I love the facility and I like the staff. I don't like electronic communications as I am non-rech savvy and I like even less the frequent price increases. Reeling a customer in and then increasing the price every six months or so is neither nice nor good business practice.
Got to be honest. The local staff is great. The building is clean and safe. But I’m very disappointed in the ridiculously high increases in our rental rate. One of the key reasons we chose US Storage over Public Storage and other competitors was we were told US Storage’s rate increases were reasonable, ino more than 8-12% a year. However, we’ve seen our rate increase by 100% + in under 2 years. So, no, I cannot recommend US Storage for that reason. I don’t want to move my stuff again, but you’ve forced my hand with unreasonable rate increases seemingly every 6 months.
In general, the experience was positive and the unit served the needs at the time.
Price increases too often
Overall, the place is clean, accessable, and well maintained. The biggest concerns I have are the frequent price increases and limited ways I can manage the ever increasing rental prices
The people who work there are fine. The price gouging is not OK. The prices are raised about every six months with no warning. It's absolutely atrocious.
I feel very positive about the facilities. I question the value - I think the unit cost is inflated.

I still have a rental space there, but I am extremely disappointed with how often the rate goes up and by how much. In the past 18 months, the rates has been raised at least 3 times totaling over $100 more than I was originally paying for this unit. Again, very disappointing.
To increase the monthly fee by nearly 50% in less than a year was reason enough to quit renting.
The facility was just what we needed to help with the clean out of my parents home. The facility was clean and climate controlled and the process for renting the unit and then terminating the rental was seamless.
The experience is neutral: I haven't interacted with the staff of the storage center after renting the unit initially.
My experience with the product over the last couple of years has been pretty negative. The price keeps climbing uncontrollably, but I must continue using the unit because we don't have any storage space at home.
Continuous rate increases cause for dissatisfaction. For many months there was limited hours and we had no compensation for that.
Well it was a great facility.. only draw back is having to buy the special lock. The. Not being able to return the lock. The lock can’t be used anywhere but for your establishment.
The facility is well managed, clean, has good access (hours, etc.) and is convenient. The staff, when I have had interactions, has been friendly and helpful. It was a good and fair value when I first rented.
However, since renting my rates have increased every few months with the most recent increase very large. Furthermore, each increase comes without reasonable explanation or justification. At this point it is crossing from being a good, fair value to being overpriced. As a result I would be hesitant to recommend the facility because you can not be sure what you will be paying and are likely to be driven to alternatives, which is not an ideal situation.

Very good. Customer service was very helpful throughout the signup and move-in. The storage building, and our unit, was very clean. Packing materials were available to purchase, making it easy when we ran out of supplies.
Overall it was very easy to open an account and access the unit whenever I needed.
Prices are also very comparable around the area

Clean operation with easy access
The staff has always been extremely helpful. Marcia goes out of her way to assist. I feel safe there and it is clean, well lit and temperature control works well. I have recommended this place to many, many people.

Service was fine and good but I did not appreciate the significant rate hike after 6 months of storage, which caused me to move out. I would tell friends that there is a bit of a bait & switch going on with your pricing.

Our first day picking up our lock and keys, a brand new employee assisted us and did an excellent job. Although, she kept apologizing for delaying us, we did not feel that way at all. The unit was perfect! We were hoping to borrow the FREE moving truck advertised on your website, only to find out that it did not exist. We are moving from a mile away on a limited budget and had hoped to use the truck a few brief trips. This is my only dissatisfaction. Please update your website with correct information. Part of the reason I chose this particular storage company was location and the added benefit of the truck. I broke my hip and am in a wheelchair, so I just want to make things easier for my husband moving items.

Overall I have had a great experience with US Storage Centers. As a college student at Babson, it is extremely accessible and affordable. I highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a storage center that is clean and professional.
Very easy process, and the facility was super clean. I felt safe even when visiting the site as late as 9:30pm to put things in storage.
So far it’s been great..... only way it would be better is if there was lighting inside units or access to a power outlet

Very friendly and accommodating service overall. The only issue was that due to the lack of a summary/overview of charges, we were changed for two extra months. However, your clerk assured us that there should not be any problem or penalty for earlier cancellation. so it seems to be fine overall.
