I am very pleased with the service I received on the phone, and when I visited your facility! Outstanding customer service! Access is easy which I really appreciate! My only recommendation is that you have more than 1 cart available when adding or removing items from the storage unit. I recently had to take some boxes out of my storage unit, and I could only take 1 box at a time (some of them heavy) because there was no cart available. Just something to consider.

The CS is amazing. It’s the pricing I have an issue with but that’s the marker. Cheaper places a short drive away but I already had stuff there. They hooked me up with two more units hopefully short time.

Liz, in the office was very pleasant and helpful with questions. I love the option of being able to roundup 50 cents a month for cancer research. It may seem little but it really does add up for a great cause. The unit itself was clean and has it’s own alarm system. Love that feature. Definitely recommend this facility!

So far so good. Gene was very patient and answered my question and showed and explained everything to me as needed. And liz has also helped me out to with setting up mu unot and any questions i may of had.

We worked with Gene to understand the process and to review the storage location. We found Gene to be very helpful in this rental as this was our first time in renting in a storage facility. His knowledge of what we had questions was wonderful.

We had an unusual situation that was spur of the moment because of my brother’s buyer’s failure to close on a house transaction. My brother and spouse needed a place to store their belongings quickly. Luckily you had room and were very courteous and professional in your dealings with them. The billing was also an issue because of their lack of internet and the people there were able to bill through me and again were very professional!

The manager at the Baxter,MN location was super friendly and helpful. Prices are a bit high though imo.

All of the staff was very helpful in explaining the process of storage rules etc. I was show how to use key pad to enter and exit the facility. I purchased a lock to assure that items could not be stolen.

We greatly appreciate the safe, secure, locked, gated, clean, monitored facility; pleasant helpful person on site; convenient hours, convenient access and location; and convenient online communications. We have used this storage facility several times over the years, we’ve recommended it to our family and friends, and we would gladly recommend Liz and the crew again!

Excellent customer service. Friendly, prompt, thorough, and conscientious. Facilities are secured with keypad entry and exit gates plus individual alarms on each unit. Service and facilities are so trustworthy that I upgraded my unit from a 10x10 to a 10x20.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with the Brainerd, MN location. Liz was super helpful and patiently answered all my questions and quickly returned my phone calls. I appreciate how secure the location is and how everything was explained. Liz even came out and scooped away the snow in front of my unit on a very cold day. So glad I chose US Storage!!

I felt very welcome and heard when I called US Storage Centers. It was my very first time using a storage unit and I felt like I was aware of what I was getting into when I signed the contract.

The customer service was great, the gentleman who set up our account was very kind and when asked for a space, he called us as soon as one was open. I absolutely love the security that US Storage provides and I feel completely comfortable with leaving any storage items in my stall, knowing that they will be protected via the gate, cameras, and security systems. I wouldn't feel that way about many, if any, other locations in the Brainerd/Baxter area.

Gene was a absolute expert in solving our storage problem. When a unit became available we rented immediately. Because of Gene I will recommend US Storage to everyone. Thanks!
