Facility Features
This property has 24-hour video recording and electronic gated access. Tenants entering and exiting the property are required to enter a PIN code. We also have an on-site manager to keep a close eye on the property.
You’ll find that we have competitive rates, a friendly staff, and professional management at our self-storage facility.

Our facility is located on Poplar Springs Road, about one block north of Wendy Bagwell Parkway near LGE Community Credit Union, and Graphix Depot. ALDI grocery store, Thai Mango Restaurant, Firestone Complete Auto Care Store, Race Track gas station, and Ian’s Oven Pizza are also nearby.

The Community
Hiram, Georgia is a small, close-knit community totaling just over 2,300 people and named after the town’s first postmaster, Hiram Baggett. Charming and family friendly, Hiram is also an outdoor enthusiast’s paradise. The Silver Comet Trail is a paved, abandoned railroad bed where cyclists, horseback riders, fitness fans, and nature lovers come together to enjoy the exquisite scenery in the northern Georgia countryside. During the 4th of July, Hiram gathers together for a spectacular fireworks show and concert. Delicious food and community fun unite the entire town for a memorable annual celebration. An array of quaint shops, tasty eateries, and helpful businesses complete the city, making Hiram an enjoyable place to live.

I've been using AC Storage for about 2 months now, and I have mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, their rates are quite affordable, and the storage units are easily accessible, making it convenient to store and retrieve my belongings. However, my biggest issue has been with their customer service. It's often difficult to reach anyone in the office, and it can be frustrating when you need assistance or have questions. Overall, AC Storage is a decent option if you're looking for good rates and accessible units, but be prepared for some challenges when it comes to contacting their staff.

The assistant manager, Bailey she is an absolutely wonderful Person she made me feel like my questions mattered, and she answered every question without any hesitation although the man that was in the office was very rude, and I would hate to rent with him without her being there

I do think that management needs to seriously consider working on the internet connection in the office! But the company has made a very wise investment in hiring these two customer service experts. Finding a storage unit is very difficult right about now. I looked into many of them! When I when I called this facility I must say that Gabe and Jamie were the most friendliest and helpful agents that I've spoken with!! Gabe had very helpful tips for me when it came to storing my items! Not that the other places were rude, but they definitely weren't as friendly and as helpful as Gabe and Jamie at this location.. I love the security that they have and I definitely feel like my items will be safe. I would highly recommend this facility!!!

I am handicap and I had the best experience of someone helping me at their facility, she went and got their Golf cart and met me at the door to take me around to see the facility, she went to the extreme back open to the door the door for me to go back in the facility and when I was done walked me back out to my truck and help me get in the truck and put my walker in the trunk of the truck, now if that ain’t first class service I don’t know what it is, and that person that gave me such impeccable service was Jamie, thank you Jamie For assisting me.

Rented a unit today. The facilities were well kept and clean. The property manager Nikki was great. Professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with me. I wasn’t sure what size unit I needed and she helped me make a solid decision. I would highly recommend this business

I was a customer for nearly 2 years. I received absolutely great service from Nicki, the manager and her assistant rep, Amanda. They made me believe in customer service again, the way they handled my vacating of the storage unit. Even though I was not getting the best deal from the movers I contracted with and I was only in town for a day, they took my worries away by helping with some last minute decisions thst i most certainly appreciated. I have been storing with American for 7 months now. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I wouldn't take my business elsewhere, even if someone paid me too. Despite being late on a payment, Matthew or Jackie, have never been rude, disrespectful. They are understanding and willing to work with you and any situation you may dealing with.
