An walking in I was pleased with what I saw it was very clean and Mahmood was excellent helping me with getting my locker and getting all of my paperwork done swiftly. Very friendly and helpful staff with reasonable pricing. I personally feel very safe storing my stuff in this facility. Highly recommended for anyone who needs extra storage!!!!
Mohmood the property manager was awesome person to work with. I never used storage before, so was not sure how it works. Mohmood walked us through the process also discuss and explained insurance and other important options that I never thought of before going to storage.
Would have given him more that five if I had option 😀.

Reasonable prices and easy access. Sarah was very accommodating to some of my special requests. It's not the most modern facility, at least on the ground floor, but it's clean and well kept and the customer service has been excellent.
Sarah was amazing, answered all my questions and was a great help.
I moved to MA from MS and ended up needing a storage unit. Dealing with different areas of the country on certain things left me confused. Mohamood, one of the property managers I dealt with, was absolutely so very patient with my inanely odd questions. He explained everything to me and worked with me on some of my odd requests. He even gave me a brilliant back history on the building which I found fascinating! I absolutely would recommend this place on the customer service alone! 5 stars for sure!

Mary and Sarah are very professional, friendly, helpful and accurate. They understood my needs, made moving so much easier. They are always friendly when I go in. The facility is clean, has plenty of room, variety of sizes, and equipment to use.
The transition was great and the new staff are awesome, I always call and they open the back door for me, so I don’t have to drive around. They’re very professional.

The facility is clean and had a unit available immediately. We loved Tye, she’s extremely knowledgeable and we could tell she takes pride in her facility.
To be an old building the, the facility was extremely clean. Customer service rep Tye helped me move my sister into a unit same-day with no hassle like other storage facilities. Her attentiveness to every question I had was very helpful & appreciated. Her big personality also helped the renting process. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone!

Tye and Jeff were great helping me get set up on short notice, with friendly and personable service. Finding drive up access is rare, and though they don't have many, US does have some at reasonable rates.
Needed a place for a short time, had to move out earlier than planned. The staff was great about it, the place was nice and clean, easy in and out to load and unload . I'll be back next time I have a need for extra storage

I've been using the same storage place for the past 3 years. Clean, safe and affordable. Location is terrific. New management team took over and promptly lost all the reservations, but Tye was on the case and got me taken care of. And with a big smile and personality. You don't find that everywhere. Can't recommend highly enough.
