Staff was great! Facilities are great! Price is way too high for RV parking!!

Great location and friendly staff. Initially had issues with unit ceiling. This was quickly resolved by Property Manager. Appreciate Property Manager willing to make 1 year advance payment. Still experiencing issues with storage unit lock. Currently bracket which fastens to lock is loose. After multiple attempts to resolve with Property Managers, resolution has not been made. Will continue to follow up until bracket has been fixed and unit is more secure.

I really appreciated the friendly service and the availability of bottled water. It would have been nice if the elevator was operational.

Like that you are reinvesting in the property. Manager is pleasant and attentive. Would appreciate better carts to use during the construction process and clothing rack carts be purchased to enable seasonal clothes moves. Had them before under prior management.

We had amazing customer service from both Noel and Corra at 1516 N Orleans St in Chicago. They are so helpful and lent us a hand with our items on several occasions as well as being extremely polite and professional.

I like the company actually, I just don’t like the hours. I would like to have more access to a unit I am paying monthly for.

My experience with US Storage in Old Town has been great! The pricing structure and move in process was explained clearly to me over the phone. Corra helped me check in and move in my furniture and was a pleasure to work with. The facility is on the older side and could use some upgrades, including after hours access, but hopefully they'll come soon! However, the aspects that matter -- staff friendliness, professionalism, my impression of the facility's safety -- are all top notch.
