A. We accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard.

A. Absolutely! We offer special discounts and promotions for first time customers such as "50% Off 1 Month." You can find these offers listed above and in between where it states the unit size and the price.
Q. Do I need to bring my own lock?
A. Customers are required to have a compatible lock if they choose to purchase their own. Locks are also available for purchase at our facility.

This will be my second time using this storage facility once in 2019 and then fast forward 2024 both times have been absolutely amazing smooth reasonably priced and just the amount of room I need. I had an emergency situation which caused me to need the unit in the middle of the month and it was worked out for me and I greatly appreciate that. I absolutely have to give Desi her flowers she was the person I worked with both times and I cannot give her enough thanks praises kudos however you may want to phrase it she is amazing!!! I'm so glad I got her for a second time because we have history and even though we haven't seen each other in years she remember who I was and was more than happy to help me find another unit that suited my needs. She made sure to explain all the steps that I needed to take to enter my unit she walked me to my unit made sure that I knew how to use my key also my keypad and code she made sure I knew how to do that and set up my automatic payments all in my initial visit. I am all moved in and I could not be happier. I would always recommend this storage facility if someone needed it they have different sizes the hours are nice it's indoors there's so many perks

Having never rented a storage unit before, the process from beginning to end was easy and simple. I was able to make my initial payment and sign the contract in advance over the phone.... The building is designed to drive your vehicle inside so rain, snow and heat are not an issue. It takes a secure code to enter the building..... I liked the the unique lock for the units, which makes it impossible to use bolt cutters. I use the Fridley location which is close to Central Ave (65) yet in an area away from heavy traffic...Last but not least, Desi, the office manager, was very courteous and professional. She made it easy to understand the process. And, I was pleasantly surprised at the rates which are very competitave and affordable. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Desi is great! I just met her for first time. I didnt know anything about the process for renting storage space and she made it simple and easy. I could have went with either of the other two options down the street. But Desi works here!! She keeps the place military clean!!
Needed storage for making a move and selling the home. Desi was very friendly and anyone can see she takes excellent care of the property. The place was spotless and she does not allow food & beverage (except water) which helps keep the place clean. All units are housed in a nice temp-controlled building w/ auto turn-on lighting. There are 3 medium to large size moving carts available which is very convenient. The elevator is large enough to accommodate a King size mattress. Moving trucks cannot drive in but can be parked just off to the side of the entrance which is fine as there are the dollies available to move items in and out. The only issue I found was for those who prefer to drive-in and park right next to their unit. The width of the drive-in area of the facility does not accommodate for them to always have access when all other renters must park within a few feet of their unit. Desi said it is "hit or miss" for them. If you are paying premium price for convenience of having a temp-controlled unit right next to your vehicle you may want to check other facilities first unless the price and location is better here. It's typically quiet and drive-ins don't stay long thus shouldn't be too bad a wait if arriving during a busy time. Rest assured, Desi would not allow anyone blocking you to be very slow or hang around while you wait. She's very on top of things.

I had a great first experience and got locked in to great deal compare to other storages. Everything was explained perfectly and I would recommend for other to try out US storage.
I have had nothing but good experiences with the staff here. This will be my 3rd unit first two were set up by Desi, and the most recent was with a young guy named Yuri, and dude was smooth, he was polite, honest and upfront. I showed up right as he was starting lunch, and he quickly offered to help me in spite of the fact I was ruining his meal, he asked me a few questions about what I was storing and told me he would work up some options and i could go to my other unit to work and he would come find me with the results, which was perfect because I was on a time crunch which he could tell. A few minutes later he tracked me down and showed me a unit and laid out a few different options in regards to size, 1st floor, 2nd floor, xx dollars etc.: It didn't take more than a minute for me to decide because he found me exactly what I was looking for and I mean exactly, and he knew it, but he didn't beat me up on the price which happens a lot in sales when one party has what the other wants they tend to jack the price up and i hate that . Yuri didn't jack the price up and gets my respect for that and definitely earned the first shot at my business in the future as well.
I feel great about it. Great staff the units and building is always clean and carts are always available. I've never had any issue's.
I was a tenant for ~ 18 months in two different units. The technology and door codes always worked, and I appreciate that this company includes off-hours access in their standard rate package.
Desi is a Swiss-army-knife of a person! She knows contract law, technology, the facility from top to bottom, and how their systems work. I have seen her excitement over charitable donations and sadly, even having to remove graffiti. She is an invaluable asset to this company and its clients.

