Q. Do I need to bring my own lock?

We were here for 4 months because we temporarily needed extra storage. Super easy move in and move out process. Move in was completed over the phone. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We cleared everything out the unit before informing the office we intended to move out and were able to close the account in 5 minutes or so. There were 2 occasions where the elevators were out but they both seemed to be due to user error (e.g. someone held the door open despite signs saying not to do so, or the elevator was overweight).

And I mailed a package from New York to the storage before I visit I Orlando but UPS delivered late and it arrived after I departed from Orlando , the staff automatically put my box in my unit for me and a year later I returned here and all my stuff are safe and sound. I've been here for a couple of months now and I love it. I've had a storage at another location in the area and this is by far way better!!! This one is clean and I feel very safe here. They seem to keep up with maintenance and cleanliness as well. I have yet to find anything to complain about 😊 The staff is friendly. I also like how you have to have your code to enter your floor so people can't wander all over the place being nosey or bored.

After looking for storage units I decided to go with this place I was greeted by Dallas and Ray and both were very helpful! Dallas was nice to inform me about the different options, as well as providing me information of the leasing terms and prices. As Dallas showed me the unit I noticed this place looked very clean and the climate control was noticeable because I have been to others that said were climate control but didn’t feel like it. They have upper floors for a cheaper price, I was hesitant at first but then was told there are elevators and carts available as soon as you walk in. Overall very pleased with my experience the staff worked with me and I decided to sign up right away.

There was a l cation error when I booked. So when I got there it was a nightmare for me. But...Ray at the Sligh blvd location and the manager at the Narcoossee location was here i did not want to be...communicated and worked out the transfer. By far the best storage location I have ever rented from facility looks brand new however it’s obviously not since I have been here for over a year they just take very good care of it and do not spare any expenses on safety and security on top of cleanliness. Update: Been with them for a year. The customer service is great. The only thing is I’ve experienced a rate increases from about $140 to $160. Moving to a smaller unit now and Jaen the store manager has been very helpful in the transition.

Amazing, down-to-earth customer service. I was in an emergency and had to drop off some items in a new storage unit. Despite their entire system being offline for the day that I was in town to do my drop-off, the Sligh Rd. team helped me get what I needed to get done, done.
Great staff especially Mia and Kasyia in the office but however security and accessiblity isn’t great. Never had both elevators working at one time like there should be. And gate code issues constantly. But it’s a very clean facility. And major thing is the main floor restroom is usually always being used for long periods of time and restrooms on the 3rd floor and 5th floor they won’t open even though corporate stated they are suppose to be open when they building is open.

Great storage unit! It is very clean and easy to access, and staff is very friendly. Flatbed carts are provided to help get things inside and elevators are big and modern. Temperature and humidity seems well maintained, so I can store sensitive electronics and paperwork without much concern. It is not 24 hours, but I am okay with that as it probably keeps the facility more secure. I use it for overflow, but if I move again I’ll probably rent a larger additional unit here, great facilities!

Hands down, the best prices in Orlando for a storage unit. Extremely attentive staff. I moved twice-now 3x in the midst of Covid. Everyone has been so good to me. Neil is amazing!! So far.. US STORAGE has been on top of their game... Customer service is the one thing that makes it or break it for me. And Neil has been great from the time I reserved my unit online. He checked in with me but he didn't hassle me. It's great to know customer service still is important to some companies.. moving is no fun. My father talked to Edwin and he set him up with a great storage unit. Edwin had great customer service and took care of the set up process very fast and friendly. It's a new storage facility so very clean and well taken care of.
I spoke with Edwin he was very professional and knowledgeable about the units and helped me tremendously. I got a great rate and the units are new and clean, temperature controlled and not a bug in site. I'm very happy with my decision to go with US storage centers.

I booked my rental over the phone, it was fast and easy. they gave me everything I needed to start moving my furniture in over the phone and didn’t have to go to the office. I even purchased my lock and several boxes over the phone and when I went to my unit it was there waiting for me. The staff is really helpful and understanding my situation, Which was great with everything I have going on right now.

Neil the Assistant manager was a gem to work with. We met a few weeks ago when I began pricing storage units and in our conversation he struck me as a caring individual.
