With your pop up increases I can’t recommend your company to my budget strapped friends. I am an 85 years old handicaped female senior citizen. I cannot make a budget. Because I never know what the next monthly payment will be. This is my first and last time to rent storage. I am having to give away many of my precious memories with no help in disposing of my things, I am giving them away with tears. My body is in such pain. I’m trying to lift the doors because I have to vacate at least one of my storage rooms to rid myself of at least one payment. Every time I go to my storage, I have to get help with raising the door. Why do you have to keep raising the price for storing my items? Why? The only good thing that I can say about the location where I have my property stored in Plantation is that the property manager has been most helpful. His name is Jamie Flook. He is an angel. Some of my friends have told me to just walk away and let my things be auctioned off. I am not that kind of person. I will not do that. Because I think that’s
very dishonest. I am doing my very best to vacate at least one unit before Oct 30th.

My experience at U. S storage was amazing. They provided excellent customer service to me, and especially the supervisor on site explain everything very good. He also went above and beyond because I came 2 mins to the ending of his shift he stained over time to help me. I revered my sister to get a unit also, but she lives in Miami Garden.

My experience with us storage centers was absolutely perfect!! My representative Jamie was very informative,kind and courteous!!! Jamie is the best person for the job for what he does. My storage experience was absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a storage facility. I would strongly recommend your facility in the future.

They take the time to send advanced notifications if there are reasons that office hours will change on any particular day. Highly recommend you use them over other storage facilities.

I'm pleased with he service, and that is the reason why I went anyway for that unit even though it was the most expensive I saw, but it was very good for my business.

I was very satisfied with my “outside garage door” storage unit. The entire facility is built kinda like bomb-proof concrete bunkers. The customer service at this location goes above and beyond what I ever expected, thanks to the awesome property manager. I highly recommend the Plantation Florida - US Storage location.

Overall good experience. The facility is clean and fairly well secured. Access hours are reasonable and for us the facility is in a great location. Staff seems pretty short so if you go at a bad time you could be waiting a while for assistance. Aside from that one minor issue, I would highly recommend this storage facility.
They focus on protecting your belongings like it’s theirs. Communication is great with them, this was shown especially during the storms.

Hurricane Irma sent us scrambling to get our vehicles into some type of shelter for what appeared to be a possible direct hit by the CAT 5 hurricane. We considered using parking garages to elevate them and to minimize damage from flying debris. Instead US Storage came through at the last minute!!!! All of their storage spaces are basically concrete bunkers! The property manager had two 10X20 units available for immediate move in. Bear in mind the manager was in the middle of boarding up the office and preparing to evacuate the premises. Not only were we able to park our vehicles in a safe & secure location, it was done expeditiously by a friendly, competent and patient manager. He actually waited for us to perform multiple car shuttles before locking the main gates! THANK YOU US Storage!!!!!
Jamie was very helpful, professional and thorough. We were able to get our unit selected and account set up quickly. This was especially impressive since the area is in hurricane recovery mode. We would definitely recommend this location.
