The most obvious problem and advice would be, why not get four more carts? They have not been available when needed. I’m also pretty sure I got something stolen because of the neighborhood this is in. Perhaps a security guard?

Hello, I really like the facilities and the workers, the only issue I have is the lack of carts. I think there are only two carts for the whole facility. I know this is a major frustration with allot of people. There is normally a few people there when I am there and they aall complain about this. I think it might be helpful to post signs that ask people to empty carts and return them right away.
Not Good. My Unit Price is Forever Going Up After a Couple of Months. I Asked a Couple of Other Customers About Their Prices Going Up & They Weren’t Experiencing What I Am. They Hadn’t Had Their Unit Go Up in Price For Some Time. Mine Has Reached $200 in 3 Months From The $48. Then Reduced to $120 in May & Now Back to $200.

Good experience. Tyrek was knowledge and professional. The space was clean and well lighted. The price is very good. The hours for access to our storage is better that Public storage, and also better than Xtra Space storage.
Tyreek is the only reason I stay with US Storage Center. Whenever I have an issue he resolved it in a friendly and timely manner.
Employees are great, location great, facility great, management not so great! They need to pay employees enough so they care, up security and figure out a way to have carts available to the unit renters. All without price hikes. Because Ive seen many price hikes but non of the aforementioned items

The last three visits, I have struggled to find carts.
Yesterday was my worst experience.
I spent 25 minutes walking through every corridor to find a cart. I first checked all the elevators. I went through the corridors of both building and both floors. I had finally given up hope of finding a cart, when a fellow customer, who had inquired of me about the availability of a broom to sweep his unit, yelled at me that he had just discovered a cart I could use. i had already manually loaded all my boxes onto the elevator to take up to my unit.
Please fix this problem!

I'd recommend it to anyone that asked me about your services and your company.
Four plus years as a renter, with three large units at peak rental. Units were acceptable. Employees turned over often, with some being helpful and courteous, where others were not. Rent increases were often and unfair. No negotiation, even though advertised deals for new rentals were significantly below what I was paying. Felt strongly that I was being taken advantage of. Facility located in an area that’s a bit rough, and at times personal safety was questioned. Overall, I would not recommend your facility to anyone.

While the interior of the storage building was a little scary, I am thankful that there was a storage unit near MCAD that I could access, as the school doesn't do storage anymore. I would like if there were more flatbeds/carts to transport stuff, and I feel as if the cart elevators could use a bit of updating.

First: Stop trying to ensnare your customers in donating to Kure It. It may be a good cause but you are angering your customers, who want to think about their donations before giving. I ended up making 4 donations to Kure It when I didn't want to make any. It is that hard to get the automatic payments to stop.
Second, don't feel that you can start slamming with rent increases that are higher than CPI. You already did one, but I do watch these rent increases carefully and if you continue to gouge us, I will take action and move out. Here is the list of rent increases I have paid and it shows that when your competitors got too greedy, I took action and moved. I will do the same if you keep increasing rents more than the CPI.

I am fearful going onsite. There is no way from keeping unauthorized humans from following me in. Both The garage doors was messed up from very stupid drivers the carelessness of visitors is beyond belief, when site is in good repair and clean it helps appear safer My personal opinion. I appreciate the on-site employees and hope sone type of security upgrades help to keep us and them safer.

Great, it's only one issue,.....the bathroom door must be open for all the customers in the building same as the function hours of the storage facility,and if get dirty......someone has to clean it.....at least every other day........that could be a big improvement.....that might bring more customers down the road.......So, please fix this issue (bathroom door, must be open).

It was affordable and always clean. Desi at the Fridley location was always super friendly with a smile and helpful to me with any questions I had. I loved how she reached out to me via phone and left me a voicemail that one time I honestly thought I had locked my unit and got all the way to Eden Prairie and realized I hadn't locked it. She was nice enough to put a lock on it until I got back to lock it myself.
I feel the storage monthly fee is a real bargain. The facility is always clean and well light. The employees are always friendly and willing to help with any issues I may have. The only thing I can suggest is to have open bathrooms for the Tennants.

I was not very happy with the difficult to use elevator. The rollup door is unnecessary (sliding door or open out door would be way easier), and an elevator that a person can ride would be more convenient. Additionally, when I asked about the path to the unit, I was not given many details. It would be nice for more pictures and info for the size of the elevator, and where the unit is (how far the walk is, etc) so I can plan getting larger items into the unit. I did not know if my truck would fit in the building, how big elevator was, etc...
