This is a fairly well maintained location. It's gated and there is controlled access, but there have been break ins in the past. Can't really put blame on the owners but the location is somewhat hidden from the main road and in a business area so at night there isn't much traffic.

My experience here at US storage has been exemplary due to Jamie Fluke. Nothing went unexplained, and he made my transition from the last storeage company to US storage smoother than I thought possible. I am thoroughly happy and plan on sending anyone interested in storage needs US storage is way . This was a five-star experience all the way!

I had a great experience renting my unit at the plantation location today! I had previous bad experience with another storage center so to come here was like a breath of fresh air. The office was organized and clean, the manager helping me was so kind and knowledgeable of everything and was great with helping me pick the best unit, the key pads to access the gates work great (unlike another storage place I was at) and they were honest about their pricing, they even have an after hours number to call in case you get locked in/out. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for a storage center for your belongings!

they deserve more than five stars , In this company's warehouse ( US Storage Centers - Plantation ) I no longer have the situation, taking things out of the warehouse like robbery , because it will be closed before 07.00 , like in publix storage , ( there was a time when I was out 15 minutes late but the publix storage port they locked won't let me out, if I couldn't call the problem-solving department to open the gate door , then maybe I would have to spend the night in a place where there is no resroom (toilet ), there will be such a situation ,because there will be customers who do not know English to call ) , otherwise in US hosting , you can enter any day of the year before 09.00 pm , and when you go out , you can go out at any time , even stay overnight there is a resroom( toilet ) , their service is better than punlix stogare or u haul is a very bureaucratic place , Here we are served to our best especially Jamie Flook , the manager he serves as if it were his property had to put in sweat and blood to make it up I am especially thanks for the spirit to serve the staff here, it's a pity that there is no startup project so that many people invest in this company : Us storage center so they develop federal branches to compete with bureaucratic companies. , lazy , even cruel when controlling customers according to their working hours and rules

Overall great experience. The facility is well maintained, clean and secure. My only minor complaint is that there is not much staff so if you go at the wrong time when it is busy and need help, you could be waiting a while.

Hurricane Irma sent us scrambling to get our vehicles into some type of shelter for what appeared to be a possible direct hit by the CAT 5 hurricane. We considered using parking garages to elevate them and to minimize damage from flying debris. Instead US Storage came through at the last minute!!!! All of their storage spaces are basically concrete bunkers! The property manager had two 10X20 units available for immediate move in. Bear in mind the manager was in the middle of boarding up the office and preparing to evacuate the premises. Not only were we able to park our vehicles in a safe & secure location, it was done expeditiously by a friendly, competent and patient manager. He actually waited for us to perform multiple car shuttles before locking the main gates! THANK YOU US Storage!!!!!

During a hurricane, stress is always high but Jamie came to our rescue at US Storage Centers!!! We needed a 10x20 car access storage unit to store our car safely during the upcoming storm and they could not have been more helpful. We made the appointment the night before with this wonder lady who is in charge of registering and appointments and she walked us through every step making it so incredibly easy for us. When arriving this morning, Jamie took the time (even though they were preparing for the storm as well!) and showed us the unit and walked us through the process once again before registering. They're beyond easy and efficient to work with! We just moved to Davie and I am more than ecstatic to find a month by month storage facility that is in our area and easy to get to for storage and especially for times in need. Thank you Jamie and thank you US Storage Center!

The place is clean, well taken care of & very secure. I didn't even think twice about storing my stuff here. They have by far the best price in town and offer great first time deals. Also if you refer somebody you'll get 50% off a month's rent. Automatic bill pay is an option which is very convenient because I've forgotten about all my junk I've locked up already! The onsite manager Jamie is very friendly & helpful. He always sends email updates on the construction that's going on nearby, holiday hours, etc and the way it could affect access to the facility. But so far I haven't had any instance in which I couldn't get access. Overall a great storage facility that I would recommend to anybody!

We Highly recommend this storage facility. Manager Tony Perez always around to see if you need anything or if you need help with anything. We thought we only needed 1 unit but by the time we emptied out our house we ended up needing 2 units. Luckily Tony was able to find one a couple doors down. What a great help that was. The manager Tony, is always ready to help clients out If they have any problems, questions, or need that he can help you with. This place is always clean, and they have a lot of different size units here. I recommend this US Storage center to anyone with storage needs.
