I personally would only use the indoor storage because of that.

The security is very high, and my stuff is certainly safe there. There are several layers of codes and locks one needs to get through. It is also very well climate controlled and is pleasantly cool throughout the building. The price is much less than you would expect too. I've used this place in the past and it's my go-to. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a good storage unit.

Working with John Frey was a very good experience. Very professional and easy to work with. One more thing, and I do not want to take anything away from John's exceptional customer care. When I arrived at your location, last Sunday, 5/02/21, the area to enter and start unloading was littered and dirty under my feet in a number of areas and then also when I entered thru the doors to retrieve a cart. I know the activity use must be high on weekends and especially at the end/beginning of month. I know that John is not there on Sundays and I am thinking that there may not be enough help on the weekend, yet. I never noticed it littered or dirty before when I had a unit with Lake Region. And still, I want John Frey to know that it was a great experience working with him and I would recommend this facility to others. Thank you for asking my recommendation/opinion.
