The whole unit is always clean and bright to see where u gotta go and find your unit to put your things in there and save and I like it when it's a secured unit you have a certain code to put in there to get in there and out I will always use this company to put my stuff in it safe storage unit where it's clean all the time and you can see where your unit is with all the lights especially at night time if I go there at night it's all lit up

Our experience was a 10/10! We needed a short term rental (two months) to store our son’s belongings over the summer while between leases. The facility in Duluth was a perfect fit. Clean, somewhat close to campus, climate-controlled, and accessible on evenings and weekends. Staff was amazing!

Storage units were clean. Temperature controlled, easy to Move in and out of. Staff was friendly, available restroom for tenants. The One complaint I do have is when it’s 11:01 PM and if you haven’t pulled out of there yet with your vehicle your locked in there is no 24 hour line to get a hold of anybody and there are no clocks in the storage units or the buildings, they expect you to call the police to get you out after hours. I can understand gate code not working to get in after 11pm. Why would you not let people Out!! If you get locked in @ 11:01 PM it’s grounds for immediate termination of your lease and you need to vacate the unit. Little extreme.

Upon my arrival in Duluth I sought a storage facility like the US Storage site in Woodbury, MN. I initially interacted with Elizabeth to begin the rental process. Later during my tenure at the Duluth site, I interacted with Amanda. Both individuals demonstrate their professional competency in managing the storage facility and their willingness to work with the rental customers.

The process to reserve a unit was easy and the person I worked with was extremely responsive and helpful. I was in the middle of a move from out of state, packing up our house and coordinating the move and I appreciate that US Storage helped ease the stress with this item. The size of the unit was perfect based on our need. The facility is secure, clean and it’s been a great experience overall.

We have rented space here for over 15 years. The best thing is our contents are secure and it’s always nice to have indoor access to enter our unit. Staff is always pleasant. Only drawback are the annual rent increases. Have had to move to and rent smaller space there to afford it.

Charging an existing client a fee to rent another unit? That is unforgivable. Not fixing a gate for over a week because it is the end of the fiscal quarter and spending is frozen (my observation and assumption)? Bush League. What if the only gate breaks then it's unsecured.

I paid for a full month and was out of the unit before the first and was told I would not be reimbursed any of my payment. When I rented a unit there a few years ago, I was given a full month payment back and it wasn’t because I paid it in advance, it was because they knew how to treat their customers.
I thought it was a decent pla e good security...can't run, can't ride a bike, or skate board on the premises. My transportation is a bicycle. My unit is in the far back building. IDK. I understand no running biking or skating inside the buildings but outside. Idk the fence behind the back building u can c where ppl com through all the time ig good thing the buildings r locked

Bryan greeted me when I arrived to check out the units. He went over the different options with me, and ensured that I had the correct size unit. He showed me around the facility and where the best place to load/unload our vehicle was. He was able to answer all of my questions. He went over the contract very carefully, whereas a lot of places just ask you to sign.
I also appreciated that we were allowed to pre-pay for a year to lock in the price as we know we will need longer term storage. We have moved in all of our large items, and the unit appears to be a perfect fit. So far, we are happy!

As a newcomer to renting a storage space, I had a lot of questions and concerns leading up to our move-in day, but all were smoothly put to rest either via the US Storage website or Amanda at our site location in Duluth. She was so friendly, didn’t make me feel like a burden for asking questions, and once she learned we weren’t experienced renters, she happily explained everything, including the sections of the rental agreement, very concisely. Then she gave us a walk thru of the facilities/our unit while explaining the unloading/loading process and security. There are several fantastic qualities that stacked up that will keep me coming back to US Storage: 1. Friendly service 2. Indoor loading/unloading vehicle space 3. Trusted security inc cameras, codes, and security personnel making rounds 4. Accessible bathroom for customers near unit 5. Clean and well kept spaces, meaning no burnt out lights or broken latches 6. However you want to submit your monthly payment, you can choose. My preferred is an easy online auto-pay. I’m so happy we went with US Storage Centers and would absolutely recommend 10/10

it was fantastic. I needed a storage unit fast and was able to get one here. it was the easiest part of moving...the access to dollies and the freight elevator to the next floor...my move was exhausting, but the ease and access to my unit made it a lot easier.

We have been renting for over 8 months. We are in a larger storage and are moving to a 10 by 5. We find it a safe and clean place, however the 10 by 5 does not have a light overhead just reflection of the hall lights. The larger storage has 2 huge lights, we are surprised that the smaller storage is not lit. I worked there last PM and could see into 2 and a half feet in. Other than the lighting we have been pleased with staff etc

Right from the beginning I was treated with respect and appreciation. Amy from the Duluth store helped me get the perfect sized unit the same day that I called. Once I got to the store she continued to guide me through the rental process and by the end of the day I had a new storage unit full of my things.
