We have been at this storage unit for several years and Keegan has always been the manager. So many other places the property managers change with the wind. Moving is stressful. A person is not always at their best. It helps when the storage-center people are experienced, and professional. This place is that. From the day I came in to get estimates for a unit, to getting help resolving my billing, this is professional place. Clean, safe and wide/well marked so you can pull in trailers/larger vehicles close to your unit to unload without worry or added stress. Thank you for being there in my time of moving need, and for being professional, even when I was not at my best. I appreciate the positive modeling, and help with my moving needs.

We needed to store a car at the last minute and, even though it was close to closing time, he welcomed us in, stayed late, didn’t rush us, and thoroughly explained everything we needed to know. Have had a parking spot reserved here for a few months now for storing our boat while not in use. Overall a very clean facility and I feel safe leaving my boat there for an extended period of time.
Come prepared: renters/property insurance with an email confirmation from them stating they have proof on the day you checked in. Verbal confirmation will lead to unprofessional correspondence.
The Lake Elmo US Storage is clean and is very secure. They offer temperature controlled units which is good for my piano. The manager is very nice and was very helpful.

I rented a storage unit online a couple of days ago and this morning went to the facility to complete the transaction. I met with Lonette, the property manager. Lonette was very personable, professional and helpful. She set me up for the automatic payment, talked about security and walked me through the operation of the unit and using the gate code. I am thoroughly impressed with US Storage, Lake Elmo and especially with Lonette!
Easy access in and out of the facility. Only complaint is that there are hardly any personnel in the office every time I stopped by - typically around peak hours of the day.

Rented 2 indoor units for household items between moves, one was 10x20, the other was 10x10. Pricing was better than other storage places with similar features. Units were easily accessible, temperature controlled, and well lit. Location was convenient and staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely use US Storage in the future should the need arise.

I rent a large indoor unit for work and have had an extremely positive experience with US Storage Centers in Lake Elmo. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and recently built facilities, and cheaper than my previous unit. They also have large rolling carts available for the indoor spaces (a small thing I know but a huge timesaver for me).

I am extremely impressed by the outstanding service I had received from Lonette and Savanna! The Lake Elmo facility’s staff members were very patient, helpful and friendly. They suggested various, useful products that were for sale at their location so I purchased a few items.
The prices for products and storage rentals were so reasonable I added an additional month— inside, climate-controlled, spacious storage unit. This location is very safe and clean; it looks and smells brand new. Great hours to access my belongings. Overall, my experience has been absolutely amazing!

Great and secure storage facility I store a equipment trailer there because I live in the city, it won't let me leave 4.5 stars so they're stuck with 4, only because in the winter and I need to get my trailer the lot where the trailers, RVs, and other large items are stored is plowed clear of snow but nothing but glare ice it lot needs to be salted or treated after the snowfalls makes it difficult to get in and out of your spot at times. I couldn't tell you how many times I slipped and had to catch myself or ended up on the ground. I do commercial snow removal for a living in the winter, I don't know if it wasn't getting done due to the salt shortage this year or they just don't have it done. Also if you need to get your trailer out in the winter you'll need a shovel because you will need to dig out the wake from the plows so you can get at you trailer I would back drag with my plow so I could get to my trailer hook up then push the wake from my spot behind where my trailer was just so I could access it and not leave a pile of snow in the middle of the lot. Other than that it's a great place.

Such a great storage facility. The front office is super helpful and it's clean, secure and they have climate controlled buildings and well as regular storage units. Pricing was competitive and they are right on the HWY 94 frontage road. Highly recommend.
