Facility Features
This property has 24-hour video recording and electronic gated access. Tenants entering and exiting the property are required to enter a PIN code. We also have an on-site manager to keep a close eye on the property.
You’ll find that we have competitive rates, a friendly staff, and professional management at our self-storage facility.

Our facility is located on Poplar Springs Road, about one block north of Wendy Bagwell Parkway near LGE Community Credit Union, and Graphix Depot. ALDI grocery store, Thai Mango Restaurant, Firestone Complete Auto Care Store, Race Track gas station, and Ian’s Oven Pizza are also nearby.

The Community
Hiram, Georgia is a small, close-knit community totaling just over 2,300 people and named after the town’s first postmaster, Hiram Baggett. Charming and family friendly, Hiram is also an outdoor enthusiast’s paradise. The Silver Comet Trail is a paved, abandoned railroad bed where cyclists, horseback riders, fitness fans, and nature lovers come together to enjoy the exquisite scenery in the northern Georgia countryside. During the 4th of July, Hiram gathers together for a spectacular fireworks show and concert. Delicious food and community fun unite the entire town for a memorable annual celebration. An array of quaint shops, tasty eateries, and helpful businesses complete the city, making Hiram an enjoyable place to live.

Fleeced out of $36.29 for a fee that I was told that I held a unit over 24 hours. That the unit could not be sold. So my $36.29 was for that reason. Mind you we did not have a signed contract. Is the normal for your business. I’m a 73 ueear old senior. I can’t afford to lose money like this. Please can I have my money back to my account.

I registered for a parking space on the website and received six calls, emails, and text messages within 24 hours to confirm. This is way too much. You really don’t need to contact me this much, or really at all, about a parking space.
On a positive note the gentleman at the office who helped me out was friendly.
I feel like I am getting the run around. The district manager whoever that is told the office staff that he will honor the online price I signed up for. I gave a payment to move in today over the phone, then received a contract to sign with the full price of the unit, not the online sale price. I originally reserved the unit 2/4 and wanted to start moving in on 2/10, but no one could get the contract to reflect the sale price. I’m not impressed with the district manager, it seriously can not be this hard to resolve a pricing issue.
My check in experience was great, they provided me with the exact space I needed, He took me to the unit and I was excited about finally getting this space.

I plan to stop in tomorrow. I was rented a storage spot for my boat that I was promised was capable of storing a boat and also the right location to back in.
First time to use it was tonight and it was a absolute failure. Impossible to back a boat and trailer into this spot.
I plan to drop by and discuss tomorrow. We just moved here today from Texas and hopefully can get this resolved.
In addition, the lock I purchased in the lobby does not work with this door on 439.
I felt really good the customer service was really helpful. I can’t remember the name of the young lady that helped me but she was very polite and helpful. I would recommend others who are in need of a storage.

Your locks are overpriced. I tried to bring my own but you get forced into buying yours. Now I am locked out of my unit because you put your own lock on when I explained I couldn't afford your over priced accomodations. I've ordered one for $1.99 on eBay. Now, I have to wait to enter my unit to continue storing my stuff. When I spoke to the sales lady she never once said there was administration fees. False advertisement as well. The administration fees are outrageous as well.

Ariel was aweseome and was very thorough. She explained everything to a T and then had me make sure everything worked.
The only ding I can say is I am waiting for the lights to get replaced in front of my unit because it makes it hard to see in it. I was in there just 2 days ago and the lights still hadn't been replaced.
I was pretty upset when my storage had water leak and my items were damaged tight after moving my things in the unit. My paperwork was damaged and blankets were soaking wet. Also. A bed mattress wetas well . I had to move the items by myself and then could not get in my unit for 2 day. I was expecting a refund for my troubles and damaged items... Bags , blankets, paperwork etc. Half off was not feasible to me seeing as Items we re e damaged and I had to pay more both ways.

Jackie at your facility in Hiram, GA is a great representative for the company. She had a great spirit and salesperson attitude. She really make the person who is look for storage feel confident that AC Self Storage is the right place. Five stars is really not enough stars when it comes to her work performance. This was my first experience with your company but I will recommend it to anyone looking for place to store their goods.
Based on the plastic "We Will Return At" clock hanging on the door, the employees were late (by 20 minutes) coming back from lunch or a beak of some sort. Once they arrived, I had some trouble at my unit and called the office number. It turned over to a corporate/customer service person, who picked up and was unable themselves to get the actual store on the phone. Great prices and nice folks when they are actually there.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, my first attempt to bring items to the storage, after loading my truck and car and arriving there, the key pad would not accept my code and I had to return home and unload because I could not ride around with these items the next day to work. This was a total setback.
This is definitely the best experience that I ever had when it comes to storing my items. For once I actually feel my items are safe. The staff was very helpful. Jacqueline is the best. She is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous with excellent Customer Service skills. I can't say enough about how helpful she is. I would recommend AC self storage to my family and friends.

The only thing I would say is to let prospective renters know those outer storage units don't have gutters and when it rains you will get soaked from the runoff
The staff were very helpful. They allowed us to reserve an extra unit in case we needed it. When we did not need it, they refunded the charge to hold it. We were allowed to keep the unit a couple of days into the next month without a charge. All of this helped to make the job of moving out entire household much less stressful. I would definitely recommend a friend to use them.