I buy and sell abandoned storage units from various storage centers in the surrounding cities of the West Metro MN area and came across a unit for sale at this location. I won the auction and picked up my items this past Thursday, and I was pleasantly surprised by how organized, clean and well mannered the staff was… as most storage facilities can be a nightmare. Desi was the manager on duty (& the only manager) and she was amazing! She was very knowledgeable about unit sales, buyers/tenants rights, measurements of the dock area and entrances for unloading/loading and answering any and all of my questions! I would highly recommend my reseller friends & locals to utilize this facilities services. You won’t be disappointed regardless of your reason for visiting :)

It's always clean and well maintained- none of our precious items even got dust on them (although we were adequately warned to cover things we didn't want to get dusty due to the routine cleaning of hallways and such). I always recommend climate controlled storage but this center specifically has great hours, never seemed too busy, always had large carts available to move our stuff, and management at this site was phenomenal to work with!
Made our transition from moving from one home to another a MUCH better experience and so much less stressful knowing our things were safe!

Simple process to reserve/rent a unit. Very friendly and helpful staff with robust data privacy practices. Facility is clean, well-lit, nicely climate controlled and secure. I rented a unit on the 2nd floor - elevator is spacious. Available 4-wheel carts made moving my items in quick and easy.
Not very busy, sometimes I pull in to unload stuff for my unit and there may be one or 2 other cars in there as well but they are usually in and out.

I have been with U.S. Storage in Fridley MN, since they took over from a different franchise several years ago. My experience here has been outstanding. The staff have gone the distance to meet every expectation often before I even think to ask. The entire facility is spotlessly clean. They supply a variety of carts, handtrucks, and dollies to assist moving items. The front office sells most common items you may run short of when packing and storing things. The entire facility is located in a safe location and a fair distance from the threat of Urban unrest. I am a former military officer and moved here from a large house. Everything I own in the world is in this storage except for what is in a small apartment in Mpls. I have complete confidence in U.S. Storage of Fridley and in the people that maintain it. She open the door to the office, which is amazing especially in this time of COVID-19. She showed me several storage spaces because I was not very comfortable with the choice I made online a few days before;I wanted something larger and closer to the unloading door. She made that possible. She explained all the policies very clearly, and was patient with all the questions I was throwing at her. When the truck arrived, she ensured that they parked accordingly and was very professional in talking to the company's truck driver. She also made sure carts were available and even brought us some. PJ went above and beyond! This is the very best service I had in a long time! Also, the place is clean and feels safe. Highly recommended, thanks to PJ!

We have had 2 units here for a few years now and we have been very happy with the space, the accessibility, the price and the staff is excellent. The addition of more large carts is a HUGE plus! Lots of carts for moving stuff. Our units are on the 2nd floor and we have never had any issues getting up and down with the large elevator. My only wish, and it isn't worth dropping a star in my mind, is that the drive thru was taller to fit a moving truck. Plenty of space for Pickups, SUV's, etc so we have always made it work. The max height of a vehicle in the drive thru is 8 feet (in case anyone was wondering). We have had many storage units at a variety of places and his has been the best experience.
I have had a unit at US Storage for some time. They really take care of their customers. I feel like I'm talking to family when I call them. If I ever have a problem, they are willing to work with me. So helpful and friendly. I do appreciate having a place I feel can keep my belongings safe and secure, so thank you.
The staff and management are great. They have a system, and know it well. Way cleaner than any other storage facility, with the same setup, that I have been inside. Definitely a great choice for storage services.

The security measures in place at US Storage Centers in Fridley, are different from other storage facilities. They put a little extra into making sure what is kept there stays there safely. I’ve had a storage unit here for a long time now and have been so pleased and happy with this company. I’ve had storage units elsewhere (including Public Storage) and US Storage is the best experience I’ve had. The prices are about the same as anywhere else if not slightly better, and they have EXCELLENT discounts you won’t find elsewhere. Friendly, personable, very helpful staff, and very safe and secure storage place. Only drawback is you can’t get into, or be in, your storage unit after 9pm, which makes it hard for those of us who work late into the evening. They should change it to 10pm. Very highly recommend!!!

I chose Trojan Storage based on reviews I read from other tenants. Turns out all the good stuff was true, but more than I could’ve guessed.
Trojan operates with a solid business model: excellent customer service, a tremendous storage facility and very competitive pricing.
The day I went in to rent a space, I was greeted by the AWESOME Paula and the regional manager who was in from California. Both treated me like I was an old friend. To tell you just how committed they are to good business practices, the regional manager tried to talk me DOWN in storage size to save me money. I assured him I needed the 10x10 space and would fill it. But just the fact that he made a sincere effort to save me money was appreciated. And speaking of price, I did comparisons with other places in the area. Trojan won, but especially when compared with the amenities they offer.
Paula, the site manager, is an absolute gem of a human being. She is never bothered to answer questions and maintains the facility as if it were her own home. She and her staff clean all the time! Take a look at the on-site restrooms and tell me they don’t keep it clean there!
None of the staff’s friendliness is fake; it is genuine and sincere. They don’t mind stopping to visit, and always want to make sure everything is good with your storage and you, personally. Customer service like this just doesn’t happen anymore.
I really appreciated the ability to drive in to the facility on snowy or rainy days to avoid damaging my belongings. Very convenient and well thought out. I also was impressed with their multiple levels of security.
I have recommended Trojan Storage to others, and strongly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a professional and friendly business to trust your belongings to.

