It has been a very good experience so far.

Only had unit less than a month. All is fine do far

I signed up to reserve a storage but never pay anything. I did have someone call me and asked me was I going to move in? I told them no I was approved for my apartment now. I am continuously getting emails about a payment that I need to pay when I never even step foot on the property. I sent emails about this issue but I still keep getting emails saying I have a balance due when I never even step foot on your property. I don’t even know what y’all storage place look like for me to sit there and have to have a payment when I spoke to someone and told them that I moved in my apartment numerous amounts of storage places I had reserved because they had good prices all of them called and I told them exactly what I told y’all I was approved for my apartment so I don’t need to move in anymore and what they did was canceled it. I have no payment for them but y’all I have a payment.

Danielle and Michael have Great Customer Service with a smile. Both are professional and have assisted with setting account up and storage move in. The storage units are clean with plenty dollies to load in storages. I have been displaced with hauling items in and out of my truck,and US Storage Centers has helped to secure my items safe. I am comfortable with the choice of U S Storage Centers. Thank you Danielle and Michael for your customer service and smile.

Your website makes it impossible to create a profile to pay your bill online. I've put in the exact gate code i was given and used and it says it's invalid.

Not impressed so far, rented unit after the hurricane, the establishment had power and lights when we rented the unit Came back the next day within the operating hours with a full truck to unload and the sign said closed no power when the power WAS clearly on, login worked and the doors tried to open but the lock set from the inside and no one was in the front office, Big inconvenience!

The customer service I received from Michael was exceptional and highly valuable. Michael was very accommodating and provided me with all the necessary information I needed. His service skills were top-notch, and I felt completely satisfied with the way he handled my queries. Overall, it was a great experience interacting with Michael, and I highly recommend him as a representative.

When I wanted to get a unit, the representative was very attentive but when I went to make my payment, the same representative gave me poor service and was very rude to me in a different language. He did not want to speak to me in Spanish the second time, when he did speak Spanish with me when I signed up for a unit

So far, I like this center. My other center that I used seemed to get a bit shady. But here it seems more secure. I don’t like that I have to be out of the building by 10PM or getter locked in, but I know it’s so no one can get after hours. Hopefully I can stay here for a while.

Staff was professional, courteous and helped us find the perfect unit for our needs.
