Never will rent here again. i was in hurry moving so this is the nearest but when i check my storage the next day a mouse dropped out my MK shoes which is btw inside the box and i’ve seen a second mouse in my Uggs disgusting. Aside from that the white guy manager at this place is rude & racist.. most disgusting place. now i don’t know how im gonna sanitize my shoes.

Great place to store your things
i’ve been with your storage about two years now I’ll be there for a little while longer. I really like the facility, but I’m very disappointed on how you keep hiking up your prices for people who are actually therefore a long period of time it just doesn’t make sense to me. It’s a storage not a house.
Auctioned off my storage for over half the price they were trying to collect for late fees and charges. A horrid business who operates like repo companies, NEVER SHOP OR GO HERE EVER

My payment seems to never be the same don’t know why but I only get the call center and not properly manager. Going to start looking elsewhere.
The experience has been great, everything is very clean but the price is very high. I’ve compared to other storage places and if it wasn’t such a hassle to move everything we would. The same sized storage unit other places is closer to 110 not 180.
The staff is great and the storage unit is clean and well taken care of. I always feel safe going in and out.
The facility staff was very nice and helpful. There was usually only one elevator working at a time which sucked when trying to get things moved because it would take much longer to get up and down. My only issue moving out was finding that mice had been in my things, which was a little gross but it happens in storages I guess.

This building is infested with rats and feces. I had to leave & throw away almost everything in my unit. I paid for my unit for about year with insurance and could not get anyone to contact me back regarding insurance claim or compensation. DO NOT RENT HERE!
Safe and secure storage facility, but recently I found a terrible amount of roach droppings in and on my boxes. I keep the area orderly and there is absolutely no food items in my unit, however this is an unacceptable problem. I am currently looking at different options.

I was evicted from my unit for having my door closed and working not sleeping besides the fact it was 4 days after I paid my rent for the month and I never got my refund after years so what kind of survey do you want me to give you a good one or a bad one the only one I have for you now is a bad one no I would not recommend your storage units especially this one down here my decision might change if I got my refund for my rent that I was supposed to get over a year ago
Very good, the place is always clean just got a a little expensive.
Everyone there is nice but over priced. The price increase can happen at anytime during the year.
Location is too expensive. They went up by 30 dollars. Not worth it.

At the beginning it was really bad. Broken elevator. Now higher prices. It socks. Prices should stay down.
Although the staff has greatly improved the elevator issues. My experience was horrendous in the pass.
Everything was fine but I was charged the insurance fee even when I provided my home owners policy. I was told I had to wait in order for the office to credit me the fee charged by mistake. There should be a way to refund a client immediately specially if is the office’s mistake.

Good experience, very clean secure storage building
The elevators suck, they don’t work half the time, and when they do, they are so painfully slow I have to schedule extra time to get in and out of the warehouse space. There have been times when the keypad didn’t work and I couldn’t get in at all and had to wait days. It’s just not reliable, I never know when I can get in for sure, and I know that when I do, it’s gonna be very slow getting in and out.
I had my belongings stored and I asked plainly if they would take the monthly payments out of my debit card they said yes they got my information everything they needed but they never took it out I travel all over the United States for a living so I can never be there personally I lost everything in my storage unit thanks to incompetent employees I will never store anything this place again and I highly recommend the other people to never use it sincerely Virgil Roman Thompson Jr

The facility is conveniently located to my business - which is what we use the unit for. However the amount of times that the elevator has been broken (leaving the unit inaccessible for us) all while the rate has continued to increase makes me extremely unlikely to ever recommend this specific facility or this company to anyone.
Absolutely horrific. Y’all shut my facility down via email 26 minutes before closing it!! Unbelievably ridiculous customer service and lack of consideration for YOUR customers. This took place the day before the hurricane so you locked me out from getting my generator. Additionally, you were closed down for the whole next day as well. To add insult to injury when I came back to get in you still didn’t have anyone on site to help with the gate code issues I experienced. It took a 35-45 minute phone call to get help/password reset over the phone and I was told you “Senior Property Manager was on his way and would be there in 10 minutes. I waited and he never showed. Then I called back to find out what happened and was told it would be another hour before he showed after I already waited 30 minutes. NOBODY really cared about my complaints. They said to go to the facility and speak to someone there which is code for “who cares”. On top of all this nonsense you folks have consistently raised my rates the whole time I’ve been there. I’m paying almost double what I started at around year ago. Won’t be too long before me and my friends leave your facility.

My experience have been good the prices have just went up drastically. The people that have already been her shouldn’t have a rent increase that would force people to move out and you would loose a lot of business. I am a sickly person in / out of the hospital so it has been hard for me to pay the rent ; I just dodged the auction I came in on the day of the auction before they sold my stuff ; and I am very grateful it wasn’t sold. It had my family heirlooms of my great grandmother and grandmother stuff,so I am happy it was saved because it is everything I owned. Please don’t increase the rent.

Do business with you since last year, its a pleasure. I never go back to uhaul like i did in the past, their are a disgrace on business . You folks are reliable, i have a couple emergency you folks accommodate, i am very satisfy so far.

I was extremely happy with US Storage. The units were clean and secure. Skye was amazing to work with, her customer service was top notch. I can’t say enough about her. She was responsive to my concerns, pleasant, explained everything patiently.

Everything was great until we tried to bring the last load over and the elevators weren’t working and there we were with the moving co. Truck and 4 movers! Unable to reach anyone by phone except central call station who couldn’t help us at all. Moving co. Took our belongings back to their facility and came back the next morning and the elevators still weren't working....however, Edwin, the manager to the rescue. He was great and eventually got both elevators working. Reimbursed some of our rent but probably won’t touch the extra we will have to pay for them storing our stuff overnight and not releasing that truck back into service until the afternoon.

The pricing is the best I had found for a comparable space. The cleanliness, lighting, and security is top notch. My only suggestion would have been a bay door, and covered loading unloading area w/ all our rain and extreme heat.