I've never had a need for a storage unit before, but I am beyond happy with my choice to use Trojan Storage. The customer service is top notch and informative. The space itself is clean, climate controlled, and roomy! We used a 5 x 10 sized unit and every bit of my belongings fit! If I ever need storage again, I wouldn't use any other facility.

This is a great place of business. They are honest and trustworthy. The storage facility is extremely clean, secure, and safe. I liked that it was heated this winter when I had to rotate sum of my things. I will use then again if I have the need.

If you are wondering if all these positive reviews are true - I can ensure you, yes they are! I decided to personally check out this storage facility after comparing prices/reviews online and everyone who has left praises is spot on. The staff is super nice/mega helpful and the facilities are clean/well kept - there is just nothing to complain about. Plus their prices are cheaper than most comparable facilities around. I am happy I found this place and a unit was available!

We had a wonderful experience with Trojan storage as we went through the process of selling and buying a house. The staff are very helpful and nice. The site is always clean. There are always carts available for use. We have not had any issues.
Trojan Storage is great! Clean facility and a great staff! I love how they were not pushy at all and willing to show multiple units so my mom and I could find the right size to meet our needs! Friendly staff as well! Id reccomend them over anyone else. Prices are great, and the insurance they have is amazing!

We moved to Minnesota in late 2016 and were in need of a place to store most of our belongings. Trojan Storage was absolutely everything we could have hoped for from a storage unit, and then some. We appreciated the heated space during the winter and extremely clean conditions that were very inviting. The storage options were great and the rates were very favorable as well, making this a clear choice for us when moving to the Twin Cities.
Paula, the manager, was extremely accommodating and friendly. She stayed almost an hour late on the Saturday we moved our stuff in after we hit some unexpected traffic, and legitimately cared for our well being. She knew we would be relatively short-term customers as we looked for a house, but she made sure to ask how we were doing and check to make sure we had everything we needed. I appreciated all of her help and I would not hesitate to recommend Trojan Storage of Fridley to anyone looking for a storage unit in the Twin Cities area.

This is a clean, modern, climate-controlled facility.
The rates of rental are fairly inexpensive, and the units have plenty of space, in a very secure building.
One of the most important factors, the staff are very friendly, and easy to communicate with. Customer service is clearly a major factor with this company. I highly recommend Trojan Storage, and I'm sure anyone else who has rented there will agree.
Trojan Storage of Fridley is the cleanest and best managed storage facility I have ever rented a unit from. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The units are extremely secure. Great staff. Great service. A very clean facility. Very safe place. Cameras are everywhere and the access is highly controlled. I ever need a storage unit again I can guarantee you I will be back at Trojan storage. I've been to U-Haul I've been to Public Storage and none of them even come close to this one.
Overly friendly, but helpful staff, who forgot to mention the additional cost of needing "insurance". You can conveniently buy it from them for more $$$ or use your own existing renters or homeowners insurance. Clean facility. Clean lockers. Can't really put your own locks on the doors though, they're circle locks with no space for your own. People don't follow the guidelines of leaving space for others inside the facility in regards to parking their vehicles, but that's not really Trojans' fault.
Haven't been very long yet but so far it was great especially with all the security and temperature control and also the neatness but I really do like that it's in side I couldn't have put my stuff in one of those out side storages at all
Trojan Storage of Fridley is a fantastic place to store your items. Paula is friendly, professional, and so very helpful to those of us who are concerned about storing our possessions. The facility is clean and secure. All in all, my first experience with storing possession off site has been fantastic!
I have never had such a great experience with a storage facility like i have at trojan. The employees are so helpfull and courteous and always willing to help. The other day i was there and the manager came out and asked how it was going and if i wanted coffee or water and brought me some water. Where or what storage facility does that ever happen at? This is a great storage.
I recently rented a small storage unit here and I am so impressed. I will start by describing the process. I reserved a unit in late July but we're very flexible about the move in date. When I came to move in everything went smooth. Staff is polite and you can tell they care about privacy. The manager is Paula and she actually works the building which is really cool. My unit is a drive up, but it's inside the building. I access it through a side door that is locked via keypad. There is also a garage type space if you ever want to access your unit at night. It's pretty amazing!!
PS they brought me a bottled water on my move in day, so thoughtful. This place is truly Minnesota Nice!

They explained the whole process when I stopped by after making my reservation. I got to see a few different options right then. I was able to show up with movers on my day and let the movers see the options. I upgraded to a larger size right then. Then they kept me company for two hours in the nice air conditioned office while the movers filled my storage locker. I got to see her offer water to everyone working on moving in the hot weather, and it was great the facility is climate controlled so it was nicer than outside on a hot Minnesota day. Very happy with my experience.
