I gave 4 stars overall because of the pricing. The rent promotion was great. However, there was a large rent increase one month after the end of the promotional rate. This storage center is clean, safe, and well maintained but over the course of one year the price went up 50%, that gouging. I shut my unit down pronto after the last increase.

I had a great experience at US Storage in Needham, I rented a 10x15 unit for about 8 months. The facility is secure, clean, and well-lit. The Property Manager, Sarah, was very helpful and responsive with all my questions when setting up and ending my lease. She even reached out to notify me when I didn't realize that the credit card on file had expired and stopped me from incurring a late fee. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage.

US Storage surpasses my expectations of a storage facility - Both Sarah and Marcia helped me tremendously getting to understand their rental policy and units that are available for my needs. They even encourage customers to go view their facilities which in my humble opinion - it is “top ranking”! Not only their facilities are newly constructed with climate control, elevator use with the latest technology securities along with long flexible hours for customers to store their possessions (self operating) after their initial guidance to customers how to activate the system to get into one’s rental unit/s. Everything was clean and easy to use.

Very clean, accessible and easy to navigate. Their carts are in great shape. And while you don't need to worry about onsite cust service too much in general when considering storage units, I have to say that, in my experience, they have the most friendly and helpful staff of any space I've ever used (and I've used a lot). 2 minor issues that leave it short of a 5: 1) the # of security pad entries needed for access, particularly for elevators, can create some challenges. Appreciate the safety, but I'd appreciate it if you didn't have to key in twice within 20' of each other. 2) could have done a better job with leveling the lot at time of construction - leading to a danger of runaway carts. Could be solved at this point with some carts with brakes available.

The facility is secure, dry and clean, with easy (self) access pretty much whenever you need it. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The storage area was very clean and I felt safe leaving my household items there. The price charged was reasonable as well.

Service was fine and good but I did not appreciate the significant rate hike after several months of storage, which prompted me to move out. I would tell friends that there is a bit of a bait & switch going on with your pricing.

I had paid for my storage online in advance, and she was able to help me switch my unit to be easier access to elevator, and make sure unit was the right size, etc. it was such a easy process and she took her time to explain all the info to me. Very very helpful, will use again if I need storage.

I just checked out after storing our things for a few months and I’m almost sorry to leave. The facility was bright and clean and the carts were extremely useful in getting all of my stuff moved. My only complaint is technical: the elevator doors should remain open for 5-7 more seconds. I felt rushed getting my cart oriented before the doors slid shut. I see a few of the other reviews mention Marcia and I want to add my complete and heartfelt thanks to her. She made check in and check out process very easy and was friendly each time I saw her. It’s these little things that I really appreciate in a customer service interaction and she went above and beyond. If anyone out there at US Storage HQ is reading, Marcia deserves a bonus and a raise! If I have any storage needs I’ll be returning to this location to work with her again.

Great service and best kept secret in the area

I'm a new client so my experience is limited to the welcoming and sign up. It was great. What made it great was Marcia's common sense and attitude. I reserved the space the evening prior. The web site was very efficient. I arrived the next day and in the midst of the check in process the truck and 8 person crew arrived. Marcia was great. I handed her my driver's license and card and she handled the rest while I got the crew going on unloading. Anywhere else I world have had to wait for all the forms to be fully complete while the crew did idle. Marcia was great! A breath of fresh air, common sense, and an attitude about being the customer get their needs met. She was good enough that I was willing to write this reference. Great job and great staff!

US Storage Center Needham is an excellent storage solution. It’s very clean and secure. There are carts on site you can use to move your stuff which is very convenient. Marcia was very nice and helpful and made the check in process easy.

Just signed up with US Storage in Needham MA. Facility is new and really clean and the property manager, Sarah, is fantastic to work with. We showed up Sunday after signing up not realizing they do not have Sunday office hours. Sarah happened to be on-site and opened up the office to finish our set up and allow us to get moved in. She went the extra mile when she didn't have to and it was greatly appreciated. Wonderful experience!

Great price! Great location! Lots of available units! Fantastic staff (Sarah the Property Manager is terrific)! I just had a wonderful experience renting a storage unit. I first went to the competition nearby and there were only a handful of available units with most sizes unavailable). And I was shocked by the prices. I then drove the three minutes (2 min on the Needham side of Route 128) to US Storage and was immediately sold. Less than half the price of the other place and tons of availability. I hardly ever write online reviews. This one is deserving of the review and at least five stars!

Absolutely loved US Storage Center Needham, payments were easy to do over the phone, the facilities were clean, and I always felt like my belongings were safe. If you are a college student near by I would highly recommend it is relatively inexpensive for a large amount of space.

Overall I have had a great experience with US Storage Centers. As a college student at Babson, it is extremely accessible and affordable. I highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a storage center that is clean and professional.

I needed storage space for my retail business in Needham Center. Lucky for me US Storage Centers just opened a facility in close proximity to Needham Center. I walked in yesterday and Sarah (the manager) showed me all my options and made the whole process easy. I highly recommend US Storage Center on Hillside in Needham!

The customer service was really good!! They were able to take me with in the hr of being notified that I needed a storage unit, the process was smooth and easy!! The place is also really clean and has carts to help you much ve in !!!! I loved it!! I will definitely use it again !!!!
