Chris was extremely helpful and personable when I came in to rent a storage unit. He showed me different size units, explained the cost per month and any additional charges, i.e., insurance, admin fee, lock, etc. He did not apply any high pressure tactics. He is very knowledgeable. He did not rush me into making a decision. I have rented storage units in the past and have not been impressed with some of the people I've dealt with. In Central Florida, there seem to be storage facilities located every few blocks. I chose this location because of Chris. I feel he is a true asset to US Storage.

choosing my storage space was fairly easy with the help of Aubrey startup cost was kinda on the pricey side but the monthly payments are set to be low for the first 3 months and then on to regular pricing which is actually pretty normal for the size units i rented out, so far no complaints very simple process. wish the hours were 24/7 considering i always need something around midnight or 2am bc im a night owl but the 6am-10pm is manageable

These units are quite new, and therefore clean. The staff are nice - Aubree was particularly helpful. I’ve had an easy rental with them, entrance is automatic and protected from traffic. The surrounding area seems nice - would rent again.

Brand new facility, was very easy to reserve a space and get all set up within 24 hours. Best rates in the area, and it's much cleaner than most places I've seen. Chris was super nice and very helpful, you can tell he cares about service and strives to make everyone's experience as seamless as possible. Did I mention they have the best rates around?!

Came in a couple of days ago and came in today and set everything up with no problems. Awesome customer service.

Wanted a first floor space and found it at US Storage. Chris was very help, super nice and made the whole process very easy. The facility is brand new, very clean, covered parking and there are multiple carts, so one is always available (which is not the case at other storage facilities).

Chris at the front office was amazing, This storage facility is brand new and is ran by an amazing crew. I work for North American and we were worried about getting in here with a 53ft trailer but it was effortless. We come across alot of rude facility management but we parked out of the way for customers and everything went smooth. If your a driver let me reassure you that you can get in here and you won't be hassled by the facility employees as long as your respectful and work with them they will work with you. GOD BLESS.
