My family had a unit here at this Majorca, Orlando location for approximately 15 years. It held the contents of my late sister's apartment - items that my parents were unable to get rid of but were unaware of how exactly to handle them. Needless to say, these items were incredibly precious to my family. Last week, I travelled from Ontario to Orlando to finally remove the items and move them closer to me. I honestly had no expectations on the condition of the items, but upon opening the unit and going through everything, I was surprised to find that there wasn't even a molecule of dust, damage or any evidence of insects. It was as though her unit had been packed yesterday. Because of the pristine condition, the experience was that of opening a time capsule, and obviously I almost cried considering the sentimental value. Additionally, the staff at this location is on another level of professionalism and kindness. I'm Canadian and I've never met such kind people. There's a special female representative that I'd like to thank (I never got her name) but she was very warm and patient with me. Then there's the bathrooms that are only accessible by code helping to keep it spotless and secure. It's honestly a pity that I had to leave and no longer require their services. 5 stars is not enough to express the quality of this location. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. I rented my unit online. Which was easy enough. However, when I received the lease agreement, the cost per month was not accurate. I called the location and spoke with Ryan why explained the cost on the lease and helped me understand the promotional pricing process. He was very helpful, kind and professional. I will be renting for a minimum of 3 months.

This is Great, Wonderful Storage. Very Clean , walls are Spotless. Staff is a GOD send. "Very Impressed". Wow!! What an amazing place! From the outstanding staff to the great customer service and wonderful understanding this place literally has almost everything as far as storage units go. The price is a little high but incredibly worth it. You get 24 hour access in a very safe and gated area and oh boy the staff! You’re treated with respect,given privacy and What were your things they also work with you if you don’t have the funds to stay the whole month they break it up into my monthly payments and give you access if you’re a day or two behind regardless. Very very pleased with the storage facility ends wouldn’t have my things and where else. Thank you Owen and Amanda for the amazing experience!!

Amanda was wonderful and very helpful. It is a very clean facility and has carts to help move items in. A lot of security cameras and good air conditioning. Would definitely recommend renting a storage unit here!

I was very please with the cleanliness and convenience of the facility as well as the pleasant front office staff. The only reason I vacated my storage unit was due to the increasing monthly rental fee. During the year I had it, the rate went from $39.98 per month up to over $80 per month. Need to trim my monthly expenses and this was the obvious place to start. I would recommend My Neighborhood Storage for your short-term storage needs. If money is no object for you, it's nice for long-term as well.

Just visited My Neighborhood Storage, located in Dr. Phillips, and the manager there is so nice and professional. We had gone to look and price different storage facilities but Owen made it an easy decision. The prices were comparable to other facilities. We did find one place that was considerably cheaper but Owen made us feel like this was the place for us. No sales pressure and no talking down competitor's facilities like another facility we visited. Just provided all the information that we needed. Decided to get a unit here. Hopefully, the facility is as good as its manager.

Store Manager Owen was extremely helpful explaining all of the different options of sizes and the facility in general. He gave me a walk through tour of all of the sizes I asked about, and wrote down all of the prices and specials running. It’s also the only storage facility in Dr. Philips with 24/7 access! I also was able to pick up some discounted moving supplies while I was there. A great choice for a move in or near the Dr. Philips, attractions, or convention area!

The location is very convenient, everyone is super friendly & helpful and the facility is very clean.

Very clean and the staff is friendly and accessible. The temperature control is wonderful and there are always carts available to move items in and out of my unit. I also like the keypad access so I can drive in anytime that’s convenient for me and unload in the covered hallway/driveway. I always feel safe when I go since it is gated and the location is perfect!

This storage facility is the epitome of the phrase "you get what you pay for." The rental rates are undoubtedly higher than most of the other storage centers in the area but I chose this location specifically because of how immaculate the property was kept and because of the excellent customer service I received when I toured the center. You can't put a price on that type of security and comfort. Thank you S. Kelly and Mario and the staff of MNSC!

This is a nice, clean facility which is conveniently located. The staff are well trained and friendly. The price rates are high and are frequently increased. There are few other options for storage in this part of Orlando, so the near monopoly allows for high prices and charges.

We have been utilizing the facility in the Dr. Phillips area for nearly four years and have been quite pleased with both the facility and the personnel that are responsible for it. The facility is clean and well maintained. Good lighting and appropriate security measures provide users that important level of confidence and comfort needed when storing ones belongings away from their home. The onsite management has always been helpful and attentive to the needs of their clients - always with a smile and a friendly greeting.

The unit is always clean . The staff is great and very helpful.

My fiancé and I needed space to store a few household miscellaneous items. We found My Neighborhood Storage Center through Google search and decided to give them a go. We were very pleased with the rates, facility and the level of service. They were very professional, friendly and attentive. I HIGHLY recommend them.
