Great experience. Reserved a unit online in minutes and finalizing the rental in-person on move-in day was just as easy. Facility is spotlessly clean. Kimberly was extremely helpful and available promptly to answer a couple of questions. Highly recommend.

Clean, well lit facility. Staff is friendly. Price increases are frequent (every 2-3 months) and significant 20%. This is not what I was told whne I signed up. Others have experienced the same.

Everyone I worked with in the office and over the phone was extremely helpful in getting me set up with my rental unit. Even allowed me to move in a couple days early than I had planned! Excellent customer service!

Nice clean facility with a friendly staff, but the only thing I don't care for is the fact that every time you exit the building, the dooors close right behind you and you have to punch in your long code to get it to open again. There shoukd ve a longer timeout before the doors close, or the ability to press one button to open the doors for a minute or so, and then have it time out after a minute or two. Pressing * your eight digit code and then the # every time to open the door is a PITA! Hence minus the one ☆ from the rating.

I purchased a unit at auction and when I went to retrieve the contents the staff person, Kelly, who was there at the time was very friendly. The facility is very clean, climate controlled (which was awesome because it was very hot the day we went down) and all in all very well kept. I will definitely do business with this facility again.

Very organized and well-managed storage center. This is my first time renting a storage unit and the process was super easy. The worker who helped me was very patient and helpful with all my questions. Also, she filled out my paperwork, so the sign-up was quick and easy. We walked to my unit and practiced how to open and lock up. The facilities are well air-conditioned to maintain humidity control for all the units, which I'm sure I will appreciate as I move things in and out of storage throughout the summer. I received a 10x10 unit that had never been used before. If you are in the area, I definitely recommend US Storage Centers in Middleton. It is right down the street from Richardson's and easy to spot on Route 114. There is plenty of parking.

US Storage Center in Middleton MA is Fantastic. Easy access and a super clean facility. Kelley and Tammy are always very friendly and helpful. Their charity work should be noted. I deal with a lot of storage places and I’ve yet to run into a better staff and property. I would recommend checking them out if you’re looking to rent.

Tammy helped me rent a storage unit. She was extremely nice on the phone. I decided to hop in my car and go see her as I wanted it to be her to help me! She then showed me the storage units in person, answered all my questions, and made the process so easy! We even had a few laughs along the way! So happy I decided to change to this storage facility!

We love it here. My Hubby has a collection of stuff he has kept since childhood. The facility is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hours make it easy to have an extra storage room without everything being cramped in the basement.

Yesterday was the second time I’ve rented a storage space from this location. The property manager, Kelley is great! She found a way to help maximize my budget! I have a recent injury and she made sure I was on the first floor and as close to the entrance as possible! (Makes a huge difference). The building is really clean! I also didn’t know that I placed the lock on incorrectly and they notified me immediately! The late hours provided for access to your storage space is also a plus. Thanks so much Kelley!

We just moved in and it was a great experience so far. Super clean facility. Very good price. The manager was friendly and helpful and even got us a unit closer to the elevator. Afterwards, we realized we needed a broom to sweep out our Uhaul truck and she kindly let us borrow hers. This is a great spot.
